Abstract

Human resources is the most important asset owned by an organization because The success of an organization is determined by humans. This study aims to determine to determine the effect of Training and Discipline against Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance of the Office of Transportation of Merauke Regency. This research uses quantitative method. This type of research is descriptive research is causal (causal), to determine the effect of a variable on other variables. In this study using path analysis model (path analysis) because among independent variables with dependent variable there is mediation that influence. This analysis is assisted with the help of SPSS 20.0 software. The result of test that have been done show that training has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, work discipline has a positive and significant influence on satisfaction, training has a positive and significant influence on satisfaction employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant influence on satisfaction employee performance, satisfaction has no effect on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) Merauke Area. The sample in this study were 52 respondents, the sampling method used was the technique of total sampling and sampling was done using a Likert Scale, then the data was processed using SPPS version 17 with a simple linear regression analysis technique. From the regression analysis obtained by the equation Y = 26.133 + 0.269 (X). Hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the discipline variable (X) is proven to have a significant effect on employee performance (Y), this is evidenced by the value of t count, (X) = 3.070 with a significant level of 0,000 <0.5 so ha is accepted and ho is rejected. R Square figures of 15.9% indicate that employee performance can be explained by disciplinary variables, while 84.1% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how far the influence of price and service quality on customer satisfaction in selecting and using JNE branch Merauke freight forwarding services. The sample used in this study was 88 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the data processing using the SPSS 22 program found the equation Y = 0.256 X1 + 0.228 X2 + e. From the results of the t test and F test, it can be seen that the price and service quality variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in JNE shipping services. This is evidenced by the results of the tcount variable price (X1) 3,059 with t table 1.6623 with a significance of 0.003 <0.05. With the direction of the positive coefficient, it is thus obtained that the hypothesis which states that prices have a significant positive influence on customer satisfaction is acceptable. The results of tcount variable service quality (X2) 3.752 with ttable 1.6623 with a significance of 0,000 <0.05. With the direction of a positive coefficient, it is thus obtained that the hypothesis which states that service quality has a significant positive influence on customer satisfaction is acceptable. The regression calculation results can be seen that the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) obtained is 0.406. This means that 40.6% of patient satisfaction can be influenced by price and service quality and 59.4% other satisfaction can be influenced by other variables. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, workload and work stress on employee performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Merauke Branch. The type of research used in this research is descriptive verification. The sample is 45 people, which is the entire population. Data collection methods used were interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed by path analysis model with Smart PLS 2.0 program to determine the relationship between variables. The results showed that partially the work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance, workload has a positive and significant effect on performance, work stress has a positive and significant effect on performance. For indirect influence, competence and influential workload positive and significant impact on employee performance through work stress at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Branch of Merauke. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of (1) behavior on agent work performance (2) the influence of communication on the work performance of agents (3) the influence of behavior and communication simultaneously on the work performance of agents at PT. Allianz Insurance Merauke Branch. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling where all populations were sampled, namely 63 customers. Data analysis techniques used to solve the problems in this study were using multiple linear regression analysis. For significant tests with r test and test f. The results showed that the behavior had a positive and significant effect on agent work performance, communication had a positive and significant effect on the agent's work performance and behavior and communication also had a positive and significant effect on the agent's work performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Role of Intellectual, Emotional Intelligence in Improving the Performance of Employees of the Merauke Regency Transportation Office. Methods This study uses a simple linear regression analysis method, a sample population of 65 civil servant employees. The results were obtained from the results of tests with regression tests, the variables of intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence together with significant intelligence on employee performance. Attention to the Merauke Regency Office There was a significant influence between the intellectual intelligence variables on the Merauke Regency Transportation Department employees. There is no significant effect of the variable emotional intelligence on the performance of the Merauke Regency Transportation Office. Abstract

This research aims to formulate a strategy that will be used by PT. Cepa in developing its business in the Operation & Maintainance Power Plant and Mini LNG Plant service industries. This study uses a corporate strategy formulation to be able to develop and be sustainable by formulating its business strategy. In the input stage using the IFE and EFE Matrix method and continued with the analysis phase using the SWOT Matrix and IE to generate alternative strategies. Then the results are processed using the QSPM matrix, so an alternative strategy is right for the company. The results of the total attractive score (TAS) research based on the QSPM method show that alternative strategies in accordance with the current condition of the company are the development of O&M products / services with the highest score of 5.552 higher than the O&M market development with a score of 5.280 and backward integration is carried out by making special contracts to the OEM supplier (original equipment manufacture) with a score of 5.202. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship of work motivation on employee performance in the CV. Matrix Merauke, to find out whether there is a relationship of work discipline to the performance of kariawa on the CV. Merauke Matrix and to find out whether there is a relationship of work motivation and work discipline together on employee performance in the CV. Merauke Matrix. The analysis method used to solve the problem in this study is to use a regression analysis method that is research if all employees of CV. Matrix Merauke as many as 30 people. The results showed that partial motivation had a positive and significant relationship to employee performance. This problem proves that the tcount is greater than the ttable value of 4.948> 1.703 with a significance level of 0.000> 0.05. Thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Partial work discipline has no positive and significant relationship to employee performance. This problem proves that the value of t value is smaller than the value of ttable which is 0.025 <1.703 with a significance level of 0.839> 0.05. Thus Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. Simultaneously the variables of work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant relationship to employee performance. this is evidenced by the calculated F value greater than the Ftable which is 18.866> 3.354 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.005. Abstract

Research objectives To know the influence of brand image to buy product decisions Mustika Ratu in the employee hospital mothers Hope. Methods with a quantitative approach. Population and samples of 30 respondents using saturated sampling techniques and data analysis techniques: Simple regression assisted by SPSS. The results showed that the brand image of the t value is greater than t table that is 2.582> 1.703 and the value of sig, 016 because sig smaller 0.05 results show brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while for the price variable t value greater than t table is 2.329> 1.703 and sig 0.028 smaller than 0.05 indicates that the price variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explore social media utilization as a marketing strategy for small and medium enterprises (SMES). Method: A qualitative approach with case studies is used as a research design. Researchers used an in-depth interview on the owner Arni chips as well as informant. The results showed that the marketing strategy through online social marketing media conducted by Arni chips through Facebook and Instagram showed Facebook social media has more influence on the increase The sale of Arni chips products. Because in addition to being a media that has been owned by most of the community, the Facebook media also has a feature that is easy and suitable for promotion.
