Abstract

Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA) Puuwatu merupakan aset milik Pemerintah kota kendari dan satu-satunya TPA bagi seluruh sampah kota kendari. Semakin meningkatnya volume sampah yang dibuang ke TPA tersebut akan memperpendek usia pemanfaatannya. Kondisi ini diperparah dengan belum diterapkannya SOP Sanitary Landfill. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja pengelolaan sampah TPA puuwatu dan menentukan strategi pengelolaan TPA puuwatu yang dapat digunakan oleh Pemerintah kota kendari dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analitik dengan metode kualitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah para pakar di bidang persampahan baik dari pihak pemerintah, pakar maupun masyarakat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa optimalisasi pengelolaan TPA puuwatu dapat dicapai melalui lima alternatif strategi, yaitu: Peningkatan anggaran dan perbaikan sistem teknologi di bidang persampahan, Optimalkan ketersediaan sarana transportasi, Memperlancar sarana pengangkutan sampah, Optimalkan bisnis daur ulang dan Penguatan hukum untuk mewujudkan tata ruang kota yang konsisten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prioritas pilihan adalah mengembangkan dari pembangunan dan pengoperasian TPA dengan peran pemerintah yang besar dalam pengelolaannya.

Abstract

There are some various types of sand used for construction materials in Kendari City and its surroundings. Visually, the difference in the type of sand used can be seen from the color. This study aims to provide information to stakeholders: the community, government and the business, in considering the selection of technically feasible types of sand for concrete mixtures in Kendari City. The sand used in this study was mointain sand ex. Nambo: light brown sand, white sand and maroon sand, as well as river sand ex. Pohara. Physical characteristic testing carried out by the recommendation of SK SNI No. S-04-1989-F which includes sieving analysis, fineness modulus, aggregate material passing sieve No. 200, organic content, bulk density, specific gravity, and water absorption. This study shows that the physical characteristics of mointain sand ex. Nambo: white sand, light brown sand, and maroon sand do not meet the specifications in relation to the amount of sand passing sieve No. 200. Physical characteristics of river sand ex. Poharadoes not meet the specifications which relating to 2 (two) parameters: the amount of material that passes the sieve No. 200 and organic content.For the use of the sand as a normal concrete mixture, it is recommended that the sand be washed first.

Abstract

Penelitian dalam teknik sipil bergantung pada pilihan metodologi untuk mendapatkan hasil yang valid dan menguntungkan. Penelitian teknik sipil modern menggunakan simulasi komputer, pemantauan dan pengukuran jarak jauh, Internet of Things, Big Data, dan kemitraan multi disiplin. Modifikasi GT, hubungan interpretatif/simbolis, dan pragmatisme Strauss diterapkan pada studi pemikiran kritis dan kuantitatif dalam desain rekayasa sipil. Sebagai tambahan, MRCT menggambarkan matematika disertai pemikiran kritis dalam praktek teknik sipil. Selain itu, terdapat pula studi basin sungai Zayandehrud Iran menggunakan pengkodean terbuka dan aksial untuk memeriksa tiga masalah penting kerekayasaan. Untuk penelitian masa depan, metode GT memfasilitasi pemahaman komponen manusiadari sistem sumber daya air dan simulasi proses alam dan sosio-ekonomi. Metode analisis baru akan mengarahkan pada pemecahan masalah dan penemuan baru.

Abstract

The high phosphorus (PO⁴) level in the Wanggu River is around 0.2459 mg/L. This value exceeds the Wanggu River water quality standard, which should be at 0.2 for class II based on Government Regulation No. 22 of 2021 regarding river water quality standards. Constructed wetlands are one way to deal with this. The purpose of this study is to determine the efficiency of reducing levels of phosphorus-type phosphorus (PO⁴) with the use and maintenance of Constructed Wetlands using a different method, namely water plants as the variable. The results showed that there was an 80% decrease in phosphorus (PO⁴) levels in water hyacinth (Eichornia crassipes) and a 98% decrease in water plants (Pistia stratiotes). This also happened to the water spinach plant (Ipomoea aquatica Forsk), which decreased by 86%. The most significant reduction percentage occurred in watercress (Pistia stratiotes), with the highest success rate, 98%.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 mendorong banyak negara menutup akses negaranya, menekan aktivitas sosial masyarakatnya, dan mendorong mereka untuk berdiam di rumah. Kebijakan tersebut tentunya menimbulkan dampak perlambatan terhadap ekonomi dunia dan pertumbuhan GDP (gross domestic product/produk domestic bruto) yang diproyeksi menurun menjadi 2.4% pada tahun 2020. Semakin tertekannya ekonomi dunia, termasuk Indonesia, mendorong Presiden Indonesia mengambil beberapa kebijakan untuk menghidupkan ekonomi. Presiden menginstruksikan pelonggaran terhadap Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) yang diterapkan di beberapa wilayah di Indonesia dengan beberapa penyesuaian baru (new normal). Sektor konstruksi sebagai salah satu sektor terbesar di Indonesia harus pula melakukan penyesuaian menghadapi era new normal. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perubahan yang terjadi terhadap sektor konstruksi pada era new normal setelah pandemi COVID-19.

Abstract

One of the most commonly used approaches for soil stabilization, especially under buildings, is the grouting system. This approach usually uses additives, such as industrial by-product-fly ash. With this technique, fly ash solutions in various concentrations are injected into the sand samples. How far the spread of the fly ash solution from the point of injection was observed for each concentration of the solution. The results show that the higher the concentration of the solution, the smaller the spread of the fly ash solution. This is due to the agglomeration of the fly ash solution immediately in the sand pores around the injection point which will inhibit the spread of the solution. Even the smallest concentration of fly ash solution applied to the sand sample in the study was not able to spread throughout the sand. Another approach is needed so that the spread of the fly ash solution is maximized.

Abstract

An Archipelagic Area Development planning study is a plan to determine the appropriate action process to grow and develop social, economic and environmental ecosystem aspects of the archipelago or group of islands by the capacity of the resources owned by each island. Development planning is intended to make changes towards a better development direction for a community, government, and environment in a certain area by utilizing or utilizing various existing resources and must have an orientation that is comprehensive, complete, and sticks to the ecoregion method.To develop the development of the archipelago area based on water resources.Quantitative research was chosen with the consideration that this research is a problem analysis by researchers; researchers use statistical test tools and secondary data that are quantitative, besides that researchers refer to the theory of water carrying capacity and hydrological theory to study it.Guide researchers to find research problems and then analyze the data using quantitative methods. The results of the study stated that to meet the water needs in the city of Ternate for years to come, a strategy and policy that is environmentally friendly to the community is needed.
