International Journal of Informatics and Computation (IJICOM) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal, which publishes original theoretical and empirical work on the science of informatics and its application in multiple fields. Our concept of Informatics includes technologies of information and communication as well as the social, linguistic and cultural changes that initiate, accompany and complicate their development. IJICOM aims to be an international platform to exchange novel research results in simulation-based science across all scientific disciplines. It publishes advanced innovative, interdisciplinary research where complex multi-scale, multi-domain problems in science and engineering are solved, integrating sophisticated numerical methods, computation, data, networks, and novel devices. Scope of this journal including IoT, 5G, Artificial Intelligence, sensor networks, and high-resolution imaging techniques. This new discipline in science combines computational thinking, modern computational methods, devices and collateral technologies to address problems far beyond the scope of traditional numerical methods

Abstract

Security threats and shows abnormality about security, safety, privacy and trust as network security-related data, in short, security-related data. Apparently, the first step to detect network attacks and intrusions is to collect the security-related data. In this paper, we will present a lot of approaches to solving Networks and Information Security issues. We survey network security in LTE technologies, Vehicular Ad-Hoc Network, and security in Wireless Sensor Network. Internet of Things. In this paper, we describe many methods in Information Security. Is consist of Information Security in Big Data and Cloud Computing.

Abstract

Currently, Instagram is the most favorite social media platform in Indonesia and Instagram is already ranked as the 7th largest social media worldwide with the number of users around 800 million in January 2018 (Wearesocial.net, 2018). The main purpose of Instagram is to channel users? visual ideas in the form of photos, digital arts, and videos. Besides, Instagram can also be a promotion tool for art. Here, users can find accounts with out-of-the-box contents, which tend to be disgusting or weird. One of the examples is @extraweg which produces 3D Animation videos. The content creator uploads digital arts which successfully attract Instagram users? attention, resulted in both positive or negative reactions. Therefore, this research aims to study users? reactions to some of the most viewed videos uploaded by @extraweg content creators. The result shows that there are pros and cons from the users. Pro comments on @extraweg?s account show that people love and satisfy with its 3D animation artworks. On the other hand, there are people who feel uncomfortable with the videos.

Abstract

Cooperatives are legal entities based on the principle of kinship, which consists of all members of natural or legal persons for the welfare of their members. Where most people want to open a business, it has to have a lot of capital to keep the business from running or growing. Kabanjahe The majority of the population opens a shop to meet their daily needs. The existence of a savings and loan unit can help people in the Kabanjahe region to open a business to improve the economy of people in Kabanjahe. Therefore, we need a system that is very helpful in the cooperative's transaction process. The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application can support the notification process and simplify the cooperative payment process. This research can help cooperatives and cooperative members to conduct transactions and help members with notification of the funds spent and the date of the last payment of the paper.

Abstract

The Sonobudoyo State Museum is one of the state museums in Yogyakarta where stores historical objects like the Javanese script. This Javanese script presents in street names, especially in the city of Yogyakarta to represent local content for elementary, middle, and high schools. To read and understand Javanese script, people must learn it within a specified period, whereas with Latin letters are easier and faster to understand. The purpose of this paper is to design and build a Javanese script classification dataset to attract both adults, children, and parents as effective learning media. We construct the dataset by using Deep Learning with the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). Stages of making a dataset are input data, the process of building models, and training can then recognize Javanese script images. We collect the dataset from the internet and several different people to train computer machines. In this paper, we construct the Javanese script classification dataset to help users to detect Javanese characters. The results of this training the application of Javanese script classification can produce a certain level of recognition of Javanese script patterns in a real application.

Abstract

Occupancy status is one indicator of the rehabilitation and reconstruction program to support eruption victims in Indonesia. It needs to establish the rehabilitation and reconstruction in digital system with structured database. In this paper, we provide dataset 2,146 occupied and 370 unoccupied houses. We utilize a naive Bayes classifier to classify the objects and implement a chi-square algorithm to measure comparison data to actual observed data. This research uses a combination of Naive Bayes and Chi-Square by applying weighting to the dataset attributes. Our study conclude that the combination of the algorithms can achieve a promosing result in classifying the occupancy houses status. The combination of the proposed technique gain 89.59% accuracy and ROC-AUC value 0.839. Therefore, our approach is better than the standard Naive Bayes without combination with the Chi-Square approach
