Al Munir Journal of Islamic Communication and Broadcasting is open access and peer review of journals published by the Communication and Islamic Broadcasting Study Program of the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication Sciences, Imam Bonjol Padang State Islamic University (UIN). This journal covers actual issues in Islamic communication studies, including the development of contemporary da'wah by utilizing media, Islamic information systems, rhetoric, literature, and government policies regarding broadcasting and information regulation. The purpose of this journal is to promote sharing of knowledge and understanding of communication issues. Abstract

The development of hate speech on digital space, that is Youtube, as a group or individually. One of the YouTube channels is Najwa Shihab which discusses political issues in Indonesia, one of which is the 2019 presidential election campaign. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impoliteness principle of hate speech in the comments of Najwa Shihab's Youtube on the 2019 General Election Campaign Discourse. The research approach is a theoretical approach in the form of a forensic linguistic approach and pragmatics for data analysis, and a methodological approach that is descriptive qualitative. The data analyzed was in the form of audience commentary speech on Mata Najwa and Catatan Najwa. The results showed that there were six impoliteness principle of hate speech . The impoliteness type of civility that is widely used is the violation of the maxim of appreciation as much as 73.3% of the total number of 300 utterances. The principle of civility that is least violated is that the maxim withholds opinions by 0.7% of the total 300 utterances. The results of the research are expected to be useful for the community, especially as a reference material in avoiding violations of hate speech crimes.

Abstract

The development of industry 4.0 has blurred the distance between the government and society through hybridization of technology that is applied by the government to support government transformation at the organizational and bureaucratic levels which can improve changes in organizational relations for the better. This can be seen from the new application that is used to become a bridge between the government and its citizens. In addition, the use of technology in the implementation of government performance that is more effective and efficient causes government organizations to be far from being as rigid as what has been attached to organizations so far. This research is a meta-synthesis research with a qualitative meta-aggregation approach. The results of the study show that based on the application of technology in government organizations, hybridization of technology within government organizations requires integration between information technology and social sciences, because technological hybridization is basically an organization that must be regulated.
