<![CDATA[Mobile application development was growing very rapidly along the increase of mobile devices and technology. One of the problems faced is the different platforms operating system on the market, it is make more difficult development process and requires a lot of cost. An application must be built at least 2 (two) types according to the current popular operating system (Android and iOS) in order to be able to get large application users.Hybrid Application is an application development model that combines native application approach and web application to be a mobile application. It can be converted into more than one mobile operating system platform later. The advantages of hybrid applications is the rapid development process because one source code can run on more than one mobile operating system, while the disadvantage is it use more of resources than the application built with the original language of the operating system platform used.Adobe Phonegap (Phonegap) and React Native are two frameworks that can be used to build mobile hybrid applications. In this study will be compared in terms of development and application results that run on Android devices from each framework by using case studies Aplikasi Jadwal dan Nilai pada Politeknik Kota Malang.]]>

<![CDATA[Sasak language is one of the local languages ​​used to communicate by people of Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. But along with the development of technology, especially in the field of smartphones, Sasak language has begun to fade, not the least of Lombok people who do not understand the language vocabulary Lombok Sasak especially the current generation. It is caused by environmental factors family, school and friends that use the Indonesian language in everyday conversation. The solution to these problems is to design an application Indonesian-Sasak dictionary based on Android. The main purpose of a dictionary application Indonesian-Sasak is to help them in finding a translation in Indonesian or Sasak language effectively and efficiently with the media smartphone. There are several stages in the making of this application, which analyzes the data by the method of SWOT analysis, application design using SDLC, the process of working with UML, and the implementation of the program model that has been generated. Indonesian-Sasak dictionary application android generated based APPS shaped installer that can be used on Android-based smartphones with minimal version 2.2 Up to 5.0. In testing using the Black-box testing and trials on smartphones, applications can run smoothly.]]>

<![CDATA[The Village Fund Budget is a revenue-sharing fund between the District and Village Governments for the welfare of the community. The budget obtained is managed by the village government for development and community welfare. Problems that exist in the preparation of the budget must use a ledger and then make use of Microsoft Excel where it will increase the length of work time because you have to understand excel logic. The absence of databases and security systems that are not yet available is a consideration for the need for a system to conduct management of village expenditure budget management that will make time faster and more accurate in budgeting. Utilization of Visual Basic 6.0 with MySql database and R & D research method developed by Borg and Gall (1983) through the following stages: Research and information collecting, Planning, Develop prelminary form of product, Prelminary field testing, Main product revision, Main field testing . With the use of a system that has integrated the budget management database will be faster and with the existence of a security system which will prevent individuals who are not authorized to manipulate data.]]>

<![CDATA[Trade in the world the accuracy of the information is very needed, Especially information on the selling price , the price of basic supplies and sales of the rest of the administrative system accuracy in sales because the relationship between companies look to affect consumer as well as administrative systems sales in the company itself .An apothecary the goddess of a trading companies that move in the field of trade of various types of medication .The writer observes that the system the administration of the sale in pharmacies goddess is still done manually .During an apothecary rely more on this management in the price of memory , but not all the price of drugs could be remembered by employees so that employees often see a list price when there was a transaction .In addition to that employees have to see a list of supplies or cards supplies books to know the drug supplies. The research uses a method of structured approach that is used diagrams the current data (DAD) , entity relationship diagram (ERD), between advance design and implementation of , the making of the application of a system of the sale of the drug in the design a groove the system uses microsoft office visio 2007 as a medium to design a diagram a groove , a diagram the context , relation between entity and design page interface .On the implementation system using programming borland delphi 7 to design a display interface , and for data storage use mysqldatabase by using application sqlyog enterprise This system is the most effective pharmaceutical sales of data. <![CDATA[Along with the increasingly tight competition of technology and information, making many government parties in Indonesia use technology as a supporter to improve its performance. The development of information technology systems led to changes in the role of information technology systems ranging from the role of efficiency, effectiveness to the strategic role, the existence of computerized data processing information becomes very important. That's because computerized data processing can contribute greatly to a company's performance, when compared to manual data processing. (Imtihan, 2015) Dinas Pekerjaan Umum (PU) dan Energi Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) Kota Praya Kabupaten Lombok Tengah do not have a computerized system for data processing promotion of employees, still done manually and data storage is still archive so as to enable the loss of damaged data or archive and also takes longer time in data processing employees. The process can create a continuous error and since the promotion is routinely given to the employee, it is necessary to create an information system that can manage the promotion process automatically in order to avoid mistakes or continuous errors such as errors when data lost or damaged archives and accelerate in time processing data employee who will conduct the promotion process so that required a computerized promotion information system that can regulate the process of promotion of employees. The information system is built using PHP programming language and Mysql database. Data collection method used in this research is the method of observation, interview, and literature study. The method of analysis used is SWOT method, design method used in this research is waterfall method and testing method used is black box testing method. The result of this research is to produce information system of processing process of promotion of employee to facilitate the employee in search process of promotion data and can facilitate officer at the time of data processing increase of employee pangat and also to minimize mistake of data processing promotion of employee rank.]]>

Pengolahan data penduduk merupakan tanggung jawab pemerintah kabupaten/kota, dimana pelaksanaannya di awali dari kelurahan selaku ujung tombak pendaftaran penduduk. Dalam pelayanan tersebut perlu dilakukan dengan cepat dan tepat untuk mendapatkan suatu informasi. Kantor Lurah Rembige masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam administrasi kependudukan untuk itu penulis merancang sebuah sistem informasi administrasi kependudukan berbasis web. Dalam pembuatan Sistem informasi Administrasi Kependudukan Berbasis Web ini penulis menggunakan metode perancangan SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) serta menggunakan MySQL untuk database. Adapun dalam sistem informasi ini nantinya akan terdapat menu informasi administrasi kependudukan,dan profile kelurahan. <![CDATA[School Operational Assistance (BOS) is a government program to provide funds for non-personnel education units, primary and secondary costs as a means of implementing the 9-year compulsory education program. BOS funds are intended to alleviate all forms of education costs for all students. BOS management is currently still using a manual system, and thats no exception at Al Hasanain Beraim Vocational School. This manual management errors and hassle because the BOS revision must go to the Education Office. Information System (SI) the management of BOS funds was built to facilitate schools. This SI contains an activity plan submission and a one-year budget, and a general cash book for BOS funds that is carried out every semester. This system is built using by PHP language and MySQL database the system development life cycle (SDLC) development method. This information system can help the school in the process of planning school fund activities (RKAS) every year and preparation of real funds in the form of general cash books (BKU), makes it an easier for administrators to check operational of school assistance funds that have been budgeted for the country's financial statements that produce data accurate and complete and timely.]]>

So some questions arise: Is simulated LAN and MAN networks can be implemented while the lack of hardware support on vocational Build People? In this study, researchers have conducted the data collection methods and apply methods of analysis, from the results, the researchers have to get a solution to implement the LAN and MAN networks simulating real simulation with "Designing Virtual Networking MetaMetaRouter", using design methods PPDIOO. Teknologi informasi dapat diterapkan dalam semua bidang, yang berguna untuk menghemat waktu, biaya dan tenaga yang dibutuhkan. Salah satunya pada bidang pendidikan, Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer (STMIK) Lombok Praya, memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam penerapannya khususnya pada Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat STMIK Lombok Praya. Sistem Informasi Manajemen Lembaga Penelitian Dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat STMIK Lombok Praya Berbasis Web ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode Waterfall dan dibangun dengan menggunakan framework codeigniter, MySQL untuk penyimpanan databasenya dan menggunakan twitter bootstrap untuk memperbagus tampilan sebuah halaman website. Hasil penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat untuk mempermudah pengelolaan dan mengorganisir data-data hasil penelitian dan pengabdian yang dilakukan baik oleh dosen maupun mahasiswa STMIK Lombok Praya.]]>
