Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, dividend policy, and debt policy on the firms value. Object of this research is used the manufacturing sector listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDXI) in the period 2011-2016. Samples was selected by  purposive sampling method with 104 samples. The data analysis technique of this research using multiple regression analysis with E-Views 7 program.The result  showed that managerial ownership and institutional ownership has positive significant effect on the firm’s value, debt policy has negative significant effect on the firms value, and dividend policy has no significant effect on the firm’s value

Abstract

This research is about an analysis of increasing customer satisfaction in Bale Rasa Restaurant in Ponorogo. The purpose of conducting this research is the first to find out how the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, second to find out the influence of interior displays on customer satisfaction and the third to determine the effect of store layouts on customer satisfaction. The object of this study is Bale Rasa restaurant customers in Ponorogo. This research is quantitative research and survey. The population of this study was the customers of Resto Bale Rasa and the samples used in this study amounted to 100 customers selected using the random sampling method. The method of data collection is done by using questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study partially found that service quality variables and store layouts had a positive and significant effect on the customer satisfaction level of Bale Rasa Resto while the interior display variable was found to have no significant effect on increasing customer satisfaction Resto Bale Rasa.

Abstract

The aim to be achieved by the researcher is to determine the influence of Organizational Culture and Leadership Style on Employee Performance at PT.Nusantara Tropical Farm (NTF).The results of this study concluded that the results obtained from Organizational Culture and Leadership Style on Employee Performance at PT. Nusantara Tropical Farm (NTF) is based on the calculation of multiple linear regression tests that variables X1 (Organizational Culture) and X2 (Leadership Style) have a significant influence on employee performance. The existence of a positive relationship between the variables of Organizational Culture (X1) and X2 (Leadership Style) on the Y variable (Employee Performance) means that the variables X1 (Organizational Culture) and X2 (Leadership Style) experience an increase in Y variable (Employee Performance). Vice versa, if the free variable has decreased, it will be followed by a decrease, it will be followed by a decrease in the dependent variable. Variables X1 (Organizational Culture) and X2 (Leadership Style) have a relationship with the Y variable (Employee Performance). This is based on the r hit value that is higher than the r table price.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the significant positive effect on the perfornance of work ability, a significant positive in the performance of work discipline, and a significant positive effect on the performance of work motivation employee Regional Office General of Treasury, South Sulawesi Province. The number of samples in this research are 65 respondents taken from the census techniques. The method used in this research is quantitative, with multiple linear regression approach, and t-test. Appropriate with this method, the obtained of the results that the ability is a positive and significant effect on the employee work performance of the Directorate General of Treasury, South Sulawesi Province as evidenced by the results tcount >ttable and significant <0,05, work discipline is a significant and positive effect on the employee work performance of the Directorate General of Treasury, South Sulawesi Province as evidenced by the results tcount >ttable and significant <0,05, as well as work motivation is positive and significant effect on the employee work performance of the Directorate General of Treasury, South Sulawesi Province as evidenced by the results tcount >ttable and significant <0,05. The conclusion of this study that partially of ability, discipline, and work motivation is a positive and significant impact on the employee work performance of the Directorate general of Treasury, South Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

The purpose of this research  was to find out the right marketing strategy on CV Berkah Etawa. Meanwhile, the implications of this study in the future, expected to be used as a guide for companies in making policy decisions on marketing strategies to increase the sales. The method of this research is qualitative research that uses research procedures that produce data in the form of descriptive speech or writing and the behavior of the object itself. The analytical instrument used is the SWOT method (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats). The results of this research concluded that internal and external factors along with the cartesius diagram showed that CV Berkah Etawa was still a newly developed company (Growth). The strategy that can be used by CV Berkah Etawa in marketing in order to increase sales is to maintain product quality and quantity, for providing competitive prices and discounted prices for large quantities of purchases), for improving service quality, and for improving the promotion of products offered. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the factors that influence the dividend payout ratio in manufacturing companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange.The research data used in this study is secondary data. The population in this study is a manufacturing company with a total sample of 17 manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis was carried out by multiple linear regression methods. The results of the analysis show that the free cash flow variable, return on investment, debt to equity ratio, and total assets turnover, simultaneously have an influence on the dividend payout ratio in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

The importance of a hospital have a good medicine control that pharmaceuticals are not excessive or shortage. The study aims to: (1) describe the control of generic medicine supply at the pharmacy unit that causes stock out; (2) determine whether ABC, EOQ, and ROP control systems can be used to avoid stock out; and (3) determine the level of safety stock that needs to be stored in the warehouse to avoid stock out. The research can be categorized as a qualitative and quantitative study. It used primary data obtained from in-depth interviews and secondary data obtained from document review. The results reveal that: (1) stock control that causes stock out is the stock opname. (2) stock control with ABC, EOQ, and ROP analysis helps the management to plan medicine supply and to avoid stock out. The ABC analysis shows that 36 kinds (12%) of generic medicine are in Group A, which use budget of 69.60% from the total budget. Group B consists of 52 kinds (17.33%) of generic medicine, using budget of 20.39% from the total budget; while Group C  consists of 212 kinds (70.67%) of generic medicine using budget of 10.01% from the total budget. The maximum order for generic medicine in Group A should consist of 2-5265 items; while The maximum order for generic medicine in Group B should consist of 6-6879 items. The maximum order for generic medicine in Group C should consist of 1-5503 items. Reorder time for generic medicine in Group A starts from 1 to 2315 items, while reorder time for generic medicine in Group B starts from 2-1663 items. Reorder time for generic medicine in Group C starts from 1-916 items. (3) to avoid stock out, safety stock in the warehouse should be 3-1442 items for group A, 1-1036 items for Group B, and 3-570 items for Group C.

Abstract

Information system is seen as one of the factors of competitive advantage for an organization or company. This research aimed at investigating and analyzing: (1) the influence of the use effectiveness of the information system technology on the employees performance, (2) the effect of the use effectiveness of the information system technology on the information system technology trust, (3) ) the influence of the trust of the information system technology on the employees performance, (4) the effect of the use effectiveness through the trust of the information systems technology on the employees performance. The research used the causal explanatory design. The research was conducted in Bank Rakyat Indonesia of Rantepao Branch and carried out in the early month of October 2016. The research population was the employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia of Rantepao branch as many as 100 people. Samples were selected using the probability sampling technique. The data were analyzed using the instrument of the statistic application software of SPSS 22. The research result indicates that: (1) the use effectiveness of the information system technology having the influence on the employees performance is acceptable, (2) the use effectiveness of the use of the information system technology on the trust of the information systems technology is acceptable, (3) the trust on the information system technology having the positive and significant effect on employees performance is acceptable, (4) the use effectiveness of the information system technology having the positive and significant influence on the employees performance of Bank Rakyat Indonesia of Rantepao Branch through the trust on the information systems technology is acceptable.
