Abstract

Perkembangan dunia pendidikan dewasa ini memasuki era global yang ditandai maraknya inovasi teknologi, sehingga menuntut adanya penyesuaian sistem pendidikan yang selaras dengan tuntutan dunia kerja. Upaya tersebut dapat dilakukan melalui lembaga pendidikan formal yang menyiapkan lulusannya untuk memiliki keunggulan di dunia kerja, diantaranya melalui jalur pendidikan kejuruan. Pendidikan menengah di Berdasarkan kebijakan Depdiknas tentang perluasan akses terhadap pendidikan SMK yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keunggulan lokal maka berdasarkan kondisi-kondisi tersebut maka perlu adanya analisis kebutuhan dan analisis potensi dari produk masing-masing sekolah kejuruan yang ada di kabupaten Gresik sehingga diharapkan dapat menciptakan integrasi produk berbasis keunggulan sekolah menengah kejuruan, maka perlu dirancang suatu konsep identifikasi potensi dan model integrasi secara berkesinambungan. Tahap pertama (identifikasi potensi), yang terdiri dari kegiatan : a). identifikasi sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK), b). SWOT analysis, c). cluster analysis, d). pemetaan sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK). Tahap kedua (konsolidasi dan pengintegrasian), yang terdiri dari kegiatan : a). pengelompokkan SMK, b). perancangan model integrasi, c) konsolidasi antar pihak-pihak yang terkait, d). pelaksanaan integrasi produk secara sinergis. Hasil identifikasi potensi Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di kabupaten Gresik berdasarkan kluster yang terbentuk dalam upaya mewujudkan rancangan model integrasi produk-produk Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) yang merujuk terhadap spectrum bidang, program dan paket keahlian, maka 2 macam alternatif integrasi produk yaitu 1. Integrasi produk-produk dari spectrum bidang keahlian Teknologi dan Rekayasa, program keahlian Teknik Otomotif dan paket keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan. 2. Integrasi produk-produk dari spectrum bidang keahlian Teknologi Informasi dan komunikasi, program keahlian Teknik Komputer dan Informatika dan pakrt keahlian Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan, sehingga model integrasi produk yang terbentuk dibutuhkan pola model integrasi secara sinergi oleh ke-3 (tiga) pihak yang terkait, dalam rangka menghasilkan produk unggulan lokal kabupaten Gresik, Pola model integrasi secara sinergi akan berjalan optimal bila masing-masing pihak berkomitmen tinggi bagi terciptanya produk unggulan lokal yang dihasilkan oleh SMK-SMK kabupaten Gresik dalam rangka menghadapi era pasar global dapat terwujud melalui integrasin produk-produk SMK.

Abstract

Performance management is intended to improve the strategic focus and effectiveness of the company by ensuring continuous improvement in individual and team performance. The most popular approach used is the BSC (Balanced Scorecard). Coffee shop "Kalem Coffee" wants to develop their business, therefore in this study we want to design a performance measurement instrument Kalem Coffee using BSC. The initial stage in designing a performance instrument is to conduct internal and external analysis in order to know the business position in the industry and what strategies should be used. The SWOT approach is used in internal and external environmental analysis. From the SWOT analysis, it is known that Coffee Sugar is in quadrant IV position. The strategy that should be applied is diversification. This strategy requires Kalem Coffee to make a difference with similar businesses to bring greater opportunities for business to take place. The next stage is the formulation of strategic objectives. The strategic objectives designed are; (1) increase in profit, (2) increase customer loyalty, (3) improve relations with new customers, (4) develop quality products with innovation, (5) develop good and quality services, (6) increase employee job satisfaction, (7) improvement of employee skills, and (8) Knowledge of employee knowledge. The eight strategic objectives are translated into 2 financial perspective Key Performance Indicators (KPI), 3 KPI internal business processes, 4 KPI customer perspectives, and 5 KPI growth and learning perspectives, with the target of each KPI set based on discussions with Kalem Coffee owners.

Abstract

This research purposed to achieve empirical evidence about factors affecting the interest in entrepreneurship. All predictor variable are entrepreneurship education, skills, and environtment. This research placed in University of Muhammadiyah Gresik. The number of respondend stated 31 colloge students from magement departmentfocused in entrepreneurship concern. Multiple regression used to test the hipothesys. The result find the empirical evidence that skills and environtment affecting the interest in entrepreneurship. Meanwhile, entrepreneurship education doesn’t influence the interest in entrepreneurship significantly.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio and Total Asset of Turn Over On Return on Assets in cooperatives in Gresik Regency in 2013-2015 (Studies in Cooperatives reported in Diskoperindag). The population in this study were 28 coopertives. which includes cooperatives that get profit. The sample uses saturated samples, where all members of the population are used as samples and obtain data from 84 cooperatives during the 3-year observation period. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using partial t test. The result of the research with the regression equation Y = a b1X1 b2X2 b3X3, shows that the current ratio is positively related to return on assets, because the coefficient is positive 4.05E-009, while the debt to asset ratio has a negative relationship with return on assets because the coefficient is negative - 0.001 and the total asset turnover also has a positive relationship with return on assets because the positive coefficient is 0.001. While the partial current ratio does not affect the return on assets in cooperatives that make a profit in Diskoperindag in Gresik district in the 2013-2015 period, because the t-count value is 0.019 smaller with t-table that is equal to 1.990. And partially the debt to asset ratio negatively affects return on assets in cooperatives that report consistent financial statements and cooperatives that benefit at Diskoperindag in Gresik regency for the period 2013-2015, because the t-count value is -4.259 smaller with t -table equal to 1.990. And total asset turn over partially affects return on assets in cooperatives that report consistent financial statements and cooperatives that benefit from Gresik District Diskoperindag for the 2013-2015 period.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the system of decision-making and priority criteria in supplier selection. Supplier selection is part of the supply chain. The role of suppliers affect the production process of a company as a supplier is a major business partner in the operation of the company's work. every manufacturing company has a standard priority suppliers so that it takes an analytical tool for decision-making. Method Analythical Hierarcy Process (AHP) is a decision making method of analysis used in decision-making with a systems approach, where decision-makers are trying to understand a condition of the system and help make predictions in decision-making. Distributing questioner to determine priority criteria CV General Timber supplier in Indonesia.The results of evaluation research in the company's performance CV General Timber Indonesia, there are five priorities, namely Cost supplier criteria with a weighting of 0.29%, Quality 0,26%, Quantity by 0.16%, Delivery 0.15% and Flexibility of 0.13 %

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of partial and simultaneous visual merchandising, sales promotion, and hedonic motives for impulsive purchases at Alfamidi GKB Gresik retail outlets. Sampling was carried out using nonprobability sampling technique which was used as incidental sampling by distributing 100 respondents. The analytical instrument used is to use multiple linear regression using CSS / Windows. V. 20. Testing hypotheses using t test and F test with a significant level of 5%. The calculation results show that the three variables included in the same analysis have a significant effect on impulsive purchases at Alfamidi GKB Gresik retail outlets. This conclusion is based on the results of calculations showing the calculated F value of 7.901 is greater than F table of 2.699. These three variables, it turns out the sales promotion has a significantly greater influence with a value of t 2.511 with a significant level of 0, 025%. Based on the analysis of impulsive purchases at Alfamidi GKB Gresik retail outlets, it was very dominantly influenced by sales promotions. From three variables, sales promotion must be further enhanced so that consumers carry out impulsive buying activities at Alfamidi GKB retail stores.

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to know the affect of many factors which affected to the production volume in PT. Kelola Mina Laut Gresik. What the price of raw materials was and the used of raw materials partially and simultan eously affected on the production volume. The analysis tool which used was a model of multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing used t test and F test, both at the significant level 5%. Based of the analysis of research on PT Kelola Mina Laut Gresik. Partially, inventory raw material price had not significant effect on the production volume, consumption of raw material inventory affected significantly of the production volume. Inventory of raw material price and the use of raw material simultan eously affect significantly to the production volume.

Abstract

Dividends are payments made by the company to the shareholders who depend on dividend policy of each company. This study aimed to test the influence of the solvency of the dividend on the company's profitability LQ45 through 2011-2013 in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study used a sample of 60 financial statements and tested using the t test and path analysis. Results of testing by t-test showed that the solvency of a direct effect on profitability, solvency does not directly influence the dividend, and directly influence the profitability of the dividend. The results of path analysis on line 1 (p1) that the solvency of the profitability of -0.430 indicates that every increase solvency will cause a decline in profitability, in line 2 (p2) that the solvency of the dividend amounting to -0.062 indicates that every increase solvency will lead to a decrease in the dividend, the lane 3 (p3) is profitability against a dividend of 0.181 indicates that every increase profitability will lead to a dividend increase and in line 4 (p4) that the solvency of the dividend through the profitability of -0.14 indicates that the indirect effect of the dividend solvency through profitability will lead to dividend reduction.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of utilitarian information search on online purchases through E-WOM. This research is a quantitative study, with a population of respondents who are LAZADA consumers in Surabaya and the sample technique uses purposive sampling. The number of respondents taken was 70 people. The hypothesis in this study was analyzed using the smart PLS method with the results of H1: Utilitarian information search has a significant effect on accepted online purchases. H2: Utilitarian information search has a significant effect on Electronic Word of Mouth (E- WOM) received. H3: electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) has an effect on accepted online purchases.

Abstract

This research has a goal to analyze the influence parcially and concurrently between brand image, facility, and service's quality for satisfaction and loyalty; and the influence of brand image, facility and service's quality to layalty by satisfaction. The sample of this research was used 100 respondents who are outpatients that exploit the health's service of Semen Gresik Hospital (havi ng minimal two times visit and 17years old). The methode of this analysis is Path Analysis. The result showed that brand image is not influential parcially for satisfaction; facility is not influential parcially for patient's satisfaction; service's quality is not influential parcially for satisfaction; brand image, facility and service's quality are influenced concurrently for satisfaction; brand image is not influential parcially for loyalty; facility is not influential parcially for loyalty; service's quality is influenced parcially for loyalty; satisfaction is influenced parcially for loyalty; brand image, facility, service quality and satisfaction are influenced concurrently for loyalti; brand image is influenced for loyalty by satisfaction, facility is influenced for loyalty by satisfaction and service quality is influenced for loyalty by satisfaction.
