Abstract

East Java has a great position to become one of a province with a predominance of the economic studies which has an allotment of a region with affects culture. Known as the Mataraman based on a culture that is inherited. Derived from the influence of ancient culture Mataram which centered on central java and D.I Yogyakarta. The effect of great culture on Mataraman region is viewed as one characteristic that has the ability on economic activities, with the result that causes differences in economic growth’s indicators as reflection of economic’s prosperity. This study looks at the factor which provide economic growth is based on Mataraman characteristic by Government Expenditure, Gross Domestic Regional Product, Mataraman, Original Local Government Revenue and analyzed using regression and Geographically Weighted Regression to get best model economic growth in Mataraman, East Java. The conclusion of the study is every object has different factor to influence economic growth

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the role of ISR disclosure as a moderator of the relationship between profitability and leverage on firm value in companies listed in JII for the 2014-2018 period. This research uses quantitative research using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). This study uses secondary data in the form of panel data on companies registered in JII for the 2014-2018 period. The populations in this study are all companies registered in JII during the 2014-2018 period. The sampling method is carried out by purposive sampling by using several criteria to obtain 15 companies used as research samples. The results of this study indicate that profitability and leverage affect the value of the company. The results of the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) analysis show that disclosure of the ISR is able to moderate the relationship between profitability and firm value but towards the negative. However, ISR disclosure is not able to moderate the relationship between leverage and firm value.

Abstract

Basically, there are many things can affect Customer Satisfaction, one of which is the application of business ethics. In Islam, buying and selling transactions are something permissible as long as the conditions in accordance with Islamic Shari'a can be fulfilled. Islamic Business Ethics guarantees business people, both of business people, business partners, and consumers will benefit from each other in a particular business transaction. This study aims to analyze the influence between the variables of Islamic Business Ethics on the Customer Satisfaction variable, and (2) the influence of the Customer Satisfaction variable towards the Word of Mouth variable. The sample of this study is 200 respondents. The data analysis technique used Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the Islamic Business Ethics Variable consisting of Free Will and Benevolence has a positive influence on Customer Satisfaction and the Customer Satisfaction variable has a positive influence on Word of Mouth. While the Unity, Equilibrium, and Responsibility variables do not affect Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

The aims of this research, first for develop information systems and e-commerce technology as a entrepreneurial study. Second, test try information system and e-commerce technology as entrepreneurial. And the last, knowing intention student after using information systems and e-commerce technology as entrepreneurial study. This study uses research and development method. The population of the study is lecture entrepreneurship and students. The data analysis technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The sampling of this study used was the quota. To meet the assumptions of sample adequacy in SEM analysis, the sample size in this study is 125 respondens. The quantitative data collection techniques used is questionnaire with Likert scale and qualitative guide. The findings of the research, it can be concluded that the variable system quality effect the use learning technology. Tools made successfully make students interest to conduct online business about the work that has been made

Abstract

Endogenous money is a major component of the Post Keynesian economy. This refers to the theory that the existence of money in an economy is driven by real economic upheaval. In this study examines the effect of macroeconomic variables on the amount of money in circulation in Indonesia during the period of global economic recession in 2008 and 2016. The analytical tool used was the Vector Autoregression (VAR) in the period January 2006 - July 2016. From the results of the study, that the variable Amount Money Supply, BI Rate, Exchange Rates, Government Revenues and Inflation have a long-term cointegration relationship. VAR estimation results in the short run show that M2 and BI Rate have a positive effect on M2 movement, Government Revenues and Inflation have a negative effect on M2.

Abstract

Research use the panel data regression analysis model aims to determine the predictions of bankruptcy with the Altman Z-Score model and residual income influence the stock prices of companies listed in the Indonesian Syariah Stock Index (ISSI) in the period 2014 to 2018. Research This is a quantitative study using secondary data in the form of annual financial statements published by companies, with sampling using purposive sampling to obtain a sample of 23 manufacturing companies engaged in various industrial sectors. The research method uses the fixed effect model approach. The analysis said that the bankruptcy prediction using the Altman Z-Score model showed a significant negative effect on stock prices, while residual income had no effect on stock prices. In addition, the Altman Z-Score shows that many companies enter the gray area cut-off point and even go bankrupt, thus making shareholders reduce their share prices for the safety of their shares in the capital market.

Abstract

This research was a quantitative research that aimed to find out how the influence of promotion and Islamic business ethics on consumer loyalty in Kampung Banyumili Resto Salatiga. The analysis of the research was use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).The results showed that promotion did not directly affect consumer loyalty, but it had a significant influence on buying interest. The buying interest had a significant influence on purchasing decision and it had a significant influence on fulfilling expectation. While the fulfilling expectation significantly effected on satisfaction and on customer loyalty, whereas Islamic business ethics had a significant effect on consumer loyalty. This study concluded that promotion did not directly affect consumer loyalty but passed buying interest, purchasing decision, fulfilling expectation, satisfaction and new customer loyalty.
