Abstract

Temperature is a quantity that indicates the degree of heat of an object. The higher the temperature of an object, the hotter the object. Thermal imagery is an image created with thermal infrared spectrum that utilizes the temperature of an object. Sensing on this spectrum is based on differences in the temperature of the object and its emission power in the image which is reflected by the difference in hue or color. The sensor used in thermal images is noncamera based on scanning. In thermal imagery, there is a problem, namely blurred / blurred images that make it difficult to obtain information about objects. Blurred thermal images are caused by hot spots or rising temperatures. Thermal images often experience problems due to the large amount of diffraction fog in thermal imaging caused by the refractive index decreases as the wavelength increases. Blind deconvolution is a method that can be used to restore images that experience blur effects without having to know the value of the Point Spread Function (PSF). The process of improving the quality of thermal images is carried out using the blind deconvolution method which consists of 3 stages, namely finding the kernel value, looking for the convolution and estimation values ( ). Blind deconvolution method can be applied in improving the quality of thermal images by reducing the blur effect found in the image

Abstract

Public Facilities are facilities built by the government for the benefit of the general public. The problem that is often faced in Aceh Province is the difficulty of knowing the location of Public Facilities in Aceh Province due to the difficulty of the signal, many Public Facilities are not yet registered and mapped on Google Maps. Mobile Phone is one of the fastest growing technologies. Mobile Phone was originally used to send letters and make calls, but has now evolved into a smartphone that has the function of searching for a location. Apostolico Giancrlo works by comparing each index of keyword characters with the String character being examined. The search for strings in the Apostolico Giancarlo algorithm starts with pre-processing keywords. Pre-processing of keywords. Abstract

Pituitary tumors are relatively common intracellular neoplasms, and constitute 10-15% of all intracial neoplasms. These types of tumors often have difficulties and not infrequent recurrence, even though surgery has been done. Although there have been many studies on pituitary tumors, the pathogenesis of the occurrence of these tumors is not entirely clear. It is generally considered that pituitary neoplasms are primary pituitary tumors. Biomolecular electrons show that pituitary tumors, both functional and non-functional, originate from the growth of one clone (monoclonal). The Dempster-Shafer method is used to look for inconsistencies in effects and also new facts that will change existing attitudes, using the Dempster-Shafer method that allows a person to be safe in the work of an expert. This study aims to apply the Dempster-Shafer method to expert systems to diagnose the risk level of a person's pituitary tumor based on factors and symptoms of a pituitary tumor. The problem experienced by the community is the difficulty of specialist pituitary tumors due to the limited time of specialists to work, besides that in terms of very expensive costs for them or those whose economies cannot diagnose or consult with tumor specialists.

Abstract

The head of the study program is one of the important people in the agency who is responsible for managing and managing each channel from high school or university. The head of study program also has tasks such as arranging plans and activities, evaluating the implementation of educational activities and so forth. Before the appointment of the head of the Study Program, there will certainly be a nomination for the head of the Study Program who has at least more than 3 lecturers and staff who have requirements. The method used in this decision support system is the VIKOR Method (Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangiranje). This method performs an evaluation of alternatives and determines the ideal compromise solution, so that this system can later be useful for high schools or universities in choosing the head of study programs.

Abstract

In 2019, at the end of December, there was an outbreak of a disease with an unknown cause in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China. The World Health Organization has named the outbreak of the disease as coronavirus caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) or Covid-19. Covid-19 is a disease outbreak that has spread in various regions of Indonesia, such as in Riau, at PT. Nusantara V Plantation (PTPN V). So we need a way to increase awareness and vigilance, namely by presenting information using Data Mining in predicting the number of cases with thealgorithm Support Vector Regression (SVR). The prediction process is carried out using SVR by specifying the SVR and Kernel Linear parameters. The SVR algorithm can predict the number of Covid-19 patients in the next 30 days so that the Correlation Coefficienti (R) level is 85% and the Mean Square Error (MSE) value is 0.196. From the results of the experiment, there was a decrease in cases of Covid-19 patients at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V in the next 30 days, with the acquisition of the best minimum sensitivity value of 0.09

Abstract

In the beginning of 2020 world was shocked because new virus spreaded, that is Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19). This virus spread quickly in almost country, including Indonesia. Covid-19 virus deployment started in various regions in Indonesia stay increasing everyday. this research has been done the region clustering that infected Covid-19 case in Indragiri Hilir district to inform to central government about Covid-19 handling. To do Clustering in this research used K-Means and Fuzzy C-Means Algorithm. After done some of test, it's obtained the ratio which was tested with Silhouette Index and Partition Coefficient, SI validity value of K-Means is 0,950 while PCI validity value of Fuzzy C-Means is 0,960. The results have been obtained shown that Fuzzy C-Means Method is the best Method to do Clustering Covid-19 data in Indragiri Hilir district Because the validity value is closed to 1 which is located in K=3.

Abstract

The need for cleanliness and availability of water for the community is also getting higher. Currently, people use conventional faucets which can cause waste because the water faucets are not tightly closed or must be closed directly. Technological advancements need to be innovated to help the community in the movement to save clean water, one of which is the Arduino microcontroller. Based on these problems, the author made a prototype for making automatic water faucets equipped with motion detection sensors, ultrasonic sensors HC-SR04, servo motors as a driver to open the closing valve so that the faucet can release water and a relay to disconnect or connect the circuit that works automatically. With automatic faucets can make it easier for people to control the use of water. Arduino uno tool as controller and data processor.
