Abstract

Inclusive education is the education given to students who have the disorder, has the potential intelligence and special talents. Also children are not able to learn for one thing: disability, autism, mental retardation, homeless children, the other had the talent and potential. Inclusive education is a system of educational services for children with special needs in the regular school education and this should be done as early as possible. This is in accordance with the policy internationally and nationally as stipulated in Law No. 20 of 2003 on article 32 and Permendiknas number 70 of 2009, by providing opportunities and opportunities for children with special needs to acquire education in schools regular ranging from elementary school, School junior High and High School / Vocational. The success of inclusive education will depend on the cooperation of the government, teachers and parents together.

Abstract

Pada program pembelajaran dalam pendidikan anak usia dini dapat berubah ubah setiap tahunnya sesuai dengan apa yang dibutuhkan oleh zaman, dimana pada dewasa ini program dari pembelajaran anak usia dini sendiri lebih mengedepankan dan menekankan pada nilai akademis terutama pada kemampuan membaca, menulis, dan berhitung dibandingkan mengembangkan sosial dan emosi anak. Ditambah dengan pandangan orang tua yang rasional, menganggap bahwa output anak yang bersekolah pada jenjang taman kanak kanak harus diajarkan dengan kemampuan membaca, menulis, dan berhitung sehingga anak memiliki kesiapan baik dalam bentuk fisik dan psikologis  untuk melanjutkan pada pendidikan lebih lanjut.

Abstract

Inclusive education should be started since early childhood. Education is a basic need of every human being, as well as early childhood education that develop the whole potential of the whole child. In addition to laws and regulations that support the implementation of early childhood education, conceptual and scientific studies of child development, have shown their positive values in early education service delivery. It is also to encourage the implementation of inclusive education in early childhood education in early childhood services Inclusion every child deserves a good education services in accordance with the age and development, regardless of the degree, the economic conditions of disorder or mental, physical or social that is owned by a child. The most striking effect and can leave a long impression made at the right time, ie during the critical or sensitive period. Therefore, the need for stimulus is given at an early age can improve all aspects of the development is also based on that view. Delay or omission giving stimulus at the right time will be a negative impact on children's development.
