Abstract

The purpose of this study is to acknowledge the implementation of digital airport at PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) and to identify the influence of digital airport investment and asset growth on profitability (ROA) at PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) a government-owned company. The research method used in this paper is quantitative approach by using multiple regression analysis, using primary and secondary data. The primary data was collected through survey to 100 respondents which are coming from the passengers and employees of the company. Secondary data were obtained from the annual financial and asset reports of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero). The result reveals that employees and passengers agree towards the digitization of the airport. They were also satisfied with the development of the airports The multiple regression estimation results highlight that airport digitization statistically significant in affecting profitability. The results of statistical tests show that the airport digital variable has a significant effect on profitability, while the asset growth variable has no significant effect on profitability.

Abstract

This study is categorized as development research. Learning tools developed in this research are Lesson Plans (RPP), Student Worksheets (LKS), and Problem Solving Ability Test (TKPM). The learning tools are developed using a 4-D development model which consists of four stages, namely the define stage, the design stage, the develop stage, and the disseminate stage. Based on the results of descriptive analysis obtained that the learning tools developed good quality because it meets the valid criteria, practical and effective. Learning tools are said to be valid because all validators provide a minimum score of 3 for each aspect of the assessment on a scale of 1 – 4 and problem solving ability test it meets validity, reliability, and sensitive criteria. Learning tools are said to be practical because the ability teacher to manage learning shows both minimal categories and student activities categorized effectively. Learning tools are said to be effective because students 'responses to positive learning tools and learning activities categorized positive, classical completeness are achieved, and problem based learning to increase students' problem solving skills is achieved. Based on the descriptive analysis in the implementation class, it was found problem based learning on social arithmetic material was effective for increase students' problem solving skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of elementary linear algebra learning outcomes by applying Elearning with PAKSOBRI. The subjects of this study were 11 students of mathematics education class 2019/2020. The data was collected using the PAKSOBRI method (Graduated Question Package) with three questions in the form of multiple-choice, short answer, and essay questions with easy, medium and complex levels of difficulty. This type of research is CAR with data analyzed using quantitative descriptive statistics, namely by looking for the mean, median, mode, absorption and learning completeness. The indicators of the success of this research include individual mastery reaching 70, absorption reaching 70% and learning completeness 80%. Outcome student learning cycle I average 73.54, and learning completeness was 36.26%  in the deficient category. Outcome student learning cycle II average 74, and learning completeness was 72.73%  in the high category. Outcome student learning cycle III average 85.91, and learning completeness was 81.82%  in the high category. The conclusion shows an increase in elementary linear algebra learning outcomes for students of mathematics education, class 2019/2020 through E-learning application with PAKSOBRI.

Abstract

The main problem in the learning process of basic programming in the classroom is the lack of available time allocation, considering that basic programming material is very complex and there are also practicum activities and program demos. So, with the existing allocation, it is not optimal if it is used for learning activities in basic programming subjects. This can be seen in the average student learning outcomes which are always low. This study aims to determine the effect of the problem based blended learning (PB2L) model on basic programming learning outcomes in terms of students' computational thinking skills. This research was conducted through a literature review and relevant research results and continued through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD). From the research, it was found that there was a significant positive effect between the variables of the problem based blended learning (PB2L) model, student learning outcomes and computational thinking skills, which means that student learning outcomes can be improved through the application of problem based blended learning (PB2L) models and students' computational thinking skills.
