Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of excellent service training and management information systems on employee performance at the Surabaya Parahita Diagnostic Center Laboratory. By using a sample of 32 respondents, the type of data used is primary data. This study examines two independent variables, namely excellent service training and management information systems that affect the dependent variable, namely employee performance. Testing is done using multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneous training of excellent service has a significant effect on employee performance, management information systems have a significant effect on employee performance, and partially training in excellent service and management information systems have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to test the influence of the culture of the Organization, the work environment, Financial Compensation, and Non financial Compensationperformance against permanent employees of PT. Surabaya Panel Lestari Gresik. Then conducted a review of the literature and the preparation of the hypothesis, as well as the data obtained from the dissemination of questionnaires against 62 permanent employees of PT. Surabaya Panel Lestari Gresik using Total Sampling. Testing is done using multiple Linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that organizational culture does not have an effect on the variable performance of the employees, the influential working environment significantly to the performance of the employee, financial compensation is a significant effect on performance of employees and Non financial compensation effect significantly to the performance of the employee. The culture of the Organization, the work environment, Financial Compensation, Non financial Compensationsignificant effect simultaneously against variable employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of food quality, service quality and physical environmental quality on customer buying behavior intentions (at customer restotan soto lamongan cak har in Surabaya). The sample uses a non-probability sampling method with a purposive technique that is by selecting respondents who are subscribed to the soto lamongan cak har restaurant in Surabaya. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis proved that the quality of food, service quality and physical environment quality proved to have a significant partial effect on customer repurchase behavior intention in Soto Lamongan cak har Surabaya

Abstract

One way to attract parents to send their children to school now is to provide good facilities, easy and affordable access to schools, and parents have a positive perception of school. Parents who want to decide whether to choose education services at a school that suits them have good value and no doubt in choosing education services. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the work discipline, work motivation and work environment on the performance of employees in the financial management and gresik district asset management agencies. The sample uses probability sampling technique as many as 72 respondents propotionate stratified random sampling. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis prove that work discipline, work motivation and work environment are proven to have a significant partial effect on employee performance in financial management and gresik district assets. Simultaneously work discipline, work motivation and work environment also proved to have a significant effect on performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effects of prices and facilities on decision makers and customer satisfaction in the Pondok Permata Suci housing in Gresik. The research data was obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents who bought and resided in PSS using proportional sampling techniques. Tests are carried out using path analysis techniques. The results showed that prices and facilities have a direct effect on purchasing decisions, purchasing decisions have a direct effect on consumer satisfaction, prices and facilities have a direct effect on consumer satisfaction, and prices and facilities have an indirect effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price, promotion, physical evidence, and service quality on interest in visiting Dynasty Water World Gresik. The sample of this study consisted of 100 respondents. The independent variables in this study are price, promotion, physical evidence, and service quality, while the dependent variable is the interest in visiting Dynasty Water World Gresik. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS program. The results showed that the promotion variables, physical evidence, and service quality had a partial effect on the interest in visiting, while the price variable was stated not to have a significant effect on the interest of visiting visiting Dynasty Water World Gresik.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan (yang terdiri dari bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati) berpengaruh secara simultan, parsial, serta kualitas pelayanan manakah yang berpengaruh secara dominan terhadap kepuasan anggota KPRI Mina Mulya Dinas Perikanan dan Kelautan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 65 responden. prosedur pengumpulan datanya menggunakan kuesioner, observasi dan kepustakaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 16.0 yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan persamaan regresi linier berganda sebagai berikut : Y = 0,086 + 0,166X1 + 0,263X2 + 0,266X3 + 0,148X4 + 0,151X5 + e. Pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat secara simultan dilakukan dengan uji F yang menghasilkan Fhitung sebesar 100,034 > 2,3767 Ftabel dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Selanjutnya pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat secara parsial dilakukan dengan uji T yang menghasilkan Thitung bukti fisik sebesar 2,254, kehandalan sebesar 4,325, daya tanggap sebesar 2,918, jaminan sebesar 2,172, dan empati sebesar 2,168 > 2,0025. Kemudian dilihat dari nilai Standardized Coefficients (Beta) dari masing-masing variabel kualitas pelayanan, yang memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap kepuasan anggota KPRI Mina Mulya Dinas Perikanan dan Kelautan Provinsi Jawa Timur adalah kehandalan dengan nilai beta sebesar 0,290.

Abstract

Efforts to improve the quality of human resources, the main source of human companies need to be done well, directed, and planned, so that companies can compete fairly with other companies, given the future competition between companies will be more stringent. Human resources are able to compete with competitors or with business partners the only company that has the quality of human resources. The research objective was to determine the effect of work safety, health and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Eight Iradah Workshop Division. This study uses a survey method using primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The sample in this study was 57 PT. Eight Iradah Workshop Division. Samples taken using saturated sampling are sampling techniques based on the total population. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) Work Safety had a significant positive effect on employee performance. (2) Health Work has no effect which has a significant positive effect on employee performance. (3) Discipline of significant positive effects on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Product Quality, Service Quality, and Price Perception on Customer Satisfaction. The number of samples in this study were 100 futsal Hidayat Futsal Square customers. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study conclude that the results of partial testing of Product Quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, Service Quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and Price Perception has a significant effect on customer satisfaction
