Abstract

Prosedur analisis gempa menurut SNI 1726-2012 diklasifikasi menjadi Analisa statik (Analisa gaya lateral ekivalen) dan analisis dinamik (analisa spektrum respon ragam dan prosedur riwayat respon seismik). Pedoman perencanaan gempa SNI 1726-2012 mengacu secara normatif kepada ASCE 7-10 yang juga digunakan sebagai salah satu code untuk analisis gempa pada software aplikasi Robot Structural Analysis Professional (RSAP) 2019. Hasil analisis gaya lateral ekivalen gempa secara manual menunjukkan nilai yang sama dengan output RSAP 2019. Dengan demikian aplikasi tersebut dapat digunakan untuk mempercepat proses analisis gaya lateral gempa ekivalen. Selain itu dengan menggunakan aplikasi tersebut maka hasil analisis gaya lateral ekivalen yang diperoleh sesuai dengan SNI 1726-2012. Kata Kunci: analisis beban statik ekivalen, RSAP 2019

Abstract

     Jalan memiliki peranan penting dalam mendukung distribusi barang dan jasa, sebagai sarana penghubung antara daerah yang satu dengan daerah yang lain. Jalan yang baik, aman dan nyaman akan terpenuhi jika jalan direncanakan berdasarkan persyaratan teknis geometrik jalan raya. Jika terdapat kesalahan dalam perencanaan dan persyaratan teknis geometric, maka sisi keamanan dan kenyamanan jalan tidak akan didapatkan. Hal ini yang ditemui pada ruas jalan Dadaprejo Kota Batu, jalan yang berupa tanjakan sekaligus tikungan, membuat para pengendara terganggu, sehingga tidak jarang di ruas jalan tersebut terjadi kecelakaan. Berdasarkan dari hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan data eksisiting, diperoleh bahwa pada tikungan pada ruas jalan Dadaprejo Kab. Malang memenuhi persyaratan untuk diterapkan desain alinyemen horizontal tipe Spiral-Circle-Spiral (SCS) dengan melakukan perubahan/penyesuaian terhadap radius lengkung yaitu R minimum sebesar 182,082 m dengan R Rencana sebesar 200 m, dari besaran radius lengkung semula yang hanya sebesar 155,5 meter. Dilakukan adanya penambahan lebar pada daerah tikungan sehingga dapat meningkatkan tingkat pelayanan dan  kenyamanan pada jalan tersebut. diperlukan penambahan lebar tikungan sebesar 1,880 m. Dengan menerapkan kecepatan kendaraan sebesar 60 km/jam, dengan data nilai gradient eksisiting sebesar g1 = 0.736 % dan g2 = 0.491%, maka diperoleh nilai LV (Panjang Lengkung Vertikal) berdasarkan tingkat keluwesan sebesar 36 meter. Kata Kunci: jalan, geometrik, alinyemen horizontal, alinyemen vertikal

Abstract

7.8-km Penyinggahan - Muara Pahu Connecting Road Kutai Barat experienced delays. The purpose of this thesis is to anticipate the delays by making an alternative project planning consisting of a site layout, a cost estimate, an implementation method, a schedule, quality management, and safety, health and environment  (SHE) planning.The required data were of the existing site layout of the project, shop drawings, cost and estimate, work and material unit price of Kutai Barat 2016. MS Project 2007 was applied for scheduling, Autocad 2007 for drawing the site layout, MS Excel for estimating.The planning results in (1) an efficient site layout including a direction kit 3.5km from project location; (2) an implementation method by forwarding critical works like mobilization;(3) 240 calendar days; (4) at Rp._48,257,108,000.00 (5) a quality management system by inspection and testing each stage of work; (6) planning SHE referring to the aspects of SHE and identifying the risks referring to Risk Assessment Matrix (RAM) for each work . Keywords: site layout, implementation method, cost estimate, scheduling, quality  management,  SHE

Abstract

The 930m2 dock was built to facilitate Watusampu Harbour with easy loading and unloading to the existing harbour. The purpose of the thesis is to compare two alternative construction methods and determine the more effective and efficient technical implementation, cost, and time aspects. The first alternative used a pontoon and the second used a steel construction bridge supporting the construction works to be.The required data were of shop drawings and work unit price of Palu 2016 to plan the construction method, project cost estimate, and schedule of the project. Besides, structural drawings, loading, wind speed, wave of height, sea water speed, and bathymetry map were required to design the bridge structure. In terms of technical implementation the first alternative construction method is more difficult to implement and has a high risk level to cause project financial loss. The review results in 8 months 13 days or 256 workdays using pontoon; effective workdays started from 1 October 2014 to 13 June 2015 at IDR63,204,967,037.71 overall cost; 6 months 21 days or 203 workdays using temporary steel bridge; effectively started on 1 October 2014 to 21 April 2015 at IDR72,979,687,667.90  overall cost.    Keywords: construction method is more effective and efficient, pontoon, steel construction bridge

Abstract

PT. X will built a 3,000-m2 ready mix plant able to demand of X-Y highway contruction project. The built was planned in 3 alternative site: in Gempol—72.6km from the project site, in Purwosari—44.6km from project site, and in Singosari—53km from project site . The purpose of this study is: 1) to determine investment feasibility by technical aspect of each alternative site; 2) to determine investment feasibility by financial aspect based on feasibility parameters; 3) to determine the level of sensitivity of financial feasibilty by seeing the increase of materials and operational costs, the decrease of selling price and product demand.Technical feasibility was analyzed based on the result of questionnaires by calculating the percentage of each variable such as materials; man power; equipment; transportation; provision of water, electricity, and telephone line; and circumstances of social, environtment, community. The percantage of variable was of influential factor to choose the site by ranking method. Financial feasibility resulted from the cost of each site was analyzed based on feasibility parameter of Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PP). The last analysis was the sensitivity one to determine the level of sensitivity by seeing the increase of materials and operational costs, the decrease of selling price and product demand.The result of investment feasibility by technical aspect is feasible in Purwosari, Pasuruan District with a close range of raw materials; adequate availability of man power; adequate equipment; adequate transportation facilities; provision of water, electricity, and telephone lines; supporting from social, environtment, and community. The investment feasibility is financially feasible at NPV = IDR7,075,213,700; BCR = 1.047; IRR = 64.875%, and PP = 1,13 year. The result of sensitivity analysis shows that the PT. X is still able to adjust the 1%-8% tollerable increasing materials cost, 1%-7% increasing operational cost, 1%-6% decreasing selling price, and 1%-6% decreasing product demand. Keywords: BCR, feasibility, investment, IRR, NPV, PP, ready mix plant, sensitivity.

Abstract

Soil is the key of the road foundations. Soil of high CBR value will have good bearing capacity for road construction. Conversely, soil stabilization must be carried out to the subgrade that has bad bearing capacity. The goals of this analysis are to find out the soil characteristict of before stabilization, CBR values of before and after stabilization, the optimum cement use and salt (NaCl) use as stabilizers.The results of soil poperties test in Silt High Plasticity (MH) based on Unified Soil Classification System (USCS) and A-7-5 based on American Association of State Highway and Transportation Official (AASHTO). The result of CBR without stabilization is 3.64% for standard soaked and 5.13%  for modified soaked. The maximum results of stabilized testing with cement showed 9.802 % CBR; 69.298% CBR of each sample respectively standard and modified soaked test; of salt showed 3.93% CBR; 5.33% CBR of standard and modified soaked test of each sample respectively.   Keywords: CBR, cement, NaCl, soil stabilization

Abstract

The use of steel smelting waste industry is used to reduce the waste overflow at the site. The waste steel smelting industry called blast furnace slag (BFS) used as a substitution for cement in a concrete mixture in a Laboratory Material Test, Civil Engineering State Polytechnic of Malang. The purpose of this analysis is to: 1) Test the workability of normal concrete and concrete with BFS; 2) Find out compressive strength of each concrete; 3) Compare the price to both concrete in the construction of building.The required data were of gradation of aggregate, water content of aggregate, density of aggregate, absorption of aggregate, bulk density of aggregate, fineness of cement, normal consistency of cement, cement setting time, compressive strength of mortar cement, and the price of building materials Surabaya 2016. SNI 03-2834-2000 method was applied with variations BFS substitute of cement are 0%, 10%, 15%, 20%, and 30% BFS and the planned compressive strength obtained at 28 days of 300 kg/cm2.The analyses result in 1) The workability of each concrete: 5.75cm of normal concrete (0%), 3.45cm, 3.15cm, 3.1cm, and 3.05cm respectively with BFS concrete; 2) The compressive strength of each concrete at 28 days: 235.56kg/cm2 of normal concrete, 105.33kg/cm2, 138.96kg/cm2, 127.26kg/cm2, and 94.52kg/cm2respectively with BFS concrete; The use of BFS cannot be applied to the concrete mixture, because of low compressive strength; 3) For the price of concrete materials per m3 are IDR 999.472,05 of normal concrete, IDR 996.926,78 for 10% with BFS, IDR 995.654,93 for 15% with BFS, IDR 994.381,50 for 20% with BFS, and IDR 991.837,80 for 30% with BFS. Keywords: BFS, workability, compressive strength

Abstract

Neraca air merupakan suatu analisis untuk mengetahui air yang tersedia berlebih atau kurang, yang dilakukan untuk proyeksi kebutuhan di masa yang akan datang. Pada penelitian ini, analisis neraca air dilakukan di Kecamatan Kraksaan untuk proyeksi kebutuhan tahun 2036. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa besarnya debit tersedia adalah sebesar 0,75 m3/dt, sedangkan untuk kebutuhan air sebesar 4,56 m3/dt. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2036, Kecamatan Kraksaan mengalami kekurangan air.Pengguna air terbesar bersal dari sektor pertanian. Untuk mengurangi defisit air yang terjadi, maka diperlukan upaya untuk pengaturan pola tata tanam dan pengaturan pola pemberian air dengan cara dirotasi untuk mengurangi kebutuhan air di sektor pertanian.            Kata Kunci: kebutuhan air, ketersediaan air, neraca air

Abstract

One disadvantages of Sorong Port is not able to accommodate the incoming vessels, as the container port has been united with the passenger port. Therefore, the northern coast is to be reclaimed to provide more port area. To make this 50,000-m² reclamation project run smoothly, the use of heavy equipment must be appropriate in terms of type, size, quantity, and site situation. The purpose of thesis is to find out the type of heavy equipment needed, the number of equipment needs, and the cost of heavy equipment. The required secondary data of Sorong shop drawings, work specifications, material and work unit price of Sorong 2016 and heavy equipment specifications. The planning comprised embankment and reclamation works.The planning results of heavy equipment comprising 1 units of excavator on 39 work weeks, 1 units of excavator long boom on 5 work weeks, 70 units of dump truck on 39 work weeks, 1 units of motor grader on 13 work weeks, 1 units of wheel loader on 10 work weeks, and 1 units of vibrator roller on 11 work weeks; at a total cost of IDR 56,343,100,000.00 Keywords: reclamation, productivity, heavy equipment

Abstract

1.2 ha The City Inside is a housing construction project. This thesis is financial feasibility study to find out the house and the profit of the project through cash flows, Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Profitability Index (IP), and Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) of types 47 and 65. Besides, the technical feasibility study discusses about the construction and implementation schedule of the project.The required data were of site plan, technical drawings, analysis of work unit price of Malang 2017. The financial feasibility results in IDR164.299.587,00 of type 47 and price of type 65; IDR339.734.500,00  operational cost; IDR188.830.077 for type 47 and IDR226.296.554,00 for type 65,  public facility; IDR94.591.130,00  cash inflow; IDR64.031.357.341,04  cash out flow; IDR46.492.361.358,33  NPV value meaning feasible to run ;interest IRR of 13.87% >12% meaning feasible and the 1.398 BCR meaning feasible;  feasible in 5.3 years PP.
