Abstract

Banyaknya sampah botol yang ditinggalkan oleh ibu-ibu pengajian merupakan masalah untuk kebersihan lingkungan disekitar majelis taklim Assolihin belum dapat diatasi.  Dengan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, mencoba mencari solusi bahwa sampah botol tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi bahan yang bernilai ekonomis. Metode kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode ceramah, demontrasi langsung dipraktekkan oleh peserta, serta tanya jawab. Pelatihan ini melibatkan dosen Fakultas Ekonomi dan bisnis , mahasiswa FEB yang bermitra dengan Rumah Yatim Asholihin yang terletak di RT.02 RW 02 Desa  Pasir Jambu Kec. Sukaraja Kab. Bogor yang berisi anak usia SD, SMP dan SMA  Target luaran program pengabdian ini adalah (1) masyarakat mulai mengetahui bahwa barang bekas bisa didaur ulang, (2) masyarakat memiliki pengetahuan dan kemampuan tentang teknik pengolahan sampah jenis botol bekas minuman menjadi barang yang memiliki nilai ekonomis, dan (3) terciptanya peran serta masyarakat secara aktif dalam memecahkan masalah sampah dengan memilah sampah an organik yang  masih bisa mempunyai nilai ekonomis.  Pelatihan membuat barang fungsional dari bahan botol plastik cukup berhasil sesuai dengan harapan, terlihat dari jumlah yang dihasilkan 80% produk dalam kategori baik, sehingga menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha anak yatim dengan cara mengembangkan kreativitas dalam mengolah sampah an organik lainnya untuk dapat dijadikan barang yang bernilai ekonomis dan dapat dijual. Hasil penyebaran kuesioner sebagai evaluasi akhir terlihat ada dampak dari pemberian materi tentang pengetahuan berbentuk keterampilan, terbukti semua anak yatim dibawah asuhan majelis taklim Assolihin  mengetahui dan menyadari Program 4 R-P yaitu reduce (mengurangi) reuse (menggunakan kembali), recycle (mendaur ulang), replace (mengganti ) dan participation (pelibatan masyarakat) sangat memberikan wawasan mereka dalam mengolah sampah organik maupun an organik. Sehingga dapat mengatasi timbunan sampah dari botol plastik yang ditinggalkan/dibuang peserta pengajian menjadi barang fungsional yang bernilai ekonomis, terbukti 86% menyatakan  lebih percaya diri sebenarnya mereka mempunyai kemampuan untuk mengatasi sampah yang mengotori lingkungan di sekitar majelis taklim Assolihin.

Abstract

Dalam pencapaian tujuan perusahaan, sumber daya manusia mempunyai peran yang sangat penting. Organisasi akan tetap eksis bila didukung oleh karyawan yang loyal dan berkomitmen tinggi kepada organisasi, yang ditunjukan dalam sikap dan perilaku karyawan ditempat kerja. Perilaku positif karyawan atau anggota organisasi mampu mendukung kinerja individu dan kinerja organisasi untuk perkembangan organisasi yang lebih baik. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) adalah perilaku sukarela pegawai yang tidak secara langsung berkaitan dengan pengimbalan, namun berkontribusi pada keefektifan organisasi. OCB sangat penting untuk sebuah organisasi yang efektif karena meliputi perilaku yang tidak secara langsung berhubungan dengan tugas kinerja tetapi penting untuk keseluruhan kinerja organisasi. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) sangatlah penting artinya untuk menunjang keefektifan fungsi-fungsi organisasi terutama dalam jangka panjang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana OCB pegawai UPN”Veteran” Jakarta saat ini untuk menuju organisasi yang lebih baik. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang merupakan teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara memberi seperangkat pertanyaan atau pernyataan tertulis kepada responden untuk dijawab. Skala Likert digunakan untuk mengukur kuesioner yang berupa pernyataan, pendapat, dan persepsi seseorang tentang ketaatan/kepatuhan, loyalitas, dan partisipasi pegawai untuk perkembangan organisasi yang lebih baik. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan rataan skor untuk mengukur OCB pegawai dari ketaatan, loyalitas dan partisipasi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa dari ketiga indikator yang dipakai dalam penilaian tersebut mempunyai rataan skor cukup baik. Dari ketiga nilai indikator terlihat yang paling kecil adalah nilai dari indikator partisipasi yaitu 3,39. Kurangnya nilai OCB dari indikator partisipasi ini dapat menjadi informasi mengenai derajat OCB yang dimiliki oleh karyawan UPN”Veteran” Jakarta, sehingga institusi bisa merancang kegiatan pelatihan atau workshop yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan karyawan agar karyawan dapat menunjukan perilaku kerja yang melebihi standard.

Abstract

In this research there is a quantitative descriptive methods were used with respondents, namely consumers of Sunyi House of Coffee and Hope. This coffee shop has employees with disabilities. In this research aims to determine the condition of consumer satisfaction Sunyi House of Coffee and Hope is influenced by the service quality, location and facilities. The population in this study are customers of Sunyi House of Coffee and Hope. Samples taken as many as 100 respondents by random sampling method. Data collection was done through the distribution of questionnaires with descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of the study stated that 1). Has led to customer satisfaction Sunyi House of Coffee and Hope, 2). Service quality has been done well, 3). The location offered received very high attention, 4). Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine whether there is an influence of career development and work environment on the desire of millennial generation employees who live in RW 10, Pancoran Mas District, Depok Village, Depok City to leave the company where they are currently working. This study used 75 respondents from 108 residents aged 21-40 who lives in RW 10, Pancoran Mas District, Depok City. The hypothesis in this study is to determine the effect partially and simultaneously so that the test uses the T test and F test with the help of the SPSS version 25 statistical program. The results of the test are (1) There is a negative and significant effect of giving career development for millennial generation RW 10 employees on the desire to leaving the company, (2) there is a positive and significant influence on the work environment of RW 10 millennial employees on the desire to leave the company, (3) there is a significant influence on career development and the work environment affecting the desire of millennial generation employees to leave the company. Abstract

Human resources (HR) is one of the most important factors that cannot be separated from an organization, both an institution and a company. HR is also a key that determines the development of the company. Errors in the selection of human resources will adversely affect the achievement of organizational goals. Human resources must be empowered with the management and development or also called human resource management. This study aims to gather information regarding HR at MSMEs in Pandeglang Regency and how these characteristics can influence the development of the business being run. From the results of the mapping of HR characteristics, it is expected to be of use to the relevant department, by obtaining information on the potential of MSME in Pandeglang Regency by identifying and field surveys. Looking at the potential of Small Medium Enterprise (SME), a coaching program can be formulated so that an independent SME will be formed that can be developed to raise local excellence. For SME, it is an opportunity to develop their business through assistance and guidance in accordance with management needs. This mapping uses a survey method that is digging data through the distribution of questionnaires including data on HR characteristics and knowledge, skills and attitudes in managing a business. From the results of the study, it can be seen the average score of the three indicators, that is knowledge of 2.95, skills of 2.97 and attitudes of 3.05. This means that in managing a running business is good enough.

Abstract

MSME (Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises) has an important role in the business activities of an area. For this reason, it is necessary to know the general condition of MSMEs and it is also necessary to know whether entrepreneurial orientation influences MSME business performance in Pandeglang District, Pandeglang Regency. Many factors affect MSME business performance including the Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO), with specific dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation over three dimensions, namely, innovativeness, proactiveness, and risk-taking ability and how it affects the performance of MSMEs. This research is targeted to be able to identify the general condition of MSME. Entrepreneurial orientation influences MSME business performance in Pandeglang district Pandeglang regency, Banten Province. The results of the research are expected to be useful for the relevant department in assisting and fostering MSMEs as well as providing an overview for MSMEs actors in improving their business performance.

Abstract

Online learning is a substitute for face-to-face learning, because during the COVID-19 pandemic learning cannot be done face-to-face. Many teachers have difficulty, how to deliver online learning via an android phone or laptop. There are still many teachers who are ignorant and passive, always asking to be understood of all their shortcomings, find it difficult to divide their time and sometimes do not want to learn and do not want to adapt to the times. If the quality of some teachers is like that, when entering the 21st century can they still realize superior Indonesian human resources? This community service activity method uses the lecture method, provides examples through discussion, and questions and answers. The lecture method is used to convey general knowledge about the challenges of teachers in the 21st century. Questions and answers are used to complete things that have not been accommodated by the two methods above. This counseling involves lecturers from the Faculty of Economics and Business, in partnership with the District Education Office. Bogor which involves junior high school teachers. This program aims to (1) increase teacher knowledge and insight about the competencies that teachers must have in the industrial era 4.O and society 5.O, and (2) provide knowledge of what attitude choices teachers should have in facing the 21st century. Target The outputs of this service program are (1) Teachers as the frontline in preparing superior human resources, are always required to be consciously prepared to be willing to improve their competence, innovation, and creativity in learning. (2) Teachers must change their way of thinking, from thinking from routine work to lateral and constructive thinking for the sake of their students.

Abstract

This company aims to help Indigenous UMKM in Bogor Regencyto increase their business management capacity by Going Digital to adjustcurrent technological developments. The service team conducts coaching(training and mentoring) to UMKM actors digitally. The materials weprovide are materials related to marketing management (productrebranding, digital marketing), Blue Ocean Strategy, Canvas Strategy, andfinancial management (financial techonology). Activities in a whole mannerincrease the knowledge and skills of UMKM HUMAN RESOURCES inrunning business in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This service activity is motivated by many problems that occur in housewives, especially housewives who do not work and young mothers who just had a child. Often, many of them felt bored and complain that their task is never end. As a result, housewives experience stress to depression. This has a negative impact on the mother's physical and mental health and can be affect to their relationships with spouses and childcare. Therefore, this activity aims to educate housewives about the importance of managing stress from an early age. The target of this service is housewives, parents of students at MI Raudhatul Athfal, Limo District, Depok. Several methods were used in this activity, including lecture, evaluation and question and answer, and counseling methods. In general, the enthusiasm of the participants was seen in this activity.

Abstract

The problem in this community service activity is the lack of knowledge from the people of Banjarasri Village about the arrangements that can protect MSME actors. The purpose of this community service is to provide understanding to MSMEs in Banjarasri Village. This community service activity was carried out in the form of a webinar through a zoom meeting with MSME actors in Banjarasri Village. Submission of material with lecture methods and interactive question and answer. The presentation of the material is divided into two sessions, the first is about legal protection for MSMEs and the second is about the perspective of the Kulon Progo Regency Office of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives. During the activity, participants were able to follow well, deliver material by speakers who were easily accessible, and participants actively asked questions to resource persons.
