Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence between Organizational Citizenship Behavior and organizational communication to Employee Performance either partially or simultaneously. This research was conducted at PT. Sejahtera Utama Bersama Jombang. This type of research is explanatory. Data collection method used is survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. Population in this research is employees of PT. Sejahtera Utama Bersama. This research uses probability sapmling technique, with total sample 84 respondents. The test instrument used to test the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis test proves that Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Organizational Communication are proved to have a direct and significant influence on employee performance variable either simultaneously or partially. This research then give suggestion to PT. Sejahtera Utama Bersama Jombang to continue to maintain and improve the quality of Organizational Citizenship Behavior employees and organizational communication from the company so as to improve employee performance and able to create superior human resources and also potential that will become competitive advantage for the company Keyword :Organizational Citizenship Behavio, Organizational Communication and Employee Performance

Abstract

Eksistensi koperasi merupakan keberadaan koperasi dalam jangka panjang, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab tidak eksisnya koperasi ditinjau dari kinerja organisasi pada koperasi di Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Blitar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kualitatif serta tipe eksploratif, hasilnya adalah koperasi dengan faktor masukan diketahui koperasi mempunyai keterbatasan dalam penyediaan barang atau jasa sebagai input, faktor keluaran koperasi menghasilkan barang dan jasa dengan kualitas di bawah standart. Faktor hasil koperasi menghasilkan barang atau jasa yang kurang fokus pada tujuan akhir yaitu sisa hasil usaha atau laba. Koperasi kurang mampu mencatatkan kegiatan dan mengelola keuangan, pengunaan teknologi kurang, manajemen produksi, serta Skill. Dampak penyebab tidak eksis koperasi Kota Blitar adalah input tidak tersedia, output yang tidak sesuai pasar, outcomes tidak eksis hingga kini karena faktor internal dan eksternal yang pada umumnya terjadi karena terbatasnya sumber daya dan pasar yang kurang mendukung.

Abstract

Life welfare is the hope of every society and society welfare is the goal of the goverment to create a fair society, properous and safe is required some kind progam of the activities community. This research is to contribute the modeling of women cooperation in improving of welfare. Women cooperation is one of groups community that have purpose to increase women ability to increase his life by activities what he did. From the result of the reseach can be conclusion that the affect the level of welfare is happiness, they will feel happy when fulfilled necessities of her life, education wich is can reach the cost of education and quality of life, wich is recognition and public trust about her ability so they can be more quality theirself.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine factor that influence purchasing behavior of customer in purchasing decision at Blitar city. the indicators is product, price, place, and promotion. Marketing mix with partial and simultaneous can be result different it. By using regression with F-test, hypothesis are proved significant. Research study at department store in Blitar city to show if purchasing decision will be because mix from product, price, place, and promotion. With combination all can be selling good. So, owner must do it if will many much profit. Keywords: purchasing decision, product, price, place, promotion

Abstract

Motivasi dan pengawasan merupakan elemen penting dalam penigkatan kinerja karyawan. CV. Bahrul maghfiroh telah menerapkannya dan sudah diteliti kefeektifan penggunaan dua hal tersebut dalam jurnal ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan system pengolahan SPSS serta termasuk deskriptif karena menjelaskan secara detail tentang variabel yang diteliti. Hasil enelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan secara parsial maupun simultan antatra motowasi dan pengawasan terhaadap kinerja karyawan CV. Bahrul maghfiroh. ABSTRACT Monitoring and mitivation are the main elements for improving employees ’ performances. CV. Bahrul Maghfiroh has already applied those poins and it has been researched the influences of those factors in this journal. This journal used quantitative method by using SPSS tool as well as included descriptive because it explains about the variables detailly. The result of this journal proves that monitoring and motivation influenced partially dan simultaneously to the employees ’ performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of zakat in BAZNAS Kota Makassar on implementing Zakah Accounting based on PSAK 109. This is a qualitative research with case study. The data collection technique done through interview. The results showed that Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Makassar City has performed its duties and functions as the Amil Zakat Agency in accordance with Law No.23 Year 2011. However, the financial statements that have been compiled are not in accordance with the standard contained in PSAK 109 on Accounting for Zakah.
