This study aims to determine the system of decision-making and priority criteria in supplier selection. Supplier selection is part of the supply chain. The role of suppliers affect the production process of a company as a supplier is a major business partner in the operation of the company's work. every manufacturing company has a standard priority suppliers so that it takes an analytical tool for decision-making. Method Analythical Hierarcy Process (AHP) is a decision making method of analysis used in decision-making with a systems approach, where decision-makers are trying to understand a condition of the system and help make predictions in decision-making. Distributing questioner to determine priority criteria CV General Timber supplier in Indonesia.The results of evaluation research in the company's performance CV General Timber Indonesia, there are five priorities, namely Cost supplier criteria with a weighting of 0.29%, Quality 0,26%, Quantity by 0.16%, Delivery 0.15% and Flexibility of 0.13 %

Geographical and agricultural conditions exist in the Madura Island that the Madura Island is an area with hot temperatures and has a low rainfall. This research was conducted in the tropics with little rainfall, this study also looked at whether the location intended by the researchers could be used to carry out the process of cultivating oyster mushrooms and whether this effort could continue to be developed. This research used a qualitative paradigm approach to provide an aspect of flexibility in gathering information from informants about the development of oyster mushroom cultivation. The results of this research can be seen cultivation of white oyster mushroom can be done in lowland area with the supporting factors such as land, water resources and other support. This cultivation business can be done by all gender. The potential or business opportunities through the cultivation of white oyster mushrooms in low areas is very large because the results obtained can be doubled from the capital that must be issued by the business. Actually we can get more profit if farmers can be more creative by processing white oyster mushrooms into processed products that have added value then the farmers will also get bigger results again, not even just doubled but can be many times over. Because the real business should be able to think creative and innovative.

The purpose of this research is to identify the influence factors of income’s craftmen songkok in District Gresik. This research used 48 respondents as samples. Primer data were used in this research. This research tested four independent variables, namely asset, productivity, work experience and kreativity which effected dependent variable, income. This research is also to find out the effect of asset, productivity, work experience and kreativity toward income by using two-way linear regression method. The result of the research showed that asset and work experience significantly affect income, while productivity and kreativity not significantly affect income.

This research aim to analyze and find empirical evidences of Trust, Safety, Perception of Risk, and Service Quality Towards Buying Decision in Instagram. This research used accidental sampling methode to collect the samples. There are 50 students of Muhammadiyah University of Gresik became the participants. The independents variables consist of trust, safety, perception of risk, and service quality. The dependent variable is Buying Decision in Instagram. The multiple regression used to analyze the data of this research. The result showed that trust, perception of risk, and service quality have significant efeect towards buying decision in instagram, but safety has no significant effect towards service quality

The purpose of this research is to identify the variables that affect the income of craftmen rebana District Bungah Gresik. This researhc used 36 respondent assample, Primer data were used in this research.. This research tested two independent variables, namely capital and labor that affect the dependent variable is income. The purpose of this research is also to find out the effect of working capital, and labor to earnings by using multiple linear regression analysis. The resultsof thr research showed that the variables significantly influence the working capital income, while labor not significant effect on income.

This study aims to know the planning to control the project activities during the implementation phase. The success rate or failure of a project leads to less mature planning and less effective controls, resulting in project delays, increased implementation costs and lower quality. To set the time for completion of the project to be more effective and efficient can use PERT and CPM methods so as to reduce the impact of delays and swelling of implementation costs. The PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique) method is a method that aims to reduce as much as possible delays, Production, and coordinate various parts of a job thoroughly and accelerate the completion of the project. While the CPM method is a method of planning and control projects that have cost data in the past. Based on the analysis results show the initial duration of the project with duration of 180 days (6 months) with the total cost of Rp. 73.599253,59. As a result of overtime work system, the duration of its activities to be 164 days with project cost of Rp. 55,089,267.07.

This research aims to influence the capital structure, the old business, and labor to profits at home Gresik bag industry. The population in this study of 120 self-employed home industry bags in Gresik, using Stratifed Proportionate Random Sampling, then obtained 89 samples of self-employed home industry in Gresik type bag. Researchers also tested three independent variables, namely capital structure, long effort and the amount of labor that affect earnings. The purpose of this study the influence of the capital structure, the old business, and labor to profit by using multiple linear regression analysis. These results indicate variable capital structure does not affect the profit and old variable effort and affect the amount of labor.

The market is generally divided into two, namely traditional markets and modern markets. Traditional market is a market that has a simple buying and selling activities, there is a bargain with a means of payment in the form of cash. In addition, the market is not only a place for the community in meeting the daily needs, but also the center of the community's economic drive. Traditional market is an important channel in the distribution process of agribusiness products as big as food product of daily necessities. The competition of traditional markets and modern markets is getting tighter. The government is trying to assist the development of traditional markets in order to compete with modern markets by planning the revitalization and fostering of market management so that not only physical improvements are made but also services and market management mangement. Related to this problem is capital strategy applied by traditional market trader Soponyono in face of tight competition with modern market. This research method is descriptive study by using qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through (1) indepth interview, in-depth interviews until the data obtained is considered sufficient and (2) observation that is observing the learning process undertaken. The process of data analysis using capital strategy theory. The purpose of this research is to identify the difference entrepreneur intention college student management 2012-2013 and college student management 2013-2014 and identify the influence need for achievement, norma subjective, self-efficacy, and innovation variable, that was entrepreneur intention. This research used 167 respondents as samples. Primer data were used in this research. This research tested four independent variables, need for achievement, norma subjective, self-efficacy, and innovation variable, that was entrepreneur intention. This research is also to find out the effect of the difference entrepreneur intention college student management 2012-2013 and college student management 2013-2014 and the influence need for achievement, norma subjective, self-efficacy, and innovation variable, that was entrepreneur intentionby using mann-whitney u test and two-way linear regression method. The result of the research showed that no difference entrepreneur intention college student management 2012-2013 and college student management 2013-2014 and need for achievement, norma subjective, self-efficacy significantly affect entrepreneur intention, but innovation no significantly affect entrepreneur intention.

The purpose of this study is to determine and explain the significance of the influence of Internal Locus of Control on Role Conflict with the ethics of Islamic work as intervening variable relationship. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research with quantitative research method. In this study using 3 (three) variables of internal locus of control as free variables, Islamic work ethics as intervening and role conflict variables as dependent variables. Where respondents in this study as many as 92 female respondents berhijab.This study uses statistical analysis regression path analysis method using SPSS 16 for windows and sobel test. To see the effect of mediation or intervening. Based on the results of the analysis show that the four hypotheses submitted accepted the truth, but the relationship between ethical work of Islam and positive role conflict in this study
