Abstract

The development of technology and information has been very rapid. An online-based information system is used to simplify the work to be more effective and efficient. The development of technology and information is also encouraging the government to continue to innovate, the government began to apply online-based information systems that facilitate communication with the society, this system is known as E-Government. Therefore, the researcher considers it is important to conduct the research  An Analysis of Policy Implementation Jakarta Smart City Based on  Qlue and Crop in East Jakarta Transportation Sub-Department of Transportation. The problem formultion in this research is how is the implementation of Jakarta Smart City based on Qlue and Crop application in East Jakarta Sub-dept. From that problem formulation, so this study aims to find out the implementation of Jakarta Smart City based  on Qlue and Crop application in East Jakarta Sub-Departement of  Transportation. The method used by the researcher is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques through interviews to informant. The result of this research is a description of the implementation of Jakarta Smart City policy based on Qlue and Crop in East Jakarta Sub-Department of Transportation based on the theory of Edward involving 4 things namely bureaucratic structure, resources, disposition, and communication. From the results of research that the implementation of E-Government in East Jakarta Sub-Departement of Transportation is easy for the public also Transportation Departement about the problems faced by the society. And during the observation, the implementation of E-Government is already running quite well. But there are also suggestions that the researcher proposes the provision of rewards and the addition of Unit Qlue personnel to improve the implementation of Jakarta Smart City based on Qlue and Crop policy will be so much better.

Abstract

Implementation of Risk management by the Directorate General of Customs and Excise in the form of inspection by risk-based selectivity is still running not yet optimally. It seen still looks much infraction on the green chanel and hit rate on the red line that is still below the standard. This study aims to know and analizing implementation of channel appointment at the At Soekarno Hatta Prime Customs and Excise Office Type C in 2016, to determine the obstacles of those policy implementation and efforts made in overcoming it. This research uses research method with qualitative approach. The results of the research show the policy are well implemented but still inaccurate. Emerging constraints: lack of human resources, updating of importer profiles that have not been optimal and coordination that has not been maximized

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze The Influence of Tax Amnesty, Tax sanctions toward compliance of taxpayers of KPP Pratama Bireuen. This Research is conducted in KPP Pratama Bireuen. This research using quantitative method. Analysis of data used through  instrument analysis research including validity test, reliability test, hypothesis test, correlation analysis, kolmogorof-smirnov test, multicollinearity test, heteroskedastisitas test, autocorrelation test, partial significant test, simultant significant test, simple linier regression analysis. The result showed partially Tax Amnesty has no significant effect on compliance of taxpayer, while Tax Sanctions have an positive significant effect  on compliance of taxpayer and simultaneously F Value Count = 51.345 greater than  F Table = 3.09 then H O rejected with significant level. This means  that the independent variable, Tax Amnesty and  Tax sanctions have a mutually significant influence on compliance of taxpayer. Thus increasing Tax Amnesty and Tax Sanctions also increasing compliance of taxpayer.

Abstract

performance values and achievement values of civil servant performance at Directorate of Cereal in the Ministry of Agriculture, and it was supported previously research by Harits  Syah. This Research aims to analyzed the influence of financial compensation toward performance of employees in directorate of cereal grains, Ministry of Agriculture. There are two variable used in this research, they are Independent variable (financial compensation) and dependent variable (performance).The problem formulation and the purposed this research are compensation had possitive  and signification influence toward civil servant performance of employees in  Directorate of Cereal Ministry of Agriculture.This research used a quantitative approach. Which is more emphasis on indexes and empirical measurement. This research used explanatory riset, where as hypothesis testing technique used linear regression analysis and T test.The result of this research concluded that there aren’t possitive and significant influence of financial compensation toward civil servant performance at Directorate of Cereal in Ministry of Agriculture. It means that if financial compensation was increased, the performance of civil servant will increase as well. Where as the great score of precentage financial compensation and civil servant performance at Directorate of Cereal  Ministry of Agriculture includes in excelent catagory.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of the strategy for increasing advertisement tax revenue, to find out any problems found by the unit of tax service and regional restitution, and to resolve the problem on its implementation. This research uses descriptive type and qualitative approach. Data collection techniques uses for this research is interviews, observation and documentation. Conclusion research strategy of the increased in revenue advertisement tax in tax service unit and levies cempaka putih central jakarta not yet optimal because there are still many taxpayers who have not list repeated, lack of the expansion of taxpayers new, human resources not effective, lack of taxpayers who has not done their obligations, not fully sanstions applied because it is still the weak supervision. Advice research strategy of the increased in revenue advertisement tax in the service taxes and levies dae service unit.

Abstract

The phenomenon that made the object of writing is the management of archives in the Office of District Jagakarsa City Administration South Jakarta is still problematic in its management. The purpose of writing is (1) To explain the implementation of archival management (2) To determine the factors inhibiting the implementation of archival management (3) To know the efforts and follow-up in archives management Jagakarsa District Office. Writing method used is descriptive qualitative method. The data collection was done by bibliography study and interview guide. Determination of informant writing as much as 5 informant writing. Analysis of archives management indicators at Jagakarsa Sub-district Office are 8 (eight) indicators, namely: recording, controlling, distribution, storage, maintenance, monitoring, transfer and destruction.Based on the discussion of the results obtained the conclusion, namely: (1) Archives management in the Office District Jagakarsa South Jakarta Administration has not run optimally and well. This can be seen from the recording process that is still using the agenda book, not yet computerized; Control processes that are not yet optimal; the distribution process that still uses the disposition sheet so it has not gone well; Maintenance process not implemented; (2) Obstacles encountered in the management of archives at the Jagakarsa District Office of South Jakarta Municipality are the means and infrastructure are not yet available, the budget is still very low, human resources are not yet competent in the management of the archives; (3) The efforts undertaken to deal with the constraints found in the management of archive management in sub-district jagakarsa is the communication between the managerial areas not yet one door managing the archives properly and correctly so that it needs to be made one door management of the archive management and if necessary appointed special officials who handle the archives at the Jagakarsa Sub-district Office.
