Abstract

The aim at the study to examine and analyze the impact growth of profitability through its capital adequacy ratio, operating expense to operating income, loan to deposit ratio and  non perfoming loan in the banking industry go public in indonesia. This study used 29 banking companies in indonesia were selected as sample. The results show that operating expense to operating income and loan to deposit ratio have significantly effect to return on asset while the capital adequacy ratio,and non perfoming loan not significantly effect to return on asset. Capital adequacy ratio, operating expense to operating income, loan to deposit ratio and non perfoming loan not significantly effect to return on equity. While for variable stock returns are significantly influenced only by the capital adequacy ratio, operating expense to operating income, loan to deposit ratio, return on asset and  return on equity while non perfoming loan not significantly effect to stock returns

Abstract

This research is about an analysis of increasing customer satisfaction in Bale Rasa Restaurant in Ponorogo. The purpose of conducting this research is the first to find out how the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, second to find out the influence of interior displays on customer satisfaction and the third to determine the effect of store layouts on customer satisfaction. The object of this study is Bale Rasa restaurant customers in Ponorogo. This research is quantitative research and survey. The population of this study was the customers of Resto Bale Rasa and the samples used in this study amounted to 100 customers selected using the random sampling method. The method of data collection is done by using questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study partially found that service quality variables and store layouts had a positive and significant effect on the customer satisfaction level of Bale Rasa Resto while the interior display variable was found to have no significant effect on increasing customer satisfaction Resto Bale Rasa.

Abstract

Research on the perception of Ponorogo Muslim society  in choosing Islamic banking services aims to know their perception toward Islamic bank and to determine the financial transaction done by them. This research was conducted in Ponorogo using quantitative descriptive research method. The population is lecturers of STAIN and FAI UNMUH Ponorogo. The sample of the research is 75 respondents. Primary data were collected using questionnaire. Analysis of the data in the field done by using descriptive quantitative format.Perception of both lecturers of STAIN Ponorogo and Islamic Faculty of UNMUH Ponorogo toward Islamic bank is good. It can be seen from the behavior of the consumers / respondents which was influenced by the factor of education in which it is majority dominated bypostgraduate level, culture factor through Islamic culture in work environment both in STAIN and UNMUH Ponorogo, as well as the stimulus of knowing Islamic products that generate the perception as a feedback of the stimulus. Financial transactions carried out by most of the respondents, or 63% of respondents use the services of conventional banks and Sharia banks, while those who use only pure Islamic financial services are just 11 respondents from the whole number of respondents. This has become a new phenomenon found in this study and the respondents use the services of conventional and Sharia banks are based on the rules of the institution where they work.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan Kondisi mitra hampir sama dengan kebanyakan UKM  yang ada di desa lain, yakni mengalami beberapa permasalahan sehingga sulit untuk bisa berkembang. Industry kuliner Jipang merupakan salah satu usaha milik BUMDes Desa Wonoketro, sedangkan desa Wonoketro itu sendiri memiliki hasil alam utama yakni padi, serta hasil tani berupa jagung dan kedelai. Sedangkan untuk bidang usaha mitra itu sendiri berupa jasa persewaan molen dan industry kuliner berupa Jipang. Berdasarkan informasi yang digali dari pengurus, permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra setidaknya ada empat hal, yakni: kurangnya analisa dan pengembangan potensi desa; belum kuatnya manajemen organisasi yang digunakan; lemahnya aspek administrasi dan manajemen keuangan; serta belum maksimalnya strategi pemasaran yang digunakan. Aspek modal yang selama ini menjadi salah satu masalah penting bagi sebuah badan usaha sebenarnya kurang berlaku bagi mitra, karena mitra mendapat dukungan modal yang cukup besar dari penyertaan modal dari desa maupun dari pemerintah Kabupaten. Dalam mengatasi permasalahan ini, kami berusaha memberikan solusi dengan membidik aspek Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). SDM menjadi salah satu aspek penting dalam sebuah organisasi karena SDM itulah yang menjalankan aspek lain dari sebuah organisasi. Kami berusaha menguatkan SDM organisasi mitra dengan memberikan beberapa program seperti pemberian pelatihan manajemen usaha , pelatihan pemasaran  usaha mitra  industry kuliner Jipang demi menguatkan SDM dan marketing usaha  industry Jipang milik BUMDes.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan sebagai pelaksanaan Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi selain itu juga bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi kepada mitra untuk dapat membantu memecahkan permasalah-an mereka. Reog Ponorogo berbulu merak, merak dapat sebagai ciri khas daerah Ponorogo, karena motif ini dianggap menarik dan banyak disukai para konsumen. Selain batik, peluang usaha yang bisa muncul dari inspirasi bulu merak adalah asesoris dan pernak pernik.Hal ini dikarenakan tipe produk ini disukai banyak segmen, harga yang bervariasi serta memunculkan banyak ide kreatif darinya. Permasalahan yang timbul di Desa Winong diantaranya adalah lambatnya pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat. Hasil pertanian dari masyarakat sebagian besar hanya cukup dimakan sendiri dan untuk kebutuhan pokok sehari-hari. Pelaku pertanian di desa mayoritas adalah laki-laki, sedangkan wanita dalam usia kerja lebih banyak menjadi TKW, ibu rumah tangga dan pekerja kasar (kuli). Wanita yang menjadi TKW seolah terlihat sejahtera, tapi keba-nyakan lebih diarahkan pada arah konsumtif, dan kurang memperhatikan unsur produktif, apalagi ketika menjadi purna TKW.Wanita sebagai ibu rumah tangga sebagian kecil lebih banyak menganggur. Wanita yang sebagai pekerja kasar di desa ini cukup banyak, karena menjadi pasar tenaga kerja yang baik bagi pemborong proyek jalan raya. Pelatihan teknis dan pengembangan produk bulu merak diharapkan mampu menambah pengetahuan dan ketrampilan TKW purna dan Kelompok PKK serta karang taruna untuk men-ciptakan usaha sendiri sehingga dapat membantu ekonomi keluarga yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Abstract- This research has assessed the empirical relationship among the supply chain management and business repute in the service sector of Indonesia. To the best of our research, this research is a first in nature which is exploring the relationship between supply chain management and business repute in Indonesian economy. The overall study is quantitative in nature which has collected the data through a survey questionnaire from a sample of 183 respondents in service firms. Descriptive results are showing the moderate trends in the mean score with the relative deviation in the average responses too. Additionally, demographic factors like age, working experience, education, marital status, and working status are also presented through relative frequencies and percentage score. For examining the impact of various factors of supply chain management on business repute, regression analyses have been performed where F-test is showing the fitness of the model. It is found that there is a significant and positive impact of first items of autonomy, first item of environmental mastery, first item of personal relationship, and first and third items of self-acceptance. Whereas the rest of the items are indicating no significant impact on mean business repute in Indonesian service industry. However, study is limited in terms of sample size, missing the impact of behavioral intention on business repute, and implication of both measurement and structural equation modelling approaches. Future studies are recommended to consider these limitations as their fundamental contribution in the literature work.

Abstract

Waqf in an organization in Moslem is an asset that must be managed in detail. Information from Waqf is currently centered on the organization's management. The use and management of current waqf is mostly closed, this is because access to transparency of information is not yet available in community organizations. The recording of waqf assets is mostly still manual, although there is digital recording, but currently it is still owned by the religious department at the district level. This is what makes community organizations experience difficulties in carrying out an inventory of waqf assets. This research will provide solutions to community organizations to utilize information systems to carry out digital and integrated waqf management. So that Nazhir and Wakif can mutually know the condition of the assets that have been donated. The development of the status of the donated asset can be seen in the history of every change in status. The classification of existing asset types adopts central waqf management by adding local variables to make it easier to provide complete information to wakif and nazhir.Keywords: waqf, nadzir, administration dan management systems, e-Waqfuna

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the relationship of superiors and subordinates works or we call it, LEADER MEMBER EXCHANGE (LMX) in another term. The object of this research is an Integrated Nursing Home for Impaired Speech and Hearing (INISPH), ''Meohai” Kendari, with 5 superiors and subordinates of this institution as the research informants. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis. The research found that the relationship of superiors and subordinates or Leader Member Exchange (LMX), has been well-intertwined, based on the affection, loyalty, enormous contribution, and respect one another toward the profession done in creating a close relationship to achieve the goal.DOI: 10.15408/etk.v15i2.3244

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of Salesperson performance and Salesperson intelligence on the competitive advantage of sustainable Reog handicraft SMEs in East Java. In this study, we will examine the influence of Salesperson intelligence and Salesperson performance in increasing sustainable competitive advantage in Reog handicraft SMEs. This study uses SMEs Reog Crafts in East Java as the research sample. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis on the first substructure and uses simple linear regression analysis on the second substructure. The results of this study found that Innate intelligence, Technology Intelligence, and Emotional Intellectual have a positive and significant influence on Salesperson Performance. In the second substructure test, it was found that Salesperson Performance had a positive and significant effect on SMEs Sustainable Competitive Advantage.
