Abstract

This study aims”to examine the effect of Liquidity (CR),Leverage (DER), Profitability (ROE) on Dividend Policy. The object of this study is a manufacturing company registered on the stock exchange in 2016- 2018. From 147companies that became the population, there were 107 selected samples obtained by using random sampling through the Slovin formula. Data regression analysis performed is a data panel consisting of cross-sections of data and time series processed by using Microsoft Excel and E-views. The test conducted in this study show that (1) liquidity with the current ratio has no significant effect on the dividend policy, (2) leverage with the proxy of debt to equity ratio has a significant effect on the dividend policy, (3) profitability with the proxy of return on equity ratio has no significant effect and has a negative relationship with dividend policy.

Abstract

MSME (Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises) has an important role in the business activities of an area. For this reason, it is necessary to know the general condition of MSMEs and it is also necessary to know whether entrepreneurial orientation influences MSME business performance in Pandeglang District, Pandeglang Regency. Many factors affect MSME business performance including the Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO), with specific dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation over three dimensions, namely, innovativeness, proactiveness, and risk-taking ability and how it affects the performance of MSMEs. This research is targeted to be able to identify the general condition of MSME. Entrepreneurial orientation influences MSME business performance in Pandeglang district Pandeglang regency, Banten Province. The results of the research are expected to be useful for the relevant department in assisting and fostering MSMEs as well as providing an overview for MSMEs actors in improving their business performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the determinants of innovation in the financial sector namely size, age, cooperation with external parties and Training and R & D Expenditure and its impact on financial performance. The sample used is 13 banks that have the largest market capitalization and actively innovate every year for 5 years. While the population is a bank listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used is secondary data. and using path analysis. The result of testing jointly the influence of size, age, cooperation with external parties and Training and R & D Expenditure and its impact on financial performance, through the ability of innovation, is equal to 0.364 or 36.4%. While the rest of 63.6% is the influence of other factors outside the independent variable. Testing on the basis of the variables of cooperation with external parties have a significant effect on performance through the ability of innovation. Abstract

This study discusses the recommendations for the construction of the Fintech Implementation Behavior Model for Fishermen SMEs in Carita, Purwakarta. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews with two informants: Chairman of the fishermen association and Mr. Amin fisherman / businessman / collectors with snowball sampling technique. The results showed there are three categories that influence the behavior of financial inclusion in the application of fintech to fishermen in Carita, Purwakarta, namely initial capital, access to financial institutions and financial management behavior. The construction of financial inclusion behavior models in the application of fintech in the Cirata Reservoir is socialization to carry out the behavior of fintech application or on attitudes - that is, consideration of the results of carrying out such behavior as well as socialization to influence behavioral intentions. Then, assistance to direct the mind set that is currently owned, becomes a new perception. In this case, subjective norms or the belief of many people to be involved in the behavior of applying fintech, becomes a strong self-confidence. Also approach or equality of perception of community leaders, with the aim of influencing the behavior codes of community groups, because social norms are considered as normative or standard provisions in one group, in this study the fishermen in Carita, Purwakarta. Abstract

The purpose of study is to determine the health of the company by comparing which companies are more attractive to invest. This study uses 2 samples of food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2018. The data analysis technique used is a fundamental analysis consisting of five ratios namely; liquidity ratios, solvency, activity, profitability, market value, and sensitivity analysis. The results showed in 2014 to 2018 that the highest liquidity ratio was PT Mayora Indah Tbk. The best solvency ratio is PT Siantar Top Tbk. The highest activity ratio is PT Siantar Top Tbk. The highest profitability ratio is PT Mayora Indah Tbk. The highest market value ratio is PT Siantar Top Tbk. And a sensitivity analysis of Net Present Value (NPV) proves that these two companies are worth investing. As a result, PT Siantar Top is more attractive to invest because is more efficient, healthy and has a low market value with high company value.
