Abstract

Currently, many companies have used information technology as a medium to support the achievement of organizational goals and PT. Pelayaran Tamarin Samudra Tbk. Previously, this company had utilized information technology in its team member attendance system, namely, by applying a fingerprint attendance device; this tool was less effective and efficient because the type of business carried out in this company was a field, namely shipping. This study aims to analyze team member discipline by applying the Human Resource Information System at PT. Pelayaran Tamarin Samudra Tbk. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, assisted by quantitative data obtained from distributing questionnaires and observations. In determining the sample, the author uses a random sampling technique. From the total population of employees, as many as 200 people took 40 people as samples. Analysis of the data through the stages of qualitative descriptive data with percentages and descriptions of the explanation of the primary data resulting from the distribution of the questionnaire. The results showed team member work discipline by applying the Human Resource Information System Talents at PT. Pelayaran Tamarin Samudra Tbk. Already effective. The study's conclusion states that the factors that shape the character of work discipline in the company, namely leadership examples, respect, fairness, and firmness, have been carried out well, only for the factors of supervision and sanctions that need to be improved again.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the content of YouTube Channel Indonesia relating to the deliberations of the foreign labor (TKA). This analysis involves several people who discuss about issues of foreign labor. With regards to this method used is descriptive content analysis approach. This research takes the 15 videos that made the samples as the basis for the analysis of this content. The videos gained found will be in the transcript for analysis related to the phenomenon of foreign labor in Indonesia. The result of this analysis the existence of notable pros and cons against this issue.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of pandemic educational policy implementation toward the effectiveness of learning at SMK NU Alfarisi Tarogong Kaler Garut. The method used on this study is the Pearson correlation research method because this analysis used a way of correlating each item's score with the total score. The data processing technique uses validity test, reliability test, simple regression analysis, correlation coefficient, and coefficient of determination assisted by SPSS 22 program. Hypothesis testing technique used t test. To determine the influence of pandemic educational policy implementation toward the effectiveness of learning then correlation coefficient test, determination test and hypothesis testing were carried out. Based on the results of the study, showing that the implementation of pandemic educational policy was not significantly influential on the effectiveness of learning by 14.1% while the remaining 85.9% was influenced by other factors which are not examined on this study. Calculation of the correlation coefficient between the implementation of pandemic educational policy and the effectiveness of learning was 37.6% ranging from 0.20-0.399. It means that the correlation between X variable (implementation of pandemic educational policy) to Y variable (learning effectiveness) is low and the hypothesis test is -2.223 while the t table is 2,042. The value proves that the value < which means that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected meaning that the influence of educational policy implementation has no significant effect on the effectiveness of learning.

Abstract

The success of BUMDes management is widely loaded on social media, if viewed from one of the functions of social media itself that is a means used to disseminate and convey information. BUMDes is an economic pillar in the village that functions as a social institution (social institution) and commercial (commercial institution). The main objective of BUMDes is to improve the welfare of rural communities. The purpose of this study is to see the point of spread of the success of BUMDes management in Indonesia and present information on the success of BUMDes management. The researchers use the theory of Marry Paker Follet in Syamsuddin (2017: 64) put forward the notion of management. The method used by researchers is a qualitative descriptive method through data collection techniques such as interviews, observation and analysis. Involving members of the Garut BUMDes Association forum, Garut University Lecturer and Head of the Garut Regency DPMD Economic and Village Development Section. The results of data collection conducted by researchers online through news sites on the internet that there are about 45,549 BUMDes formed in Indonesia, some villages have not been successful yet this has led to the failure of BUMDes, the first mistake choosing a haphazard business idea, the second failing in accessing resources or village potential, thirdly making wrong decisions ineffective, and fourthly not being able to manage the business well. However, a small number of villages in the territory of Indonesia have been able to manage BUMDes well so that not only can be said to be a program success but also able to produce a wider positive impact. In order to be able to move into a key driving force for the prosperity of rural communities, there are three successes, namely changing the mindset, perseverance, and control.

Abstract

Economics is a study of a fixed way or method for allocating natural resources and human resources, with the aim of achieving optimization and achieving the best goals. Regulations in the production and distribution of goods are entrusted to self-regulating mechanisms, including services, at a certain price based on that price will meet demand. Trade arises from the effort to find goods on the outer boundaries of the territory. If a human community never does external trade at all, then there is no need for a market to emerge. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. The qualitative method is to find out or describe the reality of the events studied. Making it easier for the author to obtain objective data in order to know the Traditional Market Mechanisms Against Income Increase in the Sharia Economic Perspective (Case Study of Doro Market, Pekalongan Regency). Qualitative research method is a research method used to examine the condition of a natural object (as opposed to an experiment) where the researcher is the key instrument. That means that qualitative research is a plan and method that researchers will use to examine the condition of natural objects (as opposed to experiments) where the researcher is the key instrument, data collection techniques are carried out by triangulation (combined), data analysis is inductive/qualitative, and the results of qualitative research emphasize meaning rather than generalizations.

Abstract
