Abstract

The prosperity of human society is an ultimate thing that should be prioritised, the establishment of the company in the midst of society through corporate social responsibility program which is consistent will  make the existence of the community become better accordance with the results obtained where there is a positive result (the same aim) to the variable of community prosperity of  Pegat Bukur Village with a coefficient of 0.045, but is not have a significant influence on living standards of Kampat Pegat Bukur community it is seen from the results of the 0.4% coefficient test against the Community prosperity at  Pegat Bukur village, while the rest of 99.6%. Affected by other variables.

Abstract

The aimed of this study is to analyze the influence of  discipline for working and work facilities toward employee productivity at PT. Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama Job Site Binsua   Based on the results of the study can be concluded that the  work discipline partially have a significant effect on employee productivity at PT. Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama Job Site Binsua, this is evidenced from the results of Test t that get the value of t-count> t table or 2.251> 1.985 with a significance value of 0.025 <0.05. Work facilities partially have a significant effect on employee productivity at PT. Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama Job Site Binsua, this is evidenced from the results of Test t that obtained the value of t-count> t-table or 2.354> 1.985 with a significance value of 0.047 <0.05.  The discipline for working and work facilities integrated have a significant effect on employee productivity at PT. Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama Job Site Binsua, evidenced from the result of Test F where the value of F-calculated (25.233)> of F-table value (3.09) with significance value 0.001 <0.05. Therefore,  the accepted the hypothesis that has been proposed, that the  discipline for working and work facilities have a significant effect on employee productivity at PT. Bukit Makmur Mandiri Main Job Site Binsua partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to: a) analyze consumer preference towards prepaid sim card based on the component of interest, b) to analyze consumer preferences for pre-paid sim card based on the belief component, and c) to analyze consumer attitudes towards pre-paid sim card.The analytical method used is the Fishbein Multiattribute Attitude Model. The research results show that 1) the attribute signals, extensive networking, and voice clarity with a very important category. Sms rates, cheap phone rates, years of grace period is active with important categories. Voucher price, the price and the promotion with moderate category. 2) Simpati sim card on signal attributes, network wide, clarity of voice and SMS tariffs ranked first, second, third and fourth with a strong believer category. Cheap phone rates, prime rates, grace periods with confidence category. Voucher prices and promotions ranked eighth and ninth with a middle category. Mentari sim card shows that the attributes of the signal, occupies the first position with a strong believer category. clarity of voice, broad network, sms rates, cheap phone rates, grace periods and active position with the categories in disbelief. Initial price, promotion with moderate category. (3) Fishbein attitude model established by the Consumer to the sim card with a total of 155.60 Simpati good attitude category. While the sim card with a 137.50 total Mentari acquire Ordinary attitude category.

Abstract

, Sharia Interbank Money Market Management (PUAS) in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the management of money market interbank syariah (PUAS) in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that sharia interbank money market in Indonesia has been recognized by the government with the issuance of Bank Indonesia Regulation on March 31, 2008, Number 10/11 / PBI on Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificates (SBIS). In addition to the above, DSN-MUI has also issued a fatwa on the Interbank Mudharabah Investment Certificate (IMA Certificate) with the following provisions: Interbank investment certificate based on interest, not justified according to sharia; Investment certificates based on a Mudharabah contract called IMA are justified according to sharia; IMA certificates may be transferred only once after first purchase; and IMA certificate transactors are syariah banks as owners of recipients of funds and conventional banks only as owners of funds. The principle that must be held is the mechanism of the financial market must be in accordance with sharia and financial instruments must also be according to sharia, namely the need for trading money market securities based on bai ad-dayn; interbank placements should be made under the Mudharabah scheme; there is an interbank syariah clearing system to be followed by sharia banks and conventional bank sharia branches; and securitization of sharia securities, and then sold as bonds in the secondary market with Mudharabah scheme.

Abstract

This Research is aimed to find out the economic sectors which are strongly and strategic to be developed as supporting economic growth at  Regency of Berau. Any analysis used in this research activity is alLocation Quotient analysis. The results of this research that are from 17 business  sectors, there are 10 sectors are maintain sectors of agricultural, forestry and fisheries sectors, mining sectors and expenses, water supply sector, waste management, waste and recycling, large and retail trade sector; accommodation and drinking repairs, real estate sectors, sector of education services, health sector services and social activities, and other services.
