Abstract

The development of MSMEs started to contribute to the country's economy requires an increase in resources. The resources consist of human resources and assets in the form of funds. There are two options for adding funds, namely through loans and issuing shares. This study aimed to analyze the competitiveness of MSMEs in relation to the Capital Improvement Potential through Quality Improvement of Financial Statements. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. Data is distributed using a questionnaire aimed at Investors with the Convenience Random Sampling method and conducting a related literature review. Simple statistical data processing using Ms. Excel. The results showed that MSMEs have the opportunity to obtain capital from investors. MSMEs capital improvement opportunities can be achieved by improving the quality of financial reporting. Capital obtained from MSMEs can improve the competitiveness of MSMEs

Abstract

Banks are referred to as financial institutions or companies that are authorized by the government to manage money by receiving deposits, providing loans and investments. Banks are important in gaining profits for long-term survival and bank growth. In calculating bank profitability there are various ways, namely by using ROE, ROA and NIM. The dependent variable is profitability with ROE, ROA and NIM measurement tools. Purposive sampling technique is used as a sampling method with criteria: 1) banks listed on the IDX during the observation period from 2008 to 2018, 2) banks during the observation period from 2008 to 2018 and 3) generate positive profit or profitability in a row - according to the years 2008 to 2018. The method of multiple linear regression analysis was used in this study, using the help of SPSS software version 20. Output of research shows descriptive statistics, where the maximum value is in the size variable, while the ROE variable ranks the lowest minimum, with the highest average being the size and the standard deviation

Abstract

One of the factors that motivate someone to become a whistleblower is demographic factors such as gender and ethnicity. Another factor that can motivate someone's intention to do whistleblowing is managerial status. High-level managers, have positive perceptions about whistleblowing and may do whistleblowing, so the authors are interested in examining the influence of the seriousness of violations, demographic factors and organizational factors on whistleblowing intentions. The sample in this study is the financial section of the Central Java Regional OJK Work Unit. The number of samples in this study were 86 respondents because they felt they could represent the total number of accountants. Based on the discussion in this study, the researcher concludes that several results of the study stated that the saverity of the violation had a significant positive effect on whisteblowing intention, That is, if the level of severity is more serious, then one's intention to do whistleblowing will increase.

Abstract

One of the competing mobile brands in Indonesia is xiaomi, the xiaomi brand itself began to be known by the people of Indonesia since 2013 and successfully exploded in the market in 2014 by creating their flagship product, smartphone. Various findings of a good product quality will affect the brand image of a product, brand image describes the results of the views or perceptions of consumers towards a particular brand, which is based on comparison and consideration with several other brands, on the same type of product. This research aims is to find out whether there is a significant influence between product quality, brand image, and price on smartphone purchase decision. This research uses a multiple regression approach and 100 respondent in Yogyakarta provincy, the results of the research output show that all hypotheses tested show achievement in accordance with the research parameters.

Abstract

The MNC (Multinational) company based in California is a computer storage and data management (storage) company. PT. NetApp is very concerned about the welfare of its employees. All NetApp achievements are inseparable from good management of its human resources, in this context the performance of its employees. Although NetApp is one of the best companies at work, the percentage of employee turnover has increased from year to year. This type of research is quantitative research. Sugiyono (2007) Quantitative data is data in the form of numbers, or qualitative data that is called up (scoring). This study is intended to determine the relationship between the seven variables, namely Recruitment of Independent Variables (X1) and Career Path (X2), namely Corporate Performance Dependent variable (Y) and Employee Performance (Z) as a variable intervening. After a statistical test, the results are obtained: first the recruitment variable has a significant effect on corporate performance variables. This means that recruitment is the initial stage of the employee to enter into a company. not significant to corporate performance variables

Abstract

In the last decade, Ghirrah related to the practice of Waqf in Indonesia is increasing in terms of quantity and diversity. For example, continue to increase the land/object of Waqf, the more new institutions that manage the Waqf, the existence of associations and forums for the development of Waqf, and the presence of new types of Waqf, such as insurance. Waqf is a proven system that can contribute to progress, culture, education, economics, social and civilization. In Islam Waqf has been practiced since the time of Rasulullah SAW and has undergone many significant changes ranging from its type, management and purpose. All that demands a new ijtihad ijtihad that can provide an alternative development of Waqf in the present that does not contradict the Islamic Shari'a. The purpose of this article is to highlight the importance of waqf in establishing student house. Nowadays, worthed boarding house is costly and this has prevented students from getting worthed boarding house. This paper offer an alternative solution to relieve such a situation, namely, through the application of waqf. The study suggests a concept to establish Waqf student house. The data was mainly collected using library research, all the data were analysed using the content analysis method. The findings show that waqf student house can help and support education in university. This article provides simulation scheme for establishing student house through waqf
