Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the differences in performance of financial ratios Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro hospital before and after application of “Pola Pengelolaan Keuangan Badan Layanan Umum” / PPK BLU. The ratio is based on conscientious Director General of Treasury Regulation No. Per-36/PB/2012 .The data used in this study were obtained from financial ratios of Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro hospital during the period 2002-2012. This study examines the financial performance consisted of Cash Ratio, Current Ratio, Collection Period, Fixed asset turnover, Return on assets and Return on equity. While the performance of services in representing the growth of competitiveness in proksikan by Sales Growth (SALG) and Activity Growth. Processing of the data in this study performed using a statistical technique Uji Beda T-test dengan Related Samples or paired samples often diistilakan with t-test .The findings of this study indicate that the Cash Ratio Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro hospital after applying the PPK-BLU better than before KDP - BLU. For another study that ratio, Current ratio, Collection Period ,Ffixed asset turnover, Return on assets, Return on equity, Sales Growth ( SALG ) and Growth Activity Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro hospital not have a significant difference after applying the PPK-BLU with before PPK-BLU.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of private demandsto personal Internet use at workplace with four moderating variables and its influence on employee performance.The population in this study were 50 employees at the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta and 60 employees Perum Perhutani Wilayah Surakarta. Simple random sampling is used to select the sample and the sample obtained 107 employees. This study uses Moderated Regression Analysis and Simple Regression Analysis.The results showed that the private demands affect the use of personal Internet at workplace and influence at the workplace also successfully predicted as a moderating variable in the relationship. In addition it was also found that the use of personal Internet at workplace affect employee performance. But for the other results, border strength, identification with and perceive the job of supervisor support for border crossing failure predicted as a moderating variable on the relationship of private demands on the use of personal Internet at workplace.

Abstract

The purpose of this study serve to identify the influence analysis emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on performance employees (study at the PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, (Persero), Tbk Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta and Surakarta Operation). This study is a descriptive empirical study with a quantitative approach. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. The population in this study is the teller PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, (Persero), Tbk Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta and Surakarta operation number (n) 146 with  sensus technique. Instrument research using emotional intelligence questionnaires (EQ), spiritual intelligence questionnaires (SQ), and performane questionnaires. Data analysis includes validity test, reliability test, the classical assumption test, and test hypotheses with linear regression as a tool of analysis using SPSS 17 for windows. Based on the discussion of the results of this study be concluded that emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence affect the performance of the employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, (Persero), Tbk Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta and Surakarta operation.

Abstract

Capital structure is a balance between the use of the capital itself and the debt. It means how much equity and debt to be used, so that it can produce an optimal capital structure. This study aims to determine the effect of internal and external factors on the capital structure of the banking sector during the financial crisis of 2008-2009. Independent variables used are profitability, growth, asset structure, risk, size, liquidity and IHSG. Beside that, IHSG also has the function as a moderating variable.The method that is used for sample research is purposive sampling. It is based on certain criteria. The research was conducted on 72 samples of listed banks in Bank Indonesia, by using the data pooling. It is the combination between time series and the cross section data. Data analysis uses the analysis tools of regression test that was preceded by the classical assumptions, they are normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity. Hypothesis test is done by using the F and T test.The result of the data analysis shows that significant profitability, growth, asset structure, risk, size and IHSG that gives the  affect to the capital structure of the bank.While liquidity does not affect the bank's capital structure. IHSG has given the proof that it does not moderate the internal variables of the bank's capital structure.

Abstract

The purpose of this study serve to determine the effect of leadership style, organizational culture, and employees’ competence on performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable (case study at the Islamic Hospital in Klaten). This study is a descriptive empirical study with a quantitative approach. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. The population in this study is the nurse-patient unit Klaten Islamic Hospital number 194 and number 131 samples were taken more than 1 year. Nonprobability sampling technique using sampling with purposive sampling method and then diproporsionalkan. Instrument research using questionnaires. Data analysis includes test instrument, the classical assumption test, and test hypotheses with linear regression as a tool of analysis using SPSS 17. Based on the discussion of the results of this study be concluded that the employees’ competency effect on the employee performance, while the leadership style and organizational culture had no effect improves employee performance. After attending the variables of organizational commitment as a mediating variable that affects only one variable, namely the competence of employees, while others may not affect performance significantly with or without a mediating variable.

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to help CV. Angkasa manager in measuring business growth level and increasing capability and also commitment personal, They were expected could increase employee productivity and make production time more efficient so that able to increase service quality to customer.The research is case study was applied on CV. Angkasa, Using descriptive methodology. Variables in this research using forth perspective in Balanced Scorecard are financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, learning and growth perspective .The results showed (1) financial on CV. Angkasa was good, (2) most of customer’s were satisfied on its product’s even though there were complaint of delay product’s distribution (3) inefficiency production time was reason of delay product’s distribution occurred (4) lower employee ethos was caused by lower company attention which had on impact to relationship between employee and manager that will affect employee productivity.
