Abstract

The use of water as a contrast medium requires large amounts of water to fill the lumen of the Urinary Tractus and more water is reabsorbed by the body than is secreted into urine. Steeping Black tea contains Caffeine which is able to increase blood flow in the kidneys thus inhibiting the process of absorption of Na, Ca and Mg causing stimulation of the kidneys to increase the amount of urine production. The purpose of this study is to prove that drinking black tea can increase urine production as a negative contrast medium to see differences in the distension and density of the Urinary Tract on CT Urography examination. This type of research uses True Experimental with Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design research design. Patients selected by Simple Random Sampling. Analysis: Paired t test and Independent t test. The results of the study of the use of 600 ml steeping Black Tea as a negative contrast medium on CT Urography examination did not show the difference in mean difference between the left renal Pelvis p value 0.956, Left UVJ 0.640, Right UVJ 0.935 while on the right renal Pelvis p value 0.001 showed differences in mean difference between the left renal Pelvis p value 0.956, Left UVJ 0.640, Right UVJ 0.935 while on the right renal Pelvis p value 0.001 intervention and control group. Hasil pengukuran p value  densitas Vesika urinaria sebesar 0,678. Conclusion: Black tea can be used as a negative contrast medium on CT Urographic examination but when compared with mineral water it does not show a significant difference.

The research method used is quantitative research with quasy experimental research design. The approach method uses a pre and post control group design research study. Data analysis using statistical test dependent t-test The sampling technique in the form of consecutive sampling in post operative appendectomy patients with a sample of 16 respondents. The instruments used were pain level questionnaire and early mobilization observation sheet. The results of the study are p value of 0.001 with a significance value of 0.05. So, p value 0.05. There is an influence of early mobilization on changes in pain levels of post operative appendectomy patients in the Operating Room of RSUD dr. Abdul Azis Singkawang. Abstract

ABSTRACT Background: Exclusive breastfeeding is a concrete effort to obtain a good growth and development for a baby, because breast milk contains all the essential nutrients needed for baby's growth and contains antibodies (colostrum) for the baby's immune system. Based on data sourced from the Directorate General, data obtained for coverage of breastfeeding  in 2015 in Indonesia amounted to 55.7%. Data from the health profile of Kota Tangerang in 2015 amounted to 67.36%, still not reaching the target of 80%. Research Purposes: Analyzing factors that related to the success of exclusive breastfeeding in an infants aged 7 - 12 months in Cipondoh Health Center, Tangerang City. Research Methods: This research uses descriptive quantitative method with cross sectional approach.  Hypothesis testing used chi-square, odds ratio (OR) and multivariate logistic regression analysis. Subjects of all breastfeeding mothers with infants aged 7-12 months who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the sample size was 90 respondents with an accidental sampling technique. Result:  Analysis of factors that have a statistically significant relationship with the success of exclusive breastfeeding is mother’s knowledge (p =0.016; OR=17,172; 95%CI; 1,704-173,000). Meanwhile, the relationship between factors of initiation of early breastfeeding, age, education, employment, parity, husband's support, health personnel support and the attitude of mothers with the success of exclusive breastfeeding is not statistically significant. Conclusions and Suggestions: Promotive efforts need to be done on mothers before pregnancy and families about the importance of breast milk. The targets of counseling are health workers, health cadres and the community.
