Abstract

Abstract— Asy-Syifa Clinic is a Primary Health Care Clinic for BPJS Health Bengkulu, which is located at Jl. BengkuluFlamboyant. At the Asy-Syifa Bengkulu clinic, health services such as patient registration and poly practice schedulesare still carried out by means of patients having to come directly to the clinic or by telephone, then patients who want todo health consultations often experience disappointment, because the clinic they want to meet does not come to practiceand do not know the exact consultation schedule information for patients. The purpose of this study is to make it easierfor the Asy-Syifa clinic to provide patientregistration information and poly practice schedules to patients and to improvethe health service facilities of the Asy-Syifa Bengkulu clinic. The system development method uses Rapid ApplicationDevelopment (RAD), system design using DFD (Data Flow Diagram). This study has produced a health serviceinformation system at the Asy-Syifa clinic Bengkulu with 2 users, namely admin and patient.Keywords— Asy-Syifa Clinic, Health Services, RAD, Data Flow diagram(DFD)

Abstract

Abstract— Even though they are located in an area that is not far apart, there are still communication problems between the community and the village government. This can be caused by the limited information media that can be used by the village government, which only uses the village bulletin board, with the village website, the village government can provide information directly to the community and the community can directly know and interact with the village government without any time limit. The purpose of this research is to create a website that can be used as a medium for village promotion and village administration management. System development method using waterfall, system design using system modeling based on Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and system testing using whitebox testing. The test results of the website-based promotion information system and village administration services are as expected based on 3 variables, namely: The assessment of the display variable is in the "Very Good" category. The assessment on the user convenience variable is included in the "Very Good" category. The assessment of the system performance variable is in the "Good" category.

Abstract

Abstract— The correspondence service process at the genting village office still uses the conventional method. The process of servicing and recording correspondence is done manually where the data of the letters that have been made are still recorded in a book, so they are vulnerable to damage and scattered when stored for a long period of time. In searching for the data of letters that have been made, difficulties often occur because the data is very large and often lost. The purpose of this research is to create a village website which can later be used by the village government as a village information medium, so that rural communities in particular and the general public can access information about genting villages. In this research, the system development method uses the Incremental Model, the system design uses context diagrams, data flow diagrams (DFD), and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) and the system testing method uses blackbox testing. The test results of the Web-Based Genting Village Administration Service Information System based on the test results of the website-based village administration service system as expected based on 3 variables, namely, the assessment of the display variable including the "Very Good" category, the assessment of the user convenience variable including the "Very Good" category. ” and the assessment of the system performance variables included in the “Good” category.

Abstract

Abstract— One of the car showrooms that sell used cars at more affordable prices is in Bengkulu city at the IG Mobilindo showroom which offers various types of used cars that can be purchased by local people. Before carrying out the process of buying and selling used cars, of course, it is necessary to carry out a screening process for the cars desired by consumers, starting with the type of car they want, the brand and specifications regarding the used car that consumers will buy. At this stage the IG Mobilindo showroom is still being carried out directly by sales to help explain the used cars that will be promoted. This often has problems in choosing a car that suits the needs and desires of consumers, because the many variations of types, brands and prices of used cars make consumers less flexible in choosing a used car that suits their wishes. This makes consumers only depend on the selection chosen by the showroom. This also results in the length of time it takes for sales to match consumer desires because cars must be promoted and explained one by one. The purpose of this research is to design and build an e-catalog system as a used car information medium to facilitate consumers and sales in the car selection process. The system development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), system design method using Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram (DFD) and Entity Relation Diagram (ERD) and system testing using alpha testing and Beta testing. The results of system testing on the program show that this program can be used as an auxiliary media to become information material for consumers about used car products being sold.

Abstract

The presence of employees has an important role so that processes or activities run well, Catur Insan Cendekia University in its employee attendance activities already uses a fingerprint machine, but it is not yet connected systemically, so the Personnel Department has to manually retrieve data every month, and in the processing of the attendance data recap still counting the number of presences of each employee manually and also in the process of employees doing permission still manually, by contacting the Personnel Section via the WhatsApp application to confirm the work permit. So we need an online presence application that can be connected directly to the Personnel Section, automatically perform attendance data recap processing, and can also provide convenience to employees in making attendance and work permits. Geolocation is used to get the coordinates of the location of a smartphone device and the Haversine Formula is a method used to calculate the distance used in this research so, that employees can only make a presence within the Catur Insan Cendekia University environment and block the use of the fake global positioning system applications.
