This research was carried out on Build Operate Transfer investment in Business cooperation model to metering system development project by examinated those criterias by technology preparedness level (TKT) evaluation method, Innovation preparedness level and political, social economic, technology, environment & legal aspects (PESTEL). This research was carried out to earned value from level of technological readiness level 8 and 9, Those innovation steady level 3 which involved several division like business development, engineering, accounting & finance, administration, human resources and health safety environtment officer. Gathered from all divisions and gave an score for TKT 8 assessment should be weight of more than 95% for accurate data criteria are ready, an assessment of TKT 9 has weight of more than 91% for technology criteria which tested in actual conditions, an assessment of Katsinov 3 has weighting of more than 94% for Manufacture Aspects, while assessment of PESTEL has a weight of more than 85% for Legal Aspect. Furthermore, these assessment results were brought up into focus group discussion by presented the Managing Director as expert judgment on final assessor of data validation, indicators, graphics and risk management planning before making decision about those Build Operate Transfer concept on investment business cooperation model to metering system of development project.

Abstract

In this global era, digital plays a very important role in life now and in the life to come. Because everyone needs digitization, pawn companies are here to provide their best services for the people in Indonesia. Their best services are making it easy to invest and being able to manage money well, Digitalization is very important in today's global era because everyone needs investment from small children to the elderly, with a pawn company that can make it easier for them to carry out activities such as pawning, purchases of precious metals and gold savings. Design and implementation of applications for monitoring gold savings transactions at PT. Pegadaian. The use of applications that underlie this research include Grafana Applications and Agile Methods. Grafana application as an open source sensor monitoring, visualization and analytical system. This method is for software development. Which consists of Requirements, Design, Develop, Test and Deploy.

Abstract

The warning for social distancing from the Government during the Covid-19 pandemic has implications for main activities, one of which is conducting financial transactions. Therefore, there is a need for information for the public and mobile banking service providers regarding the dominant factors that influence behavioral intentions and use behavior. This study aims to analyze the role of the behavioral intentions of using mobile banking by applying the Unified theory of acceptance and use of technology 2 (UTAUT2) method combined with security, trust and risk as supporting factors. The data used is the data from the questionnaire. The method used is UTAUT2 with SEM-PLS as a tool to determine the effect of each variable. The results of this study indicate that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, habit and trust have a positive effect on behavioral intentions, price values have a negative effect on behavioral intentions and social influences, hedonic motivation, risk and security have no influence on behavioral intentions. In addition, habit and behavioral intention have a positive effect on use behavior, while the facilitating conditions has no influence. Age, gender, and experience can moderate the influence of habits on use behavior and experience can moderate the effect of behavioral intention on use behavior.

Abstract

Previous research is important in a research or scientific article. Previous research or relevant research serves to strengthen the theory and phenomena of the relationship or influence between variables. This article reviews the reuse interest model through customer satisfaction during the covid-19 pandemic through the promotion of cashback and e-service quality. A Marketing Management Literature Study. The results of this research library are that: 1) cashback promotion has an effect on re-use interest; 2) e-service quality has an effect on interest in reuse; 3) customer satisfaction has an effect on interest in reuse.

Abstract

Literature review article on the influence of experience, skills and the environment on decision making is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence between variables that will be used in further research, within the scope of Human Resource Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are that: 1) Experience influences Decision Making; 2) Skill has an effect on Decision Making; and 3) Environment influences Decision Making. Apart from these 3 exogenous variables that affect the endogenous variables of Decision Making, there are still many other factors including the variables of Leadership, Motivation, Education.

Abstract

The Literature Review article on the Effect of Job Satisfaction, Employee Loyalty and Employee Commitment to Leadership Style is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence between variables which will be used in further research, within the scope of Human Resource Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from the online media Google Scholar and uses Mendeley as a reference. The results of this Literature Review article are that: 1) Job Satisfaction has an effect on Leadership Style; 2) Employee Loyalty has an effect on Leadership Style; and 3) Employee Commitment has an effect on Leadership Style. Apart from these 3 independent variables that affect endogenous variables, there are other factors including salary, work environment and work culture variables.
