The Yellow Book is an identity and is the main focus in Islamic boarding school education, but the material is not easy to learn. Therefore, PP Lubbul Labib Banat I Kedungsari adopted a new method from PP Sidogiri Pasuruan, namely Al-Miftah Lil Ulum since 2017. This research aims to determine the process of using the Al-Miftah method starting from planning, implementing and evaluating it. This research uses a case study qualitative research type with data collection techniques; observation, interview, and documentation. The subjects studied were 31 students and 7 teachers. Meanwhile, to check the validity of the data using source triangulation. The results of the research show that at each stage there are several discussions, namely; At the planning stage include; learning objectives and experiences, determining learning activities, the people involved, materials, facilities and evaluation planning. The implementation stage concerns activities during the learning process; opening, apperception, giving new material, training, ending learning evaluation. At the evaluation stage it is divided into 2 namely for students and teachers. During the use of this method, the learning process has been running quite well and effectively. The indicators in this study are grammar and writing.

The early 2020 pandemic restricted activities and marriage is one of the events that had an effect. The government has created on Large Scale Restrictions Enforcement to the Community Activities Restrictions Enforcement. So that some lineage guardians who lived in various regions were unable to attend the marriage contract. As a result, the Office of Religious Affairs initiated steps to assign custody to a magistrate guardian, which should still be possible for Taukil guardians to carry out without removing the lineage guardian. This research aims to analyze the use of magistrate guardians from the perspective of legal awareness theory. Things like this are field research that employs a qualitative descriptive approach. The collection of data used is interviews and documentation. The stage of data processing includes re-examination(editing), categorization (Clasifiying), analysis (analyzing), and conclusions (concluding). The result of this analysis revealed that the process to utilize the magistrate guardian was demonstrated by the presence of a letter of application for the magistrate guardian, then the Office of Religious Affairs would re-examine (Rafak) would re-examine (Rafak) the completeness of the files to unearth evidence relevant to the utilization of the magistrate guardian. In the circumstance of employing a magistrate guardian as the guardian of a marriage ceremony during a pandemic emergency to prevent slander and adultery, the Islamic Law perspective is a relief. Due to low levels of education, law enforcement factors, and inadequate facilities, lineage guardians legal cognizance regarding magistrate and Taukil guardians is very limited.

Polygamy is one issue that is always hot to study because it creates contradictions in understanding it. Some allow it absolutely, and some forbid it regardless of whether or not there are conditions that must be met for those who want to become polygamous. This research method is literature, which is carried out using literature related to the thoughts of Syahrur and M. Quraish Shihab. The data sources are primary data and secondary data. Syahrur requires that the second, third, and fourth wives be polygamous widows who already have orphans, and there must be a fear of being unable to do justice to the orphans. Syahrur adheres to the kitab ayat approach. Society (the government) determines whether polygamy is enforced or prohibited by looking at whether or not polygamy is required. Meanwhile, M. Quraish Shihab views polygamy as focused on the redaction of verses and involving the context and history of the verse's revelation. The polygamy verse does not indicate an order requiring the practice of polygamy but rather an alternative solution to individual problems.

The culmination of the wedding procession was the Walimatul Urs, or the wedding reception. Giving innate when celebrating wedding receptions among the community was commonplace, even though the status of the gift was under the customs that apply in that area. Likewise in Sumberejo Village, Banyuputih District, Situbondo Regency. Problems arise when innate at the wedding reception celebration is counted as a form of the loan agreement. Therefore, the researchers tried to describe how the tradition was inherited when the wedding reception was held in Sumberejo Village, Banyuputih District, Situbondo Regency. The research method used was a qualitative method using descriptive analysis. Based on the study's results, the default status at a wedding reception in Sumberejo Village, Banyuputih Sub-District, Situbondo Regency, was counted as Sodakoh, measured as a gift, and counted as accounts payable. The innate tradition during wedding receptions was counted as accounts payable can positively and negatively impact the event organizer. According to Islamic Law, the issue of inheritance of debts owed to debtors at a wedding reception in Sumberejo Village was included in the Tirkah criteria that must be received and paid for by the heirs.

Prayer is one of the pillars, supports, and foundations of a building called the religion of Islam. The conditions, obligations, and pillars must be fulfilled for the perfect reward. Movements become a system in life which is heart, mind, and body as a manifestation of one's faith, but nowadays, many Muslims leave Prayer due to many factors, one of which is not knowing the virtue of Prayer. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to describe the urgency of Prayer in life according to the Qur'an perspective. The method used is literature study from books, journals, and the internet by collecting data using careful observation techniques. Then document and analyze the contents, and the last is concluding. The results of the study show that the Urgency of Prayer in Life based on the Qur'an perspective Prevents heinous and evil deeds, Shows brotherhood and equality between human beings, Trains Discipline, Builds physical and spiritual health, and Accustoms to patience and trust.

The world has many problems, economic interests, chaos, and wars. Man needs a binder to prevent man (countries) from being able to do something that only benefits himself and harms others. Thus, global ethics as a minimalist ethic is needed in this world. The goal is that there be peace and order. This article aims to construct an idea of creating peaceful education through Islamic Religious Education with a global ethical perspective. This research confirms that the main points of global ethics are relevant to Islamic religious education in Indonesia regarding Islamic teachings and Government Regulations. The integration of global ethics in Islamic Religious Education can be implemented in Indonesia. On the other hand, there are challenges to integrating global ethics in learning; how can teachers provide students with an understanding of the universal values of global ethics in Indonesia context of a plural society? The leading global ethics precepts must be included in the Islamic religious education curriculum at the basic, secondary, and higher levels. This study is devoted to developing a rudimentary idea of Islamic religious education from a global ethical standpoint. As a result, additional research on Islamic religious education from a global ethical viewpoint is required.

Actualization of modernism of Islamic educational institutions in the Pesantren environment is a necessity that should be considered. Some pesantren try to maintain aspects and values that characterize the pesantren itself, but others prioritize one aspect and actually eliminate other aspects, such as a simple lifestyle. This research uses a literature review system to collect related articles systematically. The results showed that the principle of orientation of Islamic education in pesantren today is still the same as before but is more likely to be more consumptive in adjusting to market needs which are considered as the future path of children. Pesantren that was once synonymous with a simple lifestyle, is now far from simple or more luxurious with superior facilities than before. The development of management and the changing pesantren system showed something different and provided a separate segment for the Muslim middle class as an option where their children deepened their religious education.

Briefly, Moslem world has been left behind in many aspects, politic, economy, education, more over sciences and technology. One of the ways out proposed by contemporal Muslim Thinkers, such as Naquib al-Attas and Islamail Raji al-Faruqi, is that Muslim should integrate empirical and religous science. The Integration aims at elimanating the dichotomy between empirical and religous sciences, so that Muslim can develope the two sciences as well as build both rational and religous community as Islamic civilization reached in the past. To achieve the civilized muslim, this idea must be implemented soon in education, especially in teaching muslim students. Hence, this article specifically offered technical methods in teaching religous sciences by occupying scientific approach through three various models of learning, discovery learning, problem based learning and project based learning.

Mathematics is a complex science that can be used as a complement to other branches of science. Likewise, the science of faraidh discusses the inheritance rights of property (tirkah) to the heirs of owners who have died, as in one of the problems related to the inheritance rights of other children. So this study aims to describe the role of mathematics in the distribution of inheritance rights of a Li'an child based on the analysis of Islamic law. The research method used is a literature study and focused discussion. The subject of this study is Inheritance and Islamic law, while the object is Li'an's children. The results showed that: (1) mathematics has an essential role in solving the distribution of inheritance rights for other children; (2) according to the perspective of Islamic law, the Li'an child is not related to his father because the lian oath was made by both parents, and the child does not have inheritance rights from the father; (3) other children are only related to their mother, and other children get inheritance rights from their mother's side.

This study aimed to identify the influence of social media on consumer purchasing decisions and analyze the factors that influence that influence. This research was conducted at UD Assyarif PP. Salafiyah Shafi'iyah Sukorejo Situbondo. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who were UD Assyarif consumers. The results showed that the influence of social media on consumer purchasing decisions was significant in terms of the standard beta coefficient of 0.377. In this case, social media affects consumer perceptions of products, brand awareness, trust, and consumer loyalty. This research has practical implications for companies developing effective marketing strategies through social media. Companies can utilize social media to build brand awareness, trust, and consumer loyalty. In addition, companies should also pay attention to factors that influence the influence of social media on consumer purchasing decisions, such as age, education, and online buying experience.
