Abstract

Study this article aims to emphasize the importance ofdemocratic economy in an effort to confront global trade towardsnationalism. This achievement makes the spirit of awakening thepeople's welfare. The results of this study can increase the ability oflocal potential (cluster) through the development of anentrepreneurial spirit, koperasi and BUMDesa. In addition, also forthe government of the City and or district can develop a clusterstrategy in implementing the Economic Policy Net (NET). This kindof policy in order to develop the potential of the area was able to seeand develop superior power and competitiveness of products. Theresult is a formidable foster economic actors for culture and socialcapital at once in turn also "eliminate" social sorting proneconfiguration in the form of violence.

Abstract

e-Filing is an innovation that is conducted by DirectorateGeneral of taxes to improve tax administration in Indonesia, a wayof submitting Tax Return (TR) technology-based. Ease of submittingTR technology-based could improve taxpayer compliance in payingtaxes, and it will have an impact to achieve realization target of taxrevenue by Directorate General of taxes. Not only the technicalaspects of developing and applying a technology, but also the socialaspect is another aspect that accompany it, so it can not beseparated from the other one. This research developed andmodified a model of The Theory of Acceptance and Use ofTechnology (UTAUT) by adding some variable like personalcharacteristic and service quality.

Abstract

The main objective of the study is to examine the impact ofprofitability, dividend policy, and capital structure on firms value inIndonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Population in this study are publiccompany listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2009-2012. The datawere then analyzed by the multiple regression analysis, using the SPSSProgram version 16.0. The results of this study show that (1) profitabilityhave positive and significant influence on capital structure, (2) profitabilityhave negative and significant influence on capital structure, (3) profitabilityhave positive and significant influence on firm value, (4) dividend policyhave not significant influence on firm value, (5) capital structure havenegative and significant influence on firm value, (6) profitability havesignificant influence on firm value weather capital structure, (7) devidentpolicy have significant influence on firm value weather capital structure, (8)by simultan profitability, dividend policy, and capital structure havesignificant influence on firm value

Abstract

Teachers can perform well to accomplish their works influnced byhigh motivation and work satisfaction as well as minimun task conflictoccured. This research is aimed to investigate the influence of workmotivation, task conflict, and work satisfaction toward teachers workingperformance simultaneously as well as partially. This research location isat SMP Bahrul Maghfiroh Malang. Respondents of this research aretheachers of the school totally 17 teachers. Data is taken fromquestionnaire which is separated and filled by the teachers. Then thecollected data are analyzed by using SPSS tool(F test and T test) andinterpreted by the researcher. The result of this research proves that first,work motivation, task conflict, and work satisfaction influencesimultaneously teachers working performance significantly. Second, workmotivation influences partially working performance significantly. Third,task conflict influences partially working performance significantly. Fourth,work satisfaction influences partially working performance significantly.

Abstract

In streamlining of product and service flow from produsers toconsumers one of the most important or should not be ignored isdistribution, in an effort to reach the purpose and target of company inmarketing every companies do distribution. The main purpose of companyin essence is same, that is increasing the volume of sale so the provit willbe increasing without ignoring consumers satisfaction.This research usingthe quantitavestatistics with “Analis Korelasi Sederhana-- often called“Korelasi Pearson (Person Product Moment), it purpose for knowing theeffect of distribution on volume of sales. Based on the result obtained bycorrelation r= 0,987 and do experiment of “t-- with the result tb=19.42 so itcan be concluded based on t tabe, t greater than t in table a= 1% (19.42 >3,169), so Ho was rejected. It mean between distribution with volume ofsales is very influential and significant.

Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dalam pengolahan bahan bakutergantung dari upaya perusahaan untuk mencari dan memilih dengan teliti bahanbaku yang akan digunakan dalam proses produksi. Dengan adanya bahan bakudengan kualitas baik maka maka akan memberikan kualitas keluaran yang baikpula. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetaui sejauh mana bahan bakuberpengauh terhadap kualitas produk.Adapun metode analisis data yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian iniadalah analisis regresi berganda. Dimana yang menjadi variabel bebanya yaitu X1Keindahan, X2 Kekuatan dan variabel Y adalah kualitas produk. dari Berdasarkanuji statistik secara parsial, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kekuatan dalam kualitasbahan baku memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kualitas hasil produksi.Penjelasan secara teoritis, dikatakan semakin baik kualitas kekuatan dalamkualitas bahan baku, maka hasil produksi pun akan semakin berkualitas.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influenceconsumer decisions through the marketing mix and consumer attitudes towarddecisions follow a course in progress pare LPK, to see the extent to whichdecisions are taken through the marketing mix and the attitude towards thedecision to follow a course in progress pare LPK. Descriptive analysis showedthat the marketing mix variables (price, place, product, promotion, people,physical environment and processes) and consumer attitudes positive influenceon the decision to follow the course. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruhkualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen tour dan travelmenggunakan jasa transportasi pada CV.Maha Jaya.Uji validitasinstrumen menggunakan Coeficient Corelation Pearson, dan uji reliabilitasmenggunakan Alpha Cronbach. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalahanalisis regresi berganda.Hasil peneltian bahwa, secara parsial keandalan berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai thitung (2.785) > t abel(2.014), jaminan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumendengan nilai thitung (2.161) > t abel (2.014), daya tanggap tidak berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai thitung (0.560) < t abel(2.014), perhatian tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasankonsumen dengan nilai thitung (Ë—0.614) < t abel (2.014), dan bukti langsungtidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengannilai thitung (0.991) < t abel (2.014). Dan secara simultan keandalan, dayatanggap, jaminan, perhatian, bukti langsung berpengaruh signifikanterhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai Fhitung (13.952) > t abel (2.49)
