Abstract

The objective of this research is to (1) determine the processing and marketing channel Tolaki ground coffee 2) to determine the added value of Tolaki coffee at Tridana Mulya Village, subdistrict of Landono. Choosing the research location intentionally in consideration that Industry of Kopindo Sukses Bersama is the only one industry that produce ground coffee at Tridana Mulya Village and also the process using traditional method  result  the different flavor between the others. Analysed method that used  objective  the qualitative analysis, the objective  and Hayami method. Result of the research show that : (1) marketing channels Tolaki coffee there are two channels, namely channel I: Producers - Consumers and channel II: Manufacturer - Retailer - Consumer. (2) The added value created by Tolaki coffee processing activitiesis   Rp. 55.949 / kg of raw materials fort wenty times the production process in one month with a value-added ratio of 62%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the business feasibility and sensitivity of Sido Emerging Furniture Business. The study took place from January to May 2019. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The technique of determining the data used is interviews, observation and documentation. The analysis used in this study is the analysis of NPV, NBCR, and IRR with a discount factor level of 12%. From the results of the study, the NPV value = Rp. 123,322,557, NBCR = 1.054, IRR = 36.39%. This shows that Usaha Mebel Sido Muncul in Bangunsari Village, Lasalepa Subdistrict, Muna Regency is feasible to cultivate. Likewise with sensitivity analysis if operational costs increase by 5% and revenues increase by 10% and sensitivity analysis if production falls and the price of production rises by 10% each which occurs jointly Sido Muncul Furniture business is still viable for business.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the marketing of ornamental plants in Kendari City which faced several problems, namely the physical properties of perishable and bulky agriculture products, thus reducing their value and quality. Therefore, in marketing ornamental, traders can apply a marketing mix (product, price, place, and promotion) that can be controlled to achieve marketing goals in meeting their target market. The research objective was to examine the relationship between the marketing mix and the revenue of ornamental plants in Kendari City. Data analysis using spearman correlation analysis. The result showed the relationship between each marketing mix with revenue from ornamental plants, each valued a) product = 0,625 (level of strong relationship), b) price = 0,667 (level of strong relationship), c) place = 0,586 (level of moderate relationship), d) promotion = 0,011 (very low level of relationship).

Abstract

Vegetables have various types that can be cultivated, one of which is mustard greens. Sawi is one type of vegetable that is very popular among consumers. Aunupe village is one of the largest mustard producing villages in South Konawe. In cultivating farmers using non-organic farming systems and slowly turning to semi-organic. The aim of the study was to determine the income of mustard farmers using semi-organic and non-organic farming systems and find out how much the income difference between mustard farmers when implementing non-organic farming systems and after implementing semi-organic farming systems in Aunupe Village, Wolasi. District, Konawe Selatan District. The number of mustard farmers as many as 30 farmers. The analysis was carried out using the concept of income and t-test. The results showed that the average income of mustard farming when applying the non-organic farming system was Rp. 231,554/farmer and the income of mustard farming when applying semi-organic farming was Rp. 432,605/farmer. The results of the Paired Sample Test show that there is a difference in income between non-organic mustard farming and semi-organic farming, the income of semi-organic mustard farming is greater than the income of non-organic mustard farming

Abstract

This research is based on the low income of the community, cultivation techniques and the process of harvesting sweet oranges which have not maximally causend the quality of the products produced to be difficult to compete. The aim of the study was to find out the description of the sweet orange agribusiness system and to know the size of farmers, income from sweet orange farming. This research was conducted from January to April 2019. The population was all farmers who carried out 147 orange sweet farming activities. Determination of sample was done by simple random sampling, namely by taking 25% of the population, 37 respondents. The method used to analyze the data is qualitative descriptive analysis method and income analysis. The results of the research show that the description of the sweet orange agribusiness subsystem which includes the supply and procurement of production facilities or Soprotan subsystems, the farming subsystem and the agricultural product marketing subsystem is still partial. While farmers’ income from sweet orange farming is Rp. 162.365.061/harves season whit an averagea income per farmer of Rp. 4.488.245,56/harves season and an average hectare is Rp. 5.071.355,23/harvest season with an average income per sale price of Rp. 6.279,2/kg.
