Abstract

Kopindo Sukses Bersama's home industry business the processes coffee beans into ground coffee with the Tolaki Coffee product brand, this business has been known at the provincial level of Southeast Sulawesi, it takes A good business strategy to face business competition increasingly complex and competitive. Therefore, the objectives of this study are: (1) To find out the identification of internal factors and external factors of business development, Kopindo Sukses Bersama home industry, (2) To find out the business development strategy of Kopindo Sukses Bersama Home Industry in the Village of Tridana Mulya. The method used in this study is quantitative and qualitative methods.This research was conducted in Tridana Mulya Village, Landono Subdistrict, south Konawe Regency, Techniques for collecting data through observation, interviews, and literature. Data analysis uses the Grand Strategy and SWOT matrix. Research results based on the grand strategy matrix analysis of the internal environment coordinate point 2.102 and the external environment 2.476 means that the business position is in quadrant I. that is the application of aggressive strategies, The strategy that must be implemented is the SO strategy by using all the power to seize and take advantage of the maximum opportunities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the public perception of the impacts arising from port  development activities in the mangrove ecosystem with the number of samples  using  Proportional  Stratifield Ramdom Sampling as many as 22 people. The results of the study show that the economic activities of the development of population ports can cause damage to the mangrove forest ecosystem in Bungkutoko Sub-District, Abeli District, Kendari City, from the construction of ports in the mangrove forest area, the number of marine biota inhabiting mangrove forests has been reduced due to the decrease in water quality in the area around the port. Conservation efforts are carried out through conservation, rehabilitation and reforestation by the government and the community, as in August 2, 2018, the Government together with the Muspika and the heads of RT / RW and village heads and the community, worked together to plant mangroves in the coastal area. Mutual cooperation is also a determination to save the mangrove forest area. This was done for the rescue and preservation of the mangrove forest ecosystem in Bungkutoko Village, Abeli District, Kendari City. The replanting is done in the initial stages, then cleaning up the garbage scattered in the mangrove forest area to make it look beautiful again

Abstract

 This research aims todetermine the feasibility of rice mills in the village polenga Watubangga District of Kolaka. This research has been conducted in the village of Polenga Subdistrict Kolaka Watubangga there in January to finish in 2019.The population in this study were people who had businesses rice mills as many as 10 rice milling business, Samples are a business owner in the village Polenga rice mill which is considered to represent as many as eight rice mills active effort. The sampling technique in this study using the Random Sampilng. The data used are primary data and secondary data.Based on the analysis and discussion of the rice mill in the village of the District Polenga Watubangga Kolaka economically feasible to continue this case demonstrated the value of eligibility obtained from rice milling business of BEP calculation obtained production is 1,956 kg and BEP Rp5,865 / kg. Then the values obtained Return on investment amounted to 27,87%, Because ROI> and bank interest rates RC ratio> 1 with nuse values of R / C ratio of 1.27, the effort was worth it because the larger the ratio, the more value RC worth the effort to do. This means that the rice milling business in the village of the District Polenga Watubangga Kolaka profitable and economically feasible to be developed.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the characteristics of economic activities arising from the existence of the rice mina system and the multiplier effect of the development of the rice mina system for local communities in Epeesi Village, Basala District, Konawe Selatan District. This research was conducted in 2019. The analysis used was qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that the economic activities that arise as a result of the development of the rice mina system are the existence of a business unit developed in the form of fishing tours and fish sales with an income of an average of Rp. 18,211,764 / year and an average of Rp. 14,000,000 for the sale of fish. The multiplier effect value obtained from the Keynesian Income Multiplier value is 2.5, the Type I Ratio Income Multiplier is 1.0 and the Type II Ratio Income Multiplier is 1.1. The existence of rice mina system development activities provides a good economic impact for the community, especially activists of the rice mina system, this is because the multiplier value is a large effect of one (> 1).

Abstract

This research is motivated by an increase in pineapple production in South Konawe Regency, in 2015 pineapple production reached 2,543 tons, in 2016 pineapple production reached 4,573 tons and in 2017 pineapple production reached 7,126 tons (BPS Southeast Sulawesi 2017). Increasing the production of pineapple requires a good marketing strategy so that pineapple can sell quickly. The research objective was to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of pineapple marketing and find out the marketing strategy of pineapple in Wonua Morini Village, Sabulakoa District, South Konawe Regency. Determination of the location of the study was carried out intentionally (purposive) with the consideration that Wonua Morini Village is one of the villages that has quite a lot of pineapple production compared to other villages. The number of respondents of pineapple farmers is 33 farmers. Data analysis using SWOT analysis using the IFE (Internal Factors Evaluation) matrix, EFE Matrix (External Factors Evaluation), and IE (Internal External) Matrix. The results of the study show that the right strategy for marketing pineapple is a growth strategy for concentration diversification.
