Abstract

This research is use to find out about the implementation of the Local Government Regulation on KTR (No Smoking Area) in the government agency of Blitar City. The focus of this paper is on policy in the application of Local Government Regulations related to KTR in Blitar City. The established KTR policy aims to harmonize the rights of smokers and the right of health with healthy living behaviors. Data collection methods are in-depth interviews, in addition to the community, also with several government agencies in Blitar City that have been chosen such as the Blitar City Government and the Public Health Office. In conclusion, the KTR Local Government Regulation in addition to being a form of implementing the law, is also a point of harmonization between the rights of smokers and non-smokers to breathe clean air.

Abstract

As a Non-Governmental Organization, Green School Bali takes its role not only to educate young generation, but also to creat awareness about environmental issue. This study used qualitative research and theory of discourse analysis. All data collected both from Green School Bali annual report and also print and online sources. The researcher found out that Green School Bali has played a role in the implementation of mobilization by providing schools and all the attributes in it that were very concerned and also supported the elements of sustainability for a better long-term life. Secondly, Green School Bali also has acted as a service delivery actor by directly involving in maintenance efforts as well as counseling about the importance of maintaining the environment. Thirdly, as a catalyst, Green School Bali has succeeded in inspiring many groups to care about environment. And as a partner, Green School Bali has established cooperation with several parties to support sustainable lifestyles and also raise the global public awareness of the sustainability system.

Abstract

This article discusses how the development of efforts to marriage age maturity in Indonesia. This effort is not only as a manifestation of the government in responding to marital problems such as the prevalence of underage marriages, also as another means to curb the behavior of some people who still often deviate marital age regulations through requests for marriage dispensation in court. The research findings conclude that there are important arguments that need to be considered for the government's efforts to reduce the rate of underage marriage in Indonesia, such as through the marriage age maturity program. This can be started by building integration or cooperation between institutions in order to maximize the function of the rule of law and their respective social roles, so that underage marriage can be minimized as well as possible.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of distribution of free bicycles for all students in Blitar City. This program is carried out as government concern to the quality of education in Blitar City with the hope to improve and supporting the quality of education in Blitar City. The regional government through the Education Office has provided supporting facilities to improve education. The method used is a qualitative research approach by interviewing teachers and student guardians and looking for information from news related to the distribution of free bicycles. Then the data from the informant is checked to find the truth of the information. The results showed that the provision of free bicycles had been carried out in 2 periods, first in 2017 and in 2018. Distribution of free bicycles was carried out using a borrow-and-use system, it means after students graduated the bicycles were returned to the school. Distribution of free bicycles with a borrow and use system has received positive responses from parents.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the city branding strategy in Tanjungsari Batok Tourism Village as a tourist destination or not. This research method uses descriptive qualitative analysis method, with a case study approach. Data collection techniques in this study in the form of observation, documentation and interviews. The results of this study are the implementation strategy of the Batok Market in Tanjungsari Kelurahan as City Branding by the Tanjungsari Kelurahan Government which has been going well. Starting from the application of (1) good image marketing through the Batok Market event that carries the traditional theme, (2) marketing of attractions / attractions through the Batok Market event that presents traditional children's games, (3) marketing of infrastructure through the website and reporting on line Kampung Batok activities, and (4) marketing of residents through the formation of Community Groups (Pokmas).
