Abstract

Dalam suatu organisasi atau perusahaan, kepemimpinan merupakan faktor penting dalam memberikan pengarahan kepada karyawan salah satunya kepemimpinan transformasional. Gaya kepemimpinan dapat memengaruhi kinerja karyawan sehingga setiap karyawan memiliki motivasi yang baik yang akan berdampak pada tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan apakah motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan seberapa besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian prediktif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan sinpel random sampling. Uji kualitas instrumen yang digunakan adalah uji reliabilitas dan validitas, sedangkan uji analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji analisis regresi dan korelasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Keterbatasan dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini tidak dapat menjawab semua yang mempengaruhi motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan pertimbangan bagi badan usaha dan instansi pemerintah untuk menetapkan sistem penilaian kinerja bagi anggota organisasinya

Abstract

Pada saat ini pendidikan adalah suatu hal yang sangat penting dalam menunjang kehidupan manusia. Di dalam sebuah Negara, peranan pendidikan sangat penting untuk menjamin kelangsungan hidup manusia dalam kehidupan bernegara dan berbangsa, oleh karena itu, melalui pendidikan diharapkan terjadinya peningkatan dan pengembangan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM).Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh knowledge sharing dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru pada MTs Ma’arif Langut.Analisis data yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif dan asosiatif. populasi dan sample dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru MTs Ma’arif Langut sebanyak 36 guru dengan teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan total sampling.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada variabel Knowledge Sharing mempunyai hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru,pada Gaya Kepemimpinan mempunyai hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru. Secara Simultan Knowledge Sharing dan Gaya Kepemimpinan, memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru. Pada penelitian ini memiliki pengaruh sebesar 92,1% sedangkan sisanya 7,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak di analisis dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Knowledge Sharing, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kinerja Guru

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic encourages people to make lifestyle changes, including the food they eat. Due to the limited interaction, people will prefer to buy food that is easy to cook, durable, and nutritious. Frozen food or frozen food is the only right solution. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of content marketing on brand experience through customer retention as an intervening variable for consumers of frozen food products on Instagram. The type of research used is associative. This study uses a purposive sampling technique and 100 respondents who are consumers who have followed and given likes to Cedea product posts. The results of this study indicate that content marketing has a significant effect on brand experience, content marketing has a significant effect on customer retention, customer retention has a significant effect on brand experience, and content marketing indirectly has a significant effect on brand experience through customer retention.

Abstract

ABSTRACT - Less cash society is a term used by Bank Indonesia in relation to a non-cash society, where groups of people are used to using non-cash payment instruments, especially in economic activities. Cash payments which were the main means of transaction have now been shifted to non-cash payments based on cards, electronic and paper. With the change in the non-cash payment system, it brought several conveniences to the community and this was able to encourage Bank Indonesia to create a less cash society. This research aims to analyze the role of fintech on MSMEs in Bekasi Regency, analyze the impact of financial inclusion on MSMEs in Bekasi Regency and analyze the effect of financial literacy on MSMEs in Bekasi Regency. The research method in this study uses a quantitative approach. With the sampling technique using dsample used using non-probability sampling techniques. The population in this research were SMEs in Bekasi Regency, with a total sample of 100 SMEs in Bekasi Regency. Analysis using SPSS version 23.0. With the results of the study, namely that there is no impact of fintech on MSME performance, there is a significant influence between financial inclusion on financial performance and there is an impact of financial literacy on MSME performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the adaptation of companies before the pandemic to post-covid-19. Panel data regression with a fixed model. A sample of 30 companies was divided into two categories, namely companies that experienced problems and those that did not. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling analysis method, secondary data, and panel data with the help of the Eviews statistical tool. The results obtained are partially companies with financial condition (X1) and debt structure (X2) have a positive and significant effect on ICFS. cash holding has no effect on ICFS. Simultaneously the results of financial condition (X1), debt structure (X2), and cash holding (X3) affect the investment cash flow sensitivity variable (Y). Keywords: financial condition, debt structure, cash holding, and investment cash flow sensitivity.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasingly widespread use of electronic money as payment transactions in order to reduce the use of paper money to create a cashless society. This type of research is quantitative research with secondary data in the form of time series which includes electronic money transaction data, electronic money circulating data, means of payment by card, and electronic money infrastructure data obtained from Bank Indonesia's official website for 2018-2022. The results of the study show that electronic money transactions have an effect on a cashless society, electronic money in circulation has an effect on a cashless society, digitalization of electronic money has an effect on a cashless society, electronic money infrastructure has an effect on a cashless society, electronic money infrastructure can strengthen electronic money transactions on a cashless society, money infrastructure electronic money is able to strengthen the circulation of electronic money towards a cashless society, and electronic money infrastructure is able to strengthen the digitalization of electronic money towards a cashless society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Current Ratio Terhadap Harga Saham Melalui Net Profit Margin pada PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dikatakan pendekatan kuantitatif, karena pendekatan yang digunakan dalam skripsi, proses pembuatan hipotesis, analisis data dan penarikan kesimpulan data hingga penulisan menggunakan aspek pengukuran, perhitungan rumus, dan kapasitas data numeric. Untuk teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi analisis korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan pengujian hipotesis (uji t). Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh dari analisis regresi linear sederhana antara (X1) Current Ratio terhadap (X2) Net Profit Margin didapatkan . Hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana antara (X2) Net Profit Margin terhadap (Y) Harga Saham didapatkan Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh dari analisis koefisien determinasi antara (X1) Current Ratio Terhadap (X2) Net Profit Margin sebesar 60,84% sedangkan sisanya 39,16% dipengaruhi variabel yang tidak diteliti. Hasil analisis (X2) Net Profit Margin Terhadap (Y) Harga Saham sebesar 60,84% sedangkan sisanya 39,16% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji t (X1) Current Ratio Terhadap (X2) Net Profit Margin Ha ditolak dan H0 diterima, artinya tidak berpengaruh antara Current Ratio Terhadap Net Profit Margin. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji t (X2) Net Profit Margin Terhadap (Y) Harga Saham Ha ditolak dan H0 diterima, artinya tidak berpengaruh antara Net Profit Margin Terhadap Harga Saham

Abstract

The research entitled Behavioral model of MSME Processing Processed Onions and Tersi, Indramayu Regency. The purpose of this research is to explore and analyze the behavior of MSME actors processing agricultural products in Indramayu district and how the efforts are being made with business continuity MSME actors can apply or implement a business plan planning model, SWOT analysis, in dealing with business competition. The data collection method was carried out using interview techniques which were equipped with a semi-structured list of questions. The questionnaire was used as a guide so that interviews were more structured and standardized. The analysis technique that will be used is the concept of SWOT analysis is the concept of seeking analysis to determine a decision on a problem. SWOT itself is an acronym for Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Treats. The term analysis of strengths and opportunities in preparing a business plan or and looking for weaknesses and strengths because in this concept all processes are carried out carefully and identify as much detail as possible so that decisions taken are effective and able to have a significant impact on dealing with problems
