Abstract

Abstrak— Sistem inventory barang Pada toko sembako BUMN Bajak Kota Bengkulu saat ini masih bersifat manual. Jenis dan stock barangnya yang terus bertambah dengan arus keluar dan masuk barang yang semakin meningkat. Mengatasi masalah tersebut penulis melakukan perancangan sistem baru dengan memanfaatkan teknologi Sistem yang dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQL Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu aplikasi program yang dapat melakukan kontrol persediaan barang dan memberikan laporan update stok. Aplikasi program sistem inventory juga dapat memonitoring stok barang sehingga semua barang yang masuk maupun keluar di gudang dapat diketahui dengan jelas tanpa adanya kesalahan yang akan mengganggu proses penyediaan barang. Dengan demikian penelitan ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas dalam inventory barang Pada Toko Sembako BUMN Bajak Kota BengkuluKata kunciInventory barang, persediaan, penggudangan

Abstract

 Abstract - The student attendance system that is used today by high school IP. YAKIN Jakarta today still uses the attendance system manually, in the form of registration on paper, that is, using attendance attendance books so that students often experience errors in the student attendance calculation process. For that information systems are needed in the form of applications that can help in the process of doing attendance to students. So this article presents the process of designing a web-based student attendance information system with an SMS gateway in high school IP. YAKIN Jakarta. With this application it can make it easier for teachers to do attendance to students, making it easier for teachers to do the process of calculating student attendance and making it easier for parents to supervise students while at school.  Abstrak - Sistem kehadiran siswa yang di pakai saat ini oleh SMA IP. YAKIN Jakarta saat ini masi menggunakan sistem absensi secara manual, berupa pencatataan di kertas, yaitu menggunakan buku absensi kehadiran siswa sehingga sering adanya kesalahan dalam proses perhitungan absensi siswa. Untuk itu dibutuhkan sistem informasi berupa aplikasi yang dapat membantu dalam proses melakukan absensi kepada siswa. Maka artikel ini menyajikan proses Perancangan Sistem Informasi Kehadiran Siswa Berbasis Web Dengan SMS Gateway Pada SMA IP. YAKIN Jakarta. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini  dapat memepermudah guru untuk melakukan absensi pada siswa, mempermudah guru untuk melakukan proses perhitungan absensi siswa dan mempermudah orang tua dalam mengawasi siswa selama di sekolah.Keywords: PHP, MySql, Sms Gateway, Information System, Student Attendance.

Abstract

As a means of supporting the lecture process, the Abdurrrab University Informatics Engineering Study Program has a computer laboratory. But in monitoring its assets are still carried out conventionally. In the era of technology as it is today, this method is felt to be less effective. In addition to the problem of physical archives that require space and risk of losing files, data management is an important issue in this regard. To overcome this problem, we need an Android-based Laboratory Asset Monitoring System which data management is centralized to the database. In this Laboratory Asset Monitoring System, the admin can input data in the form of asset data and user data. The data inputted by the admin is then stored in a database and processed by the system into asset information such as asset life information and asset depreciation and user information. To calculate depreciation of assets, this system uses the Straight Line Depreciation Method. While laboratory personnel can check assets regularly to find out the current condition and status of assets. Asset checking data will also be saved to the database and can be called whenever needed.

Abstract

Kian pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi menjadikan hal tersebut sebagai suatu kebutuhan. Ketersediaan tenaga listrik di Indonesia masih menjadi tugas penting dalam pelaksanaan perkembangannya, dimana di berbagai wilayah masih terdapat beberapa daerah yang belum terpasok sumber energi listrik sebagai pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup. Sistem Pengambilan keputusan adalah suatu cara atau tindakan pimpinan untuk memecahkan masalah yang dihadapi melalui pemilihan satu diantara alternatif-alternatif yang dimungkinkan. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode Logika Fuzzy karena dengan menggunkan logika fuzzy peneliti dapat menentukan kriteria dan bobot yang di inginkan dalam menentukan siapa yang pentas dalam pengambilan keputusan pemasangan listrik baru di PT PLN ( Persero ) Rayon Nusa Indah Bengkulu. rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana membangun aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Untuk Menentukan Pemasangan Listrik Berdasarkan Distribusi Beban Listrik menggunakan metode fuzzy logic sugeno. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat suatu aplikasi pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan Distribusi Beban Listrik menggunakan metode fuzzy logic sugeno.Dengan bantuan suatu model sistem pendukung keputusan, dalam hal ini metode Logic Fuzzy Sugenomaka dapat memperoleh kemudahan dalam menentukan pemilihan nasabah dalam pemasangan listrik melalui informasi berdasarkan hasil penilaian yang direkomendasikan dari masing-masing pemohon.Keywords— Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Fuzzy Sugeno, PLN.

Abstract

Employee performance assesment is an important activity in an institution to measure the merits of it’s employee performance. Yayasan Pusdiklat PAL Indonesia is an institution that always assesses the performance of its employees in a certain period with the aim of evaluating, appreciating and motivating the performance of its employees. The employee performance assessment process carried out by Yayasan Pusdiklat PAL Indonesia is assessed by his superiors and also by other employees. The research method used in developing application of employee performance assesment at Yayasan Pusdiklat PAL Indonesia is spiral model. In the spiral model, the application development does not conducted directly in full of the needs of the application being developed, but the application will be developed in stages using a prototype. Employee performance assessment applications that are built using the Codeigniter Framework and spiral model are able to produce applications that run well, because it goes through several stages of testing and improvement. The more testing, especially by involving the user, Yayasan Pusdiklat PAL Indonesia and the improvements made will result in a better system or application.Keyword : spiral model, Employee performance appraisal applications, codeigniter, framework
