JE (Journal of Empowerment) was formed based on the results of Suryakancana University Leaders Meeting on January 28, 2017, and was approved on April 8, 2017 in accordance with the Rector Decree Number 11 / SK / REK / UG / IV / 2017 regarding Appointment of Journal Manager of Community Service at Suryakancana University. The name of the Journal of Community Service is JE (Journal of Empowerment). JE (Journal of Empowerment), is a mean of developing science and technology in the exact and non-exact field through the publication of writing based on the results of community service (original). JE (Journal of Empowerment), is a periodic scientific journal published by Institute of Research and Community Service of Suryakancana University (LPPM UNSUR) twice a year in June and December. JE (Journal of Empowerment), has registered number ISSN 2580-0620 (print), and ISSN 2597-9809 (online). The first edition is Volume 1, Number. 1, June 2017. JE (Journal of Empowerment), has the vision to become Scientific journal with National and International standard in disseminating and developing the results of conceptual.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Volume sampah masker pakai di masa pandemi meningkat signifikan, maka perlu adanya literasi untuk mengelola sampah masker dengan baik. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengajak masyarakat terutama generasi z untuk melakukan upaya penanggulangan sampah masker sekali pakai. Kegiatan kampanye ini merupakan pengabdian masyarakat dosen dan mahasiswa peserta Kuliah Kerja Nyata Integratif yang dilaksanakan secara virtual. Sosialisasi melalui media TikTok dilaksanakan mulai bulan Juli 2021 selama satu bulan untuk memberikan edukasi dampak dari sampah masker terhadap kesehatan dan lingkungan serta memberikan informasi cara membuang sampai sekali pakai dengan benar, sehingga sampah tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi bentuk lain yang tidak mencemari lingkungan. Tiktok banyak   digunakan generasi Z dalam pencarian informasi.  Kampanye ini menghasilkan 4 produk video berisi pesan lingkungan, kesehatan dan inovasi diunggah pada beberapa akun TikTok pribadi,  akun beritaradio.com milik PR FM dan anshoe.who. Nilai yang ada dalam  kampanye ini diantaranya tutorial edukasi pengelolaan sampah masker sekali pakai dengan benar, inovasi sampah masker didaur ulang menjadi beberapa jenis benda yang bermanfaat oleh LIPI, dijadikan ecobrick dan dijadikan airfreshner. Nilai pesan kampanye ini  mengajak  generasi Z untuk lebih peduli lingkungan dan kesehatan.  ABSTRACTThe volume of disposable mask waste during the pandemic has increased significantly, so literacy is needed to manage mask waste properly. This community service aims to invite the community, especially Generation Z, to make efforts to overcome the waste of disposable masks. This campaign is a virtual community service for lecturers and students participating in the Integrative Community Service. Socialization through the TikTok media was carried out starting in July 2021 for one month to provide education on the impact of mask waste on health and the environment, as well as providing information on how to properly dispose of once-use so that the waste can be used into other forms that do not pollute the environment. Generation Z widely uses Tiktok in searching for information. This campaign resulted in 4 video products containing environmental, health, and innovation messages uploaded on several personal TikTok accounts, @beritaradio.com and @anshoe.who. The values in this campaign include educational tutorials on managing single-use mask waste properly, innovation of mask waste being recycled into several types of valuable objects by LIPI, used as eco-bricks, and used as air fresheners. The value of this campaign message invites Generation Z to be more concerned about the environment and health.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Keurangnya pengetahuan, skill, dan pelatihan merupakan salah satu faktor kurangnya efesiensi kerja pada pegawai. Tujuan pelatihan ini yaitu agar para karyawan dapat meningkatkan efesiensi kinerja. Metode kegiatan ini berupa workshop penggunaan web persuratan guna meningkatkan efesiensi kerja. Kegiatan ini di laksanakan di Perumda Tirta Hidayah Kota Bengkulu. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 10 orang karyawan yang ada di Perumda tersebut. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui Aplikasi Zoom yang melibatkan seluruh peserta karyawan dari Perumda. Pelatihan dan pendampingan penggunaan Web persuratan tidak hanya dilakukan melalui tatap muka, tim pengabdian juga menjelaskan kepada mitra untuk dapat berkonsultasi dengan menggunakan telpon dan aplikasi Whatsapp. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian agar karyawan dapat meningkatkan efesiensi kerja dengan menggunakan Web persuratan.ABSTRACTLack of knowledge, skills, and training is one factor in the lack of work efficiency for employees. The purpose of this training is so that employees can improve performance efficiency. The method of this activity is in the form of a workshop on the use of web correspondence to improve work efficiency. This activity was carried out at Perumda Tirta Hidayah, Bengkulu City. This activity was attended by 10 employees in the Perumda. The evaluation is carried out through the Zoom application which involves all employee participants from Perumda. Training and assistance on the use of Web correspondence is not only done face-to-face, the service team also explains to partners to be able to consult using the telephone and the Whatsapp application. The results of service activities are so that employees can improve work efficiency by using the web correspondence.
