Abstract

This study reports quality of content validity of items of listening test of National Leaving Exam for SMA in Samarinda is constructed. The quality was identified from task coverage, item difficulty, objective of item, and test format. This study used content analysis with qualitative design. The study revealed that content validity revealed three major findings. Task coverage is dominated by the first and the second year of SMA (8 items are from first year, 8 items are from second year, and 4 items are from third year of SMA). Of 20 items, 9 (45%) are easy, 7 (35%) moderate, 4 (2o%) hard. The questions in the items are specified into 9 (45%) general, 5 (25%) comprehension, 4 (20%) application, and 2 (10%) analysis. The analysis on the Table of Specification reconstructed from the English listening test showed that the test has low content validity.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to select the best sources of auxin of which it can stimulate the growth of shoots Pineapple plant cuttings. This research is compiled in a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 6 replications. The Data were statistically Analyzed by the DMRT. Level of treatment given proves that no treatment 0%, cow urine concentration of 25%, young coconut water concentration of 25% and Rootone F 100 mg / cuttings. The results showed that cow urine concentrations of 25% and Rootone F 100 mg give the best results in stimulating the growth of shoots pineapple stem cuttings. Experimental results concluded that the effect of this natural hormone were better than the shoots without given hormone.

Abstract

This paper describes the importance of the raw materials Inventory supervision for production process. The concepts described in this paper was studied using the descriptive theoretical analysis. It is concluded that (1) Raw Materials Inventory control is highly needed by both small and big companies to take care of the production process stabilization; (2) The production process will find problems when there is no good control of the Inventory. This causes anstable production process effecting finnace of the companies. The long period of materials inventory causes campany loss. On the other hand, small amount of inventory will also cause the production processes stop. Such situation will also influence marketting and the supply to the consumers; (3) Unstable producation process will cause unstable product supply in the market, and (4) To ensure that the consumers ’ needs are continuously completed, control of the raw materials inventory needs to be done and maintained.

Abstract

The biofilm is a microbial community structure formed on the zeolite surface in a sulfate reduction bioreactor and Cu deposition using a SRB consortium . The biofilm soluble microbial solvent is expected to have the capability in sulfate reduction and Cu deposition. Characterization of isolates is required for the optimization of pure culture . The aim of this study is to isolate and characterize the biofilm sulfate reducing bacteria in the sulfate reduction bioreactor and the precipitation of Cu in Batch Culture by a consortium of Sulfate Reducing Bacteria. The method used in this study cultivation was done by using postgate B medium, isolation was done by diluting biofilm on NaCl salt, bacteria grown on NB and postgate B media, characterization done by morphology and biochemistry. There were 3 isolates of B1 (Metylobacterium ), B3 ( Desulfucoccus ), and B2 ( Desulfobacter ). B3 ( Desulfococcus) has the best ability to reduce sulfate and Cu precipitation. Keywords : Sulfur Reducing Bacteria (SRB), Biofilm, Sulfate, Cu. Abstract

The agricultural sector plays an important role in national development. The area of cultivated land or planting area and harvest of Indonesian fruits on average is relatively small. Pineapple is a type of fruit found in the tropics and consumed in a lot of fresh. One of the pineapple producing areas in Kediri Regency is in Ngancar District, including Sempu Village. The purpose of this study is to determine the expenditure and income of pineapple farmers in Sempu Village District Ngancar Kediri and to determine the feasibility of pineapple farming in Sempu Village District Ngancar Kediri. For pineapple farming requires a variable cost consisting of expenses consumed and labor costs Total variable costs for land area of 0.5 Ha Rp 15.312.000 and land area 1 Ha Rp 30.655.000. For fixed cost of pineapple farm consist of land rent, capital interest can be known fixed cost for land area 0,5 Ha Rp 3,229,650, land area 1 Ha Rp 6,459,825, hence can be calculated total cost in pineapple farm for land with wide area 0.5 Ha of Rp 18,542,180 and pineapple farming with a land area of 1 Ha of Rp 37,114,825. The sale results obtained by pineapple farmers selling price according to the quality of pineapple fruit, for the land area of 0.5 Ha obtained profit of Rp 14,182,820 and land area of 1 Ha Rp 28.335.175. The result of the business feasibility test of 0.5 ha and 1 ha is not the same for 0.5 ha yield 1.7648. While for 1 ha R / C ratio produces 1.7634. For both patterns are equally good and worth developing. Keywords: Farming, feasibility Received: 20 August, 2017; Accepter: 10 September, 2017

The researcher chose to conduct a research on a broadcasting program of interactive dialogue organized by BP4K Blitar, because in previous studies regarding the reception of audience have never used the broadcast program audience interactive dialogue. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research using audience reception analysis is based on the concept of encoding/decoding stated Stuart Hall. The researcher compiled the study based on the theory models used to determine the audience reception of the broadcasting program of agricultural interactive dialogue with the theme of the broadcast organic mushroom cultivation timber Persada FM radio broadcast and organic fertilizer production Mayangkara FM radio broadcast. Reception results obtained from this study, both the theme of agriculture broadcast interactive dialogue on the theme of organic wood mushroom cultivation, as well as organic fertilizer there are three positions, namely dominant, negotiated and oppositional. Data were analysed using descriptive analysis with qualitative and quantitative approaches. It was found that women ’s participation in the Kampung Kucai ’s establishment made up from chives cultivation, promotional activities, and managing sustainably. Gender roles in the house-yard land chives farming management were identified according to role/activity, control, access, and benefit disparities between men and women. Men were found to have allocated more time on productive role compared to their women counterparts. Men allocated 10 hours per day or 66,7 % worth productive role where women allocated 5 hours per day or 33,3 %. Therefore, each contributions to household income per month were Rp. 460.230,- and Rp. 229.770,- respectively, whereas women allocated more reproductive role than their men counterparts at 50 % rate compared to 14,5 %.
