This research aimed to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and motivation on employees performance at PT Chakra Naga Furniture Jepara. The method used for data collections was questionnaire using semantic differential scale. Using cencus sampling method, the sample of this research was all the employee of PT Chakra Naga Furniture Jepara a total 50 persons. The technique of analysis used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. The analytical method used in this research were validity test and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test and coefficient determination. The result of multiple linear regression could be shown by the regression equation Y=14,09 + 0,292X1 + 0,236X2. The results of this research indicate that partial and simultaneous, variable job satisfaction and motivation had positive influence and significant impact on employees performance. Coefficient of determination in this research was 0.718, which meant that 71.8% of employees performance could be influenced by job satisfaction and motivation, while the rest of 28.2% was explained by the other variables which were not observed.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the influence of selling prices and exchange rates on export volume of barecore both simultneously and partially. The study utilized quantitive research method. Secondary data used were monthly period data from January 2012 – December 2017. The data sources were from export department of PT. Albasia Sejahtera Mandiri Head Office in Kabupaten Semarang and Bank Indonesia. The total data used were seventy two. The study explored with multiple linear regression statistic analysis. The t-Test result informed that the selling prices and exchange rates partially influenced significantly the export volume of barecore. The F-Test informed that selling prices and exchange rates influenced simulataneously on barecore’s export volume significantly. Regarding the results, in order to increase the export volume of barecore, PT. Albasia Sejahtera Mandiri needs to set more competitive selling prices they offer to importers. In addition, other things that must be considered by PT Albasia Sejahtera Mandiri is that export volumes are sensitive to exchange rate fluctuations. Another strategy to improve export performance is with market expansion and development of product variants offered to importers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of product variation and sales promotion toward sales performance of PT Muara Krakatau II both partially and simultaneously. The Independent variables studied in this research are product variation and sales promotion, meanwhile the sales performance is as the dependent variable. This is a quantitative research using secondary data in the form of time series in quarterly starting at 2015-2017. The analysis method used in this research are classic assumption test consist of (normality, multicollinearity, heterocedasticity, autocorrelation, and linearity test), t-test,F-test, multiple linier regression test and coefficient of determination (R2). The result of structural equation is Sales Performance is 0,806 Product Variation + 0,331 Sales Promotion. The result of significant parameter t-Test stated that both independent variables namely Product Variation and Sales Promotion partially has a significant influence on Sales Performance. The result of F-Test shows that simultaneously there is a significant influence among Product Variation and Sales Promotion on Sales Performance. The coefficient Determination (Adjusted R2 value) of the model is (0,883) 88,3%, it means that the contribution of Product Variation and Sales Promotion to Sales Performance of PT Muara Krakatau II is 88,3%. The rest of the contribution 11,7% is affected by other variables that are not describes in this research.

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to analyze the influence of product price, promotion expense, and coal export price on Hydraulic Excavator PC200-8M0 sales volume by simultaneously and also attempt to how many contribution of each variabel. This research used secondary data in the form of time series data monthly, starting from January 2015 until December 2017. Analysis methods of this research is multiple linier regression wich completed with classic assumption test (normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, autocollinearity and linearity test) and goodness of fit model test (coefficient determination, t test, and F test). The classic assumption test shows that there is no trouble with all of those variables. The result of structural equation is Sales Volume = 4.707.869.796 – 8,022 Product Price + 86,828 Promotion Expense + 10.454,693 Coal Export Price. The result of F test shows that there is a simultaneous influence among product price, promotion expense, and coal export price on sales volume of Hydraulic Excavator PC200-8M0 Based on the coefficient determination of adjusted R square, the product price, promotion expense and coal export price given 74,9% influence while 25,1% is explained by other variables outside this research model.
