Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial effect of product quality on customer satisfaction CV. Intan Prima Motor Merauke. The type in this research is quantitative research, while the source of the data obtained in this study are primary data and secondary data. In this study the population is all customers who have bought a motorbike in the CV. Intan Prima Motor and by using the Slovin formula can be sampled in a study of 91 people, and also used incidental sampling techniques. The t test was done using SPSS software. The results of the research show that partially the product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, by improving the quality of products of this Honda type sport motorbike can provide satisfaction to consumers so that sales can increase again and the company gets the profit as expected. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational commitment and work discipline on the performance of civil servants in the corporate office of Mopah Merauke class I Airport. This type of research is a quantitative study based on empirical rational principles. This research Data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analyses using SPSS 23. The population in this study is all civil servants by taking a total sampling technique of 120 respondents. The results of hypothesized testing showed that simultaneously the organizational commitment and work discipline jointly had a positive and significant influence on employee performance. A partial organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, while working disciplines are positively but insignificant to employees ' performance at the Mopah Merauke class I Airport Operator's office. Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze how much the unit cost of providing education with the use of the ABC model at STIE Port Numbay in 2018. The research approach is qualitative and quantitative. Data analysis techniques in this study with the ABC system through two stages of activity namely the stage of identifying and determining the costs in the cost pool that has a similar activity and the stage of tracking and charging activity costs to each activity that gives attention to the cost driver. Based on the results of the analysis shows that the magnitude of the cost of implementing education units with the ABC model at STIE Port Numbay is Rp 4,930,610 every student every year while Rp 2,465,305 every semester. So the cost of providing education that has been set by STIE Port Numbay has been right. Keywords : Unit Cost, ABC Model.

Abstract

This research is designed to compile and try out appropriate strategy formulations to be applied to the gold crocodile skin craft business. The research method used is qualitative and quantitative methods. The results showed that the SWOT matrix analysis results obtained six alternative strategies, namely: (1) taking various exhibitions in the city or outside the city, (2) Promotion through social media, (3) Obtained from a network of raw material providers, (4) make your own crocodile breeding, (5) offer cooperation with local governments, (6) attend seminars or training which is held as a means of promotion. Based on QSPM analysis, alternative strategies that are appropriate and can be carried out by the business of kullit crocodile skin crafts are (1) Following various exhibitions in the city or outside the city (STAS: 9,20), (2) Promotion through Social Media (STAS: 7,15), (3) Making Own Crocodile Breeding (5,32), (4) Expansion of Collaboration Network of Raw Material Providers (STAS: 5.14), (5) Taking seminars with the help of training which is held as a promotional tool ( STAS: 5,06) (6) Cooperation visit with local government (STAS: 4,48) Keywords : Formulasi Strategi, SWOT,QSPM

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and measure the effect of providing incentives on employee job satisfaction, by taking the Implementation of certain Non-Vertical Work Units from the Papua Water Utilization Network in Papua - Merauke Province as the object of research. The population in this study amounted to 44 respondents and a sample of 44 respondents using nonprobability sampling or census sampling techniques. This research uses a quantitative approach with a simple regression analysis technique. Measurement of variables using a Likert scale and processed using SPSS version 22. The results of the calculation of the data using a simple regression analysis regarding the provision of incentives that affect employee job satisfaction Certain Non-Vertical Units Implementation of Papua Papua - Merauke Water Utilization Network, that the provision of incentives affects employee job satisfaction Specific Non Vertical Units Implementation of Papua Water Utilization Network Papua - Merauke Province, Judging from the results of the SPSS 22 output, the incentive variable (X) is obtained tcount = 4,589 while t-table = 1,682 and sig = 0,000 so Ha is accepted, because t-table <t-count. This means that the incentive independent variable (X) has a statistically positive and significant effect on the dependent variable of job satisfaction. Keywords: Incentives, Job Satisfaction
