Abstract

This community service is based on previous research. The goal to be achieved from this service is to increase the understanding and knowledge of the community, especially in the XI Eka Kencana Family Association, Kelurahan Gedung Johor, Medan Johor District regarding the use of electrical appliances in households which are non-linear loads. The low power factor results in power losses in the consumption of electrical energy in households, the electric power will be depressed and the work power decreases and the current usage increases in doing business. This service carried out group discussions in the use of electrical equipment, namely non-linear loads on households that can cause current harmonics so that additional torque on the electromechanical type KWh meter uses a rotating induction disc. As a result, the disk rotation will be faster or there will be an error measuring KWh meter on the 5th and 7th harmonics, because the induction dish is designed to operate only at the fundamental frequency.

Abstract

PT. Aliindobaja Perkasa is a company engaged in Civil & Mechanical Construction Services. The problems in this study, both simultaneously and partially Financial Incentives and Non-Financial Incentives have a positive and significant impact on the work objectives of employees at PT. Sari Surya Officer Medan. The data collection technique in this study was carried out by questionnaires by distributing a list of questions to 43 respondents through the Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS) Version 18.00 assistance program, From the results of the Fcount test of 187,492 with a significant level of 0.00. Because Fcount 187,492 > Ftable 1.44 and the significant probability is much smaller than 0.05, i.e. 0.00 < 0.05, the regression model can be said that Financial Incentives and Non-Financial Incentives simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on work goals. Based on the test how much influence the independent variables individually on the variables. Test the effect of Financial Incentives on Work Objectives at PT. Sari Surya Perwira Medan tcount 6.865 > ttable1.295 with a significant 0.000 < 0.050, meaning that partially there is a positive and significant effect of Financial Incentives on Work objectives. Sari Surya Perwira Medan tcount 4.130 > ttable 1.295 with a significance of 0.000 > 0.050, meaning that partially there is a significant and significant effect of Non-Financial Incentives on Work Objectives. Determination test (R2), the amount of adjust R square is 0.899, this means that 89.9% of variations in work pleasure can be explained by the independent variables of Financial Incentives and Non-Financial Incentives, while the rest (100% - 89.9% = 10.1%) can be explained by other independent variables. were not included in this study.

Abstract

Research at the Harun Kuala Tanjung clinic conducted an analysis of the level of satisfaction of BPJS patients with the quality of service, which so far in the service activities carried out there are still complaints. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the interests or satisfaction of patients who can use the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. Based on the results of the calculation of the satisfaction level, it got a score of 8720 and obtained an average satisfaction score of 87.2. As for the results of the calculation of the improvement ratio, the value taken to be the basis for improvement in the analysis of the level of patient satisfaction with the quality of service, the value obtained was 1.3744, namely in statement/statement number 15 which contains, Knowledge and the ability of the doctor to establish the diagnosis of the disease.
