Abstract

School is a place where the process of teaching and learning formally, so that the learning process is running and get results in accordance with the expected learning objectives, then many things that mempengaruinya include the basic plan of learning (RPP). Through the school action research is qualitatively analyzed, the result of the research shows that by applying the discipline method in preparing the RPP, applying it and also requesting to be supervised and evaluated make the application of RPP in school by the teacher is increasing. Abstract

The use of technology for a teacher is now a must, teachers who have the ability to use computer technology will easily get and develop learning strategies to learners. There are many other conveniences that teachers get when they master the computer. Speed and efficiency in work will be greatly felt. Using classroom action research, it was found that with the application of tutoring to teachers in improving the ability to use computer, it can be guided learn can improve the ability of teachers using computer. The model of intensive learning guidance and continue to home the use of completion of teacher administration task in the form of reports needs to be done with computers at home. Abstract

High performance, teachers will strive to overcome difficulties in the work, and vice versa low performance will reduce the enthusiasm of work, absenteeism, frequent displacement and complaints from teachers. Using the school action research and analyzed using qualitative methods, the research results after measuring the level of teacher performance in teaching through the application of the method of togetherness with the application of this cycle has an effect on the teacher performance improvement which was originally the teacher motivation is good enough amounted to 3 people or 7.7% increased to 30 people or 76.9%. Abstract

Motivation of a teacher is very supportive in efforts to improve student achievement and improve the quality of education of a school. Because if the teacher's motivation is low then the quality and quantity of education within a school organization is very difficult to be realized let alone to be improved. The facts in SMP N 2 Siak Hulu found the phenomenon of some teachers are less motivated in teaching students in school so that teachers are less passionate and less enthusiastic in teaching. Using school action research and analyzed by qualitative techniques obtained results provide motivation to teachers in teaching can improve teacher performance. Abstract

Problems faced by the teacher in giving lesson to the students of class VII especially in SMP N 2 Siak Hulu is related to the ability of students who still not optimal, this is marked by not yet achievement of KKM students in learning. In addition, the attitude of students in learning is still not enthusiasm. Through classroom action research and analyzed using qualitative techniques obtained results there is an increase in learning outcomes Penjaskes with cycle material entirely from the basic motion of basic techniques of the game, then the value of content and also practice. Abstract

Based on students' learning completeness data on the practice of the big ball is still not complete, and it turns out many causes, among others, because students lack understanding of the theory and lack of confidence in practicing it in the field. Abstract

The role of teachers in educating children to be a separate problem that is in achieving the desired goal of classroom teachers, one of the less favored subjects by children where the results of pre-survey conducted in the classroom at SD N 014 Kampar living 65% of students do not like mathematics lessons about counting operations. Through classroom action research, it is obtained the result of research on the application of question and answer learning method in order to improve the result of the students 'task in class III on the mathematics subject about the number of counting operation, the result of the students' learning increased significantly. Abstract

Students at the time of learning to make artworks have fears assigned to create works of art other than that too, the more severe is the fear at the time want to present the results of his work in the form of direct presentation in the classroom. Abstract

Nowadays with the development of technology the world of education is also growing, this is marked by the many emerging private universities / campus.Para private campus is competing to promote the campus to prospective students by prioritizing the quality. Starting from the facilities and infrastructure, the quality of lecturers, location, service and various other amenity.STIE Riau as one of the existing Private campus dipekanbaru already meet the criteria as a quality campus, this is evidenced by accreditation B currently. With this accreditation students are expected to be loyal to the campus and the quality of students who graduated can compete in the business world ini.Populasi in this study that is all students / I STIE Riau.Penelitian is done by using samples taken by simple Ramdom Sampling and analyzed using SEM WarpPLS.
