AbstractThe purpose of this study are to discover the history of speech skills and how to learn and teach them. Students who study Arabic, especially in speech skills, face the problems and difficulties they seek to address. Teachers also do not have a successful teaching ability.The results of the study are the history of speech skill associated with the emergence of the language, which is divided into three theories: the theory of inspiration and revelation, simulations of natural voices, the theory of agreement and moderation and terminology. And how to learn and teach the skill of speech is to save dialogue and training, and encourage students to speak, and practice Arabic speech, the way of dialogue, and corrected oral errors.

AbstractOne of the lecturers in the Department of Arabic at IAIN Palangka Raya teaches the reading using newest way and innovation compared to the previous ones. The innovation contains a variety of learning materials, learning strategies and learning evaluation.From this phenomenon, the researcher concluded that in reading skill teaching as done by one of the lecturers at IAIN Palangka Raya, there are some indicators of learning that are based on Vigotsky’s social constructivism theory in which it focuses on the roles of the students and social interaction in learning between the lecturers and the students or interaction among students.The aim of this research is to describe reading skill learning performed by the third semester students of IAIN Palangka Raya in 2016-2017 Academic Year. By looking the phenomena in the field in the perspective of processes, activities and interactions during teaching and learning process.This study is classified as descriptive qualitative research using case study design at IAIN Palangka Raya in 2016-2017.Techniques of data collecton in this research include interview, observation and documentation. The data should be examined by using triangulation.The results of the study can be explained as follows: First, the goal of the teaching reading skill to the third semester students of IAIN Palangka Raya 2016-2017 in the perspectivesof Vygotsky’ social constructivism theory; it can be seen from lecturer’s explanations towards reading skill focusing on discussion together with her students. Discussion is a kind social interactions between the lecturer and her students and social interactions among students. Second, learning materials of learning of reading skill in the view of of Vygotsky’ social constructivism theory, can be seen also from lecturer’s explanation which are relevant to students’ everyday life and their experiences around them. The materials to be used are based on the consideration of the purpose, prior knowledge, time and available place, and the numbers of students who follow the lesson. Third, the strategy of learning in the view of Vygotsky’s social constructivism theory, can be seen from the strategy used by the lecturer such as; cooperative learning strategy, top down processing strategy and discovery learning strategy. These three strategies stress on the roles and the activeness of students in the learning-activities. Fourth, the evaluation of learning of reading skill in the view of Vygotsky’s social constructivism theory can be seen from the learning evaluation of reading skill as applied by the lecturer. The evaluation not only tests and examines one aspect of the skill, but also covers all aspects of the shill at once. Test of reading skill, not only deal with reading skill but also it covers other skills such as speaking skill, writing skills, structure and translation.

Language is a human characteristic and is a natural talent that adorn the human. Language is often interpreted as a dialect, the old Arabs said that Arabic is their dialect and bad language according to them is an inappropriate dialect which has no measure and and does not include Arabic fusha. The emergence of human language or the first forms that appeared on it. It comes in the life of language, what it takes in the voices, the structure of morphology, structures of syntax and breadth and narrowness and the rise and fall, and the divisions of the dialects and conflict with others, and the result of the conflict of continuity or death or predominance or widening or receding and faded before the predominance of another language , And common languages, this area is called language life (Vi Du language).

يتناول هذا المقال موضوع "تسمية الأبناء" لدى عامة الـمسلمين، مع اقتراح قوائم من الأسـماء للذكور والإناث. وهو عبارة عن خلاصة لما يناهز عشر سنوات من التجربة العمليّة في ميدان الاستشارات الـمتعدّدة التي جاءتني أثناء عملي في سلطنة بروناي دار السلام، محاضرا في مركز تنمية العلوم واللغات وكليّة اللغة العربيّة بجامعة السلطان الشريف علي الإسلاميّة. إنّ الهدف الأسمى الذي يسعى إلى تحقيقه هذا المقال هو تحقيق نوع من التقارب والوحدة في الأسماء الإسلاميّة، وحثّ الناس أيضًا على مزيد من الحرص عند اختيار الأسماء لأبنائهم، وإرشادهم إلى ذلك باقتراح بعض الأمثلة والنماذج الصحيحة والمناسبة. وقد مرّ بي الكثير جدّا من المواقف العمليّة على صعيد تسمية الأبناء، ورأيت مدى الحرص والرّغبة والحب لدى عموم المسلمين، ولا سيما في أرخبيل الملايو على تسمية أبنائهم، الذكور والإناث، بأسماء عربيّة إسلاميّة، جميلة ومناسبة، تدلّ على البركة والخير والفضل والتفاؤل والنور والصلاح، أو تحمل معاني ومضامين دينيّة إسلاميّة.

AbstractIndia and Indonesia have historical relations for ages. Indian cultures are flourished and preserved by the Indonesian people. Although Indonesia is a Muslim country, in terms of Culture, Indonesia is influenced by Indian traditions and customs. India and Indonesia have shared two millennia of close cultural and commercial contacts. The Hindu, Buddhist and later Muslim faith traveled to Indonesia from the shores of India. Indonesian folk art and dramas are based on stories from the great epics of Ramayana and Mahabharata. The shared culture, colonial history and post-independence goals of political sovereignty, economic self-sufficiency, and independent foreign policy have a unifying effect on the bilateral relations.In this article, The researcher will try to explain the meanings of culture and will discuss the importance of the same. The paper will also shed lights on the historical relations between India and Indonesia from Ramayana till the date.

أما الأهداف من هذا البحث، فلكشف المعرفة عن الأنشطة اللغوية قامت في كلية التربية والتدريس بالجامعة الإسلامية الحكومية بنجكولو. لكشف المعرفة عن الأسباب التي تثير على قلة رغبة الطلبة على هذه الأنشطة اللغوية. لكشف المعرفة عن استراتيجية في رفع رغبة الطلاب على المشاركة الأنشطة اللغوية في كلية التربية والتدريس بالجامعة الإسلامية الحكومية بنجكولو. كانت الطريقة المستخدمة في هذا البحث هي البحث الوصفية التحليلية بالمنهج الكيفي. وأسلوب جمع البيانات لهذا البحث بالملاحظة والمقابلة والوثائق. وكان نتائج من هذا البحث هي (1). الأنشطة اللغوية لمجلس تعليم العربية يحتوي: أنشطة التعلم كل يوم السبت، الأنشطة الأسبوعية العربية، الأنشطة تقديم المفردات.(2). الأسباب التي تثير على قلة رغبة الطلبة على هذه الأنشطة اللغوية لمجلس تعليم العربية يحتوي: أساليب التدريس المحاضرة والمناقشة فقط فإنه يسبب بالملل، لايوجد المنهج واضحا في مجلس اللغة العربية فيسبب الفشل في التوصل الغرض هذه الأنشطة، علاقة بين المعلم مع الطلبة قلة الإهتمام، علاقة بين الطلبة مع الطلبة كثير لا يدخل يؤثر على الطلبة الآخرين، عدم إنضباط في الوقت، لايوحد وسائل الإعلام للتعلم، وقت التعلم كثير من الطلبة الذين عادوا الى ديارهم، أحوال البناء وترتيب الغرفة كانت حرارة. (3). استراتيجية في رفع رغبة الطلبة على المشاركة للأنشطة اللغوية لمجلس تعليم العربية يحتوي على: لحل أساليب التدريس

AbstractThe existence of Nahwu's knowledge among other disciplines-Kalam Science, Fiqh, Tasawuf, Tafsir, and Hadith-is one of the traditional knowledge of Arabic (al-'um an-naqliyyah) which still has a significant contribution in Islamic studies. Ibn Khaldun in his al-Muqaddimah viewed the nahwu knowledge as an integral part that can not be separated in the progress of traditional sciences (al-'umul an-naqliyyah), because of the success and truth of the study of the origin of the sciences (al-'ulum an- naqliyyah). الغرض من هذا البحث بيان مكانة العقل وما يتصل به من ضوابط الاستدلال في ضوء القرآن والسنة النبوية الشريفة، وبالعودة إلى أقوال المفسرين والمحدثين لتوضيح المسألة أكثر. ولم يكن الهدف منه جعله موضوعا عقليا بحتا، لأن ذلك من شأن الدراسات المنطقية التي لم نشأ الخوض فيها هنا.وتبرز أهمية هذا البحث في تسليط الضوء على هذا المجال لإبراز الجوانب التي يدخل فيها استعمال العقل، والتمييز بين مستويات الحقائق التي يمكن الوقوف عليها، وكيف أن الإسلام أفسح المجال للعقل، وبين ما لا يدخل فيه، وما يجب اجتنابه من منغصات تؤدي إلى سوء استعماله.
