Abstract

This study aims to: Describe 1) forms the motif carving 2) placement of the motif carving 3) the shape and placement of the motif carving in the rumah gadang Alang Babega and Dt. Rajo Bagindo Malano. The research method using qualitative research with descriptive approach. The results showed that the shape of the motif carving on the both namely the form of plants, animals and geometric. Placement motif carving on the papan banyak, singok and dinding hari. The shape and placement of the motif carving on both the Rumah Gadang is different, only some a few motif carving are same.Keywords: Form, placement, comparation

Abstract

Congestion is one of the events that occurred on the highway that can cause long queues of motor vehicles, so that the traffic flow becomes choked. Problems arising from congestion is the time the riders wasted unnecessarily. The purpose of disclosure is to provide knowledge congestion problems in complying with the awareness of the importance of traffic rambu2, skilled in driving to avoid themselves from the congestion to the creation of road conditions are arranged neatly away from the congestion. Ten paintings contemporary style created : 1), “Pindah Jalur” 2), “Pengemis Jalanan I” 3), Pengemis Jalanan II” 4), “Melawan Arus” 5), “Kurang Konsentrasi I” 6), “Kurang Konsentrasi II” 7), “Para Pekerja” 8), “Pengemis dan Sapu” 9), “Angkutan Kota” 10), “Dilarang Berhenti”. The results of this work have an understanding of the importance of obeying traffic laws that can be used as a moral message to the wider community.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is description about shape and appointment the design of carved object in tradition house Bubungan Lima Bengkulu. The research method used is avalitative with approacmutdoscri prive. The result of research is inticate shape and placement carved object are source form : 7 motif of flora, fauna 1 motif and geometric 3 motif. Abstract

This final work aims to visualize the emotional turmoil of adolescence into the painting in a contemporary style. The author uses five stages in the creation of works of art, the preparation stage , the stage of elaboration , synthesis stage , the stage of realization of the concept , and the completion stage in the form of an exhibition of works end. The author uses acrylic paints in the creation of the work. The style that author use is contemporary. Contemporary art is not bound to rules that already exists. The ten works that author present made with headings, namely: 1) “Jalan Pintas”, 2) “Penenang”, 3) “Virus Jalanan”, 4) “Lihat Kami!”, 5) “Depresi”, 6) “Dunia Mereka”, 7) “Antagonis”, 8) “Begal!”, 9) “Penenang #2”, 10) “Games”.Kata Kunci : Gejolak Emosi Remaja, Seni Lukis, Kontemporer.

Abstract

An artist always felt the anxiety in her that an accumulation of circumstances surrounding the response. Anxiety is what is the forerunner to the birth of a masterpiece. In life, many methods are used to establish a social relationship, one of which is done by interacting through communication. Communication and expression are two very related. Facial expression is a form of nonverbal communication, and can convey the emotional state of a person to those who observe it.Facial expression in painting surrealism pouring works ideas are actually centered on the human mindset that is, from observations made by the man himself.Performers can see, observe, learn, experience, understand, appreciate, think, behave, behave calmly to the natural and social environment of their own as well as those outside of themselves.These works are created through various processes and from the author's own experience in life. Reference the author collected in the form of pictures, books, art magazines, exhibition catalogs, direct observation, data collection and information in the field in the form of opinions and suggestions, and some painters both national and international level as a reference as well as motivation.Final Project, the production work of selecting those which are well known as a symbol of expression in the work of surrealist painting.Human beings have a nature as social beings, so that men are required to interact with each other to establish a harmonious life in society. In the sociable man should be able to read other people's facial expressions in order to avoid misunderstandings that could eventually cause problems. Because, basically, human social life would not be much of a problem, just how people react to it.Keyword : Painting, Surrealism

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to promote creativity and student learning outcomes in subjects skill in the class VIIIC Junior High School Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP using contextual learning model. The experiment was conducted using classroom action research. Methods and means of collecting datain this study is the observation format of student creativity, questionnaires and tests the creativity of students learning outcomes. The results obtained by the processing of data showing an increase in creativity and student learningoutcomes. Creativity In the first cycle of 57.34% less criteria, the second cycle students' creativity criteria were 71.92%, 84.77% the third cycle of creativity high criteria. student learning outcomes pre-cycle average of 70.29 into 78.63 in thefirst cycle, the second cycle average 80.66 and third cycle average of 81.33. Based on the findings of the above study concluded that contextual learning model can enhance the creativity and skill of learning outcomes in the classroom VIIIC in the Junior High School Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP.Kata Kunci : Kreativitas, Hasil Belajar, Model Pembelajaran Kontekstual.

Abstract

Problems were found in the Embroidery Business Hj. Rosma wasHj. Rosma as teachers form motifs, processing techniques and color combinations on this effort has died, along with many students Hj. Rosma who has resigned. This led the authors perceived its own concerns with the preservation of shape motifs, processing techniques and color combinations on Embroidery Business Hj. Rosma.Method this study was to describe the shape of the motive,construction techniques, and the combination of colors of embroidery on embroidery Enterprises Hj. Rosma. The research method used descriptive qualitative method. The type of data in the form of primary and secondary data. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews, documentation and literature. Data analysis is done by qualitative descriptive analysis, in which the author describes the data and researchresults in narrative form that is both creative and deep and showed the characteristics of a natural.The results of that study, the form contained in the embroidery motif embroidery business Hj. Rosma was Naturalist motifs form the plant and animal motifs such as leaves motif chain, Bungo Gadang, Tampuak Bungo, Kaluak Paku, Melati, Mawar, Anggrek, Kuda Laut, Ikan Mas and Kupukupu. Geometric motifs such as the motif rectangles, and circles. Embroidery techniques used there are two techniques: embroidery techniques suji cair and Kerancang (include: Kerancang Pusat, Kerancang Rel, Kerancang Kacau and Kerancang Kacang) color combinations of colorcombinations Analogus, Monocromatic and Complementer. Expected results of this embroidery craft products can be preserved and enhanced ability to compete and market share by providing training and knowledge about the understanding and way of making sketches of motifs, techniquesand color combinations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) to explain the existence of Zirwen Hazry in the work of art, (2) explain how Zirwen Hazry maintain existence as a painter in West Sumatra. The method used in this research uses qualitative research. Data obtained using observation, interviews, documentation and browsing the internet on Zirwen Hazry along with his work. Techniques in reducing, presentation and verified in reaching conclusions. Results showed that the existence Zirwen Hazry in the work of art is influenced by several factors: that of social institutions, artists and the public.Kata Kunci: Eksistensi, Seni Lukis

Abstract

This study aims to determine the form of the motif Houses Hundred Poles in the Village Sugih Waras, to know the names carved motifs on the pole a Hundred Houses in the Village Sugih Waras, to determine which placements are the motif on the pole a Hundred Houses in the Village of the district Sugih Waras Ogan Komering Ilir.The type of research is qualitative descriptive. This research was done by field observation, interviews, and documentation. To analyze the data is done by collecting data, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. To test the validity of the data is done by triangulation data. It can be concluded that the Hundred House is a traditional House Sugih Waras that many have a wide variety of shapes, names and placement of carving motifs are placed in different places.
