This thesis aims to visualize the condition of divorce in a surrealist painting, to increase people's appreciation of the importance of keeping the family intact. Embodiments of surrealist painting dominating form elements, atmosphere and expression between the subject mater to support the object through the medium of acrylic on canvas in the style surrealism. Methods and steps in the process begins with the preparation, elaboration, synthesis, the realization the concept going to presented to public through exhibitions. This work provides information to the general public picture of viewpoints contained in the phenomenon of divorce or divorce as a social standpoint, law and religion are illustrated through 10 (ten) title surrealist painting style.Kata Kunci: Korban Talak, Seni Lukis, Surrealis

Abstract One of the material in the Culture and Craft Arts curriculum at Elementary Schoolis fine arts and crafts. Teachers at Campago Ipuh Elementary SchoolMandiangin Koto Selayan Bukittinggi had problems in learning. Teachers in Elementary Schools have not been able to carry out art and craft learning, in terms of this learning inElementary Schools is the most effective means for the formation of personal children. This is because, besides not having a special educational background in fine arts and crafts, there are other reasons; the teacher does not master art and craft material. Based on the above problems, sothe priority problems to be solved were related to the mastery of material learning in arts and crafts, with the formulation of the problem being; the lack of the teacher’s abilityinElementary SchoolCampago Ipuh Mandiangin Koto Selayan Bukittinggi inmasteringart and craft materials. Therefore,an activity is carried out which thepurpose is to improve the ability of teachers in learning arts and crafts at Elementary SchoolCampago Ipuh Mandiangin Koto Selayan Bukittinggi. Solutionof these problems is done by counseling, training, and mentoring. The results of this activity are 1) in general,Elementary School teachers have mastered fine art material (reliefprint) well, 2) in general,Elementary School teachers have mastered craft material (makrame craft) well.

Tahap terakhir adalah penyelesaian hingga pameran. From Students like is what lies behind the writer to put it on the painting with the title "Off Campus Student Activity In Reveal Work of Contemporary Art".From a variety of diverse activities off-campus students, this thesispresents the visualization of off-campus student activities in the style ofcontemporary painting with the addition of some supporting objects and use materials watercolor on canvas. Preparation, elaboration of ideas, synthesis, and realize the concept of the major steps in determining each of the works right idea, to the purpose in creating the final masterpiece. This final work featuring portraits of students who represent the themes and concepts appropriate to the work of the author. Any objects that appear to have a relationship with the object of supporting the one and the other. This thesis also emphasizes the cultivation of the realist techniques and heighten dimensional shape of the object.The final work will be invited to the current students to always lookcreative in conducting lectures and off-campus activities. Activity outside the campus will provide a fresh new look that gave birth to the experience and skills of a student yourself. The caterpillar is a kind of small animal, having fur and unique that is verycomplained by the human being especially the farmers, that the caterpillar is thegreedy pest eating the leaves so that the farmers are inflicted a financial loss. Thewriter thinks that the caterpillar which is inflict a financial loss for the human is a symbol of the bad attitude of human and inflict a financial loss for the other human. The work that will be made presenting the caterpillar object, as the parable of the greedy humans characteristic and never satisfied. From these main idea will be developed into ten titles of painting work, such as: 1). Becoming an epidemic, 2). The preys, 3). The authoritys, 4). The apple (AS), 5). The import meat, 6). The corruption policeman, 7). Saving, 8). Century, 9). The leader candidate , 10). The verdict.This last work is climed to enlarge the knowledge about the caterpillar andthe symbols in this last work. This work is visualization based on the up to date phenomenon into the painting work by using decorative realist style.Then in this last work the writer prefers the caterpillars object from manykind as the main symbol. Meanwhile for the writers work doesnt fill. The empty space very much into the background and the colour for the writers background is more equalized than the object in order to the main object aesthetics is more focused. The family is the basis of the formation of aperson's character. What happens outside the family environment is the result of the family's own up bringing. Family is defined as a complete system consisting of father, mother, and child. In spite of it all, the family sometimes forget the things that are most important educationis mutual understanding between the needs of family members, ie, a family whose members have lived the principles democratic values grounded in the principles of independence, equality, and mutual accept.This thesis aims to present a family figure in realist painting with oil media on canvas, revealing events in everyday life that unconsciously affect the survival of humans into the painting, giving families the knowledge to the community. The author sees this problem just a question of how to understand andhow to communicate.
