Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the effect of narcissism on counterproductive behavior, narcissism on anger/negative emotion; the effect of job stressor on anger/negative emotion; the effect of anger/negative emotion on counterproductive working behavior; and anger/negative emotion mediating the effect of narcissism and job stressor on counterproductive working behavior. The sample of research was the employees in PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk of Solo areas consisting of 200 respondents. The method of sampling used was non probability sampling, judgment sampling. Meanwhile the method of analyzing data used was Structural Equation Model (SEM).The result of hypothesis testing showed that narcissism affected positively and significantly the counterproductive working behavior; narcissism affected positively and significantly on anger/negative emotion; job stressor affected significantly the anger/negative emotion; anger/negative emotion affected significantly and positively the anger/negative emotion and significantly mediated the effect of narcissism and job stressor in counterproductive working behavior.

Abstract

The specifics goal of study are namely to explain the influence of (1) Quality of Service Satisfaction, (2) Service Quality of the Trust, (3) Service Quality to Loyalty (4) Satisfaction to Loyalty, and (5) of the Loyalty Trust. The population in this study are all consumers who had conducted the transaction in Saqina.com. The number of respondents was used a sample of 250 respondents.The population in this study are all consumers who had conducted the transaction in Saqina.com. The number of respondents was used a sample of 250 respondents. The results showed a significant effect of interaction between variables in the four effects, namely: (1) Quality of Service Satisfaction (CR = 5578), (2) Quality of Service Trust (CR = 5164), (3) Satisfaction to Loyalty (CR = 2009 ), (4) of the Loyalty Trust (CR = 2144), whereas no significant effect of the Service Quality to Loyalty (CR = -1766), calculation results also showed that the total effect of Trust is a mediating variable between Service Quality to Loyalty.As for the stimulus to do the marketing, among others, are (1) maintain a COD service to increase customer trust, (2) optimize customer satisfaction through improved service, the information presented better organized so that consumers more easily and comfortably in the transaction, (3) Provide a stage 'order tracking' for customers, so customers can monitor the extent to which the development of product orders. For future studies are expected to (1) Develop more variables studied, (2) Perform the comparison e-commerce both in Indonesia and internationally.

Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence about the influence of Quality of Service, Relationship Marketing, Corporate Social Responsibility and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty in BRI branch Tebing Tinggi. By using the 150 respondents BRI customers Tebing Tinggi branch determination technique in 2016. Convenience sampling is sampling, that the sampling technique with a collection of information from members of the population that is easily available and able to provide such information. Mechanical testing of hypotheses using multiple regression analysis and path analysis.F test results showed that simultaneous all independent variables affect the customer loyalty. Based on t test results can be concluded that customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Relationship Marketing is not a significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty, while CSR significant effect on loyalty but has no significant effect on customer satisfaction. Further significant variable customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of murabahah and mudharabah on the value of the Islamic Sharia Bank with profitability as an intervening variable. The data used in this study were obtained from several sources of activity (field) to obtain financial reports in Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia in 2013-2017. Data analysis in this study used path analysis. The results showed that murabaha and mudharabah had a significant effect on profitability and mudharabah with profitability had an effect on the firm value of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The results of this study also show that murabaha and mudharabah influence the value of the company with profitability as an intervening variable. Keywords: Murabahah, Mudharabah, Profitability, Corporate Value

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the employee’s pay perceptions and its relationships on job satisfaction as a form of local governments readiness in the implementation of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) payroll system. The research design used in this research is descriptive and explanatory research. These respondent’s number are 150 employees with proportional random sampling technique. Data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).The results showed that the relationships of pay differences perception to pay fairness perception; pay fairness perception to job satisfaction; pay differences perception to job satisfaction; pay understanding perception to job satisfaction; and the mediating role of pay fairness perception on the relationship between pay differences perception to job satisfaction are proved to be significant, while the relationship of pay understanding perception to pay fairness perception and the mediating role of pay fairness perception on the relationship between pay understanding perception to job satisfaction are proved to be insignificant. More generally, the results of this study are expected to be in addition to the research literature as well as consideration for the organization, especially regarding pay perceptions and its relationships on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the differences in performance of financial ratios Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro hospital before and after application of “Pola Pengelolaan Keuangan Badan Layanan Umum” / PPK BLU. The ratio is based on conscientious Director General of Treasury Regulation No. Per-36/PB/2012 .The data used in this study were obtained from financial ratios of Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro hospital during the period 2002-2012. This study examines the financial performance consisted of Cash Ratio, Current Ratio, Collection Period, Fixed asset turnover, Return on assets and Return on equity. While the performance of services in representing the growth of competitiveness in proksikan by Sales Growth (SALG) and Activity Growth. Processing of the data in this study performed using a statistical technique Uji Beda T-test dengan Related Samples or paired samples often diistilakan with t-test .The findings of this study indicate that the Cash Ratio Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro hospital after applying the PPK-BLU better than before KDP - BLU. For another study that ratio, Current ratio, Collection Period ,Ffixed asset turnover, Return on assets, Return on equity, Sales Growth ( SALG ) and Growth Activity Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro hospital not have a significant difference after applying the PPK-BLU with before PPK-BLU.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to apply the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in the Management Information Systemof Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso Orthopedics Hospital in Surakarta. This study was an empirical research with quantitative method. The data used comprised of primary and secondary ones. The study population was all employees of Prof. Dr. R. Soeharsowho use the management information system, i.e. 382 people. By using simple random method inthe sampling techniques,193 people were selected as the study sample.The results show that: computer self-efficacy,positively and significantly affects the perception of the benefits and the perceived ease of technology usein the information system of the hospital management; and so subjective norms, itpositively and significantlyaffects the perception of the benefits and the perceived ease of technology use in the hospital management information system; system accessibilitydoes not significantly affect the perception of the benefits, but it gives positive and significant influenceon the perceived ease of technology use in the information system of the hospital management; there isa significant and positive influencefrom the perceived ease of technology use against the perceived benefits of the information system, however, that beneficial perception does not affect the attitude of technology use in the information system of hospital management;the perception of the ease of technology use does not significantly affect the perceived attitude in using the technology, nonetheless, that attitude about the technology use has positive and significant influence against behavioral intention to use the technology in the hospital management information system; and that intention in the technology use, subsequently affects significantly and positively the behavior of the use of the same technology in the hospital management information system ofProf. Dr. R. Abstract

This study examines the dynamic correlation between gold and sharia stock as a hedge and safe haven in Indonesian financial markets. Researchers used the A-DCC GARCH Model of daily closing price of gold and sharia stock in JII (Jakarta Islamic Index) for the period of 2007 to 2016. The purpose of this study is to analyze the investment choices that should be done by investors whether gold or sharia or gold and sharia stock equity investments are simultaneously combined to protect financial assets primarily in Indonesia's financial markets. In A-DCC the gold model produces a negative correlation especially during periods of crisis indicating that gold can significantly perform its role as a hedge and a safe place for other assets. The researchers also tested empirically for an effective diversification and hedging portfolio for gold and stock combinations. The findings suggest investors should diversify their portfolio by adding gold. Combining gold and stocks together can be a strong hedge and reduce the risk level for investment in Indonesia. Keywords : Hedging, safe haven, gold, index of islam jakarta, syariah stock

Abstract

This research has proposed a conceptual framework to investigate the antecedents of attitude toward green product and its effect on willingness to pay and intention to purchase. To test the conceptual framework, structural equation modelling (SEM) has been used to analyse the data collected from 200 women (young adult, educated, has children, interest to purchase of green product and independently have income). The investigated antecedents are health consciousness, environmental attitude, and value orientation. The results of this study indicate that health consciousness, environmental attitude, and value orientation have significant and positive influence on the attitude toward green product, subsequently the attitud toward green product influence the willingness to pay. The willingness to pay then will drive the customer’s purchase intention.

Abstract

Based on the background of the earlier studies accompanied by so many research problem and research gap where the result of previous studies indicate that there is an inconsistency, then the effects of corporate governance mechanism on the corporate financial performance still needs to be further researched.The current study uses a data sample of bank financial statements included in the United Arab Emirates bank stocks period 2009-2012. By using purposive sampling of data obtained as much as 88 financial statements of companies that are eligible to be used as samples in this study. The data in this study was obtained from the banks financial performance summary report from the website of the bank stocks United Arab Emirates (www.adx.ae and www.dfm.ae). The technique used to analyze the data is multiple regression techniques.The results of this study is that variables examined in the study are, board size, background of director’s education, number of board meeting, and proportion of independent board of bank ( simultaneously ) have an influence on the Bank's Financial Performance (Ratio ofOperating Expenses toOperating Income) Bank.
