Abstract

This study aims to find out what strategies are carried out by the General service division at PT. Angkasa Pura I Persero in managing the company. In this case the General Service is responsible for managing various matters related to the company's operational activities. General service plays an important role in ensuring that every company activity can run well. For this reason, in order to facilitate roles and responsibilities, General Service must make a quality work strategy. Some of these important strategies are strategies for maintaining and being responsible for company assets, strategies for making RAB, and social strategies with external parties. With this strategy, General Service was able to make PT. Angkasa Pura I Persero Bali Survive until now. The above strategy ensures that the work and services of the General Service division are of high quality.

Abstract

The people's livestock program is one of PT Pertamina EP Asset 5's CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) programs in the field of community empowerment agriculture. This program aims to empower farmers to carry out sustainable broiler farming activities. The research objectives are 1). To know the characteristics of CSR program breeders and 2) To analyze the CSR program satisfaction index. This research was conducted in the Harapan Baru Farmers Group, Bunyu District, Bulungan Regency, North Kalimantan. Implementation time from May to July 2021. The level of farmer satisfaction was analyzed using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) with five dimensions of service quality, namely tangibles (physical evidence), Empathy (Empathy), Reliability (Reliability), Responsiveness (Responsiveness) and Assurance (Guarantee). The measurement of the level of satisfaction with the service quality of the CSR program uses a Likert scale based on scores. Characteristics of livestock CSR program respondents aged 63-70 years (44.44%), junior high school education (44.44%), farming experience 14-22 years (33.33%) and livestock farming experience 2-3 years (77.78%). Physical evidence can be seen from the satisfaction of farmers from livestock cultivation facilities and infrastructure provided in the CSR program as needed. Empathy from technical officers and CSR assistants in conducting technical guidance. Reliability in providing innovation and technical information on livestock, quickly responding and providing solutions to group problems and guaranteeing the sustainability of the CSR program. The results of the CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) score reached 82.95 in the very satisfied category (80-100). CSI was measured by the value of MIS (Mean Importance Score), MSS (Mean Satisfaction Score), WF (Weight Factors), WS (Weight Score).

Abstract

The hydram pump comes from the word Hydraulic Ram, which is a pump that works by relying on the beat of a hydraulic system that can work without using electricity or fuel. Hydram pumps work by harnessing the potential energy in water in a straight pipe and then turning it into dynamic pressure which results in the creation of a water strike resulting in high pressure in the pump. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variations in exhaust valve weight and input height on the performance of the hydram pump. The exhaust valve weight variables used in this study were 0 gram, 40 gram, 50 gram and 60 gram, with the input height from the surface of 190 cm and 240 cm. The analysis technique is carried out by examining the data obtained from the research results, where the results are in the form of quantitative data made in tabular form and displayed in graphical form. The results of the study showed the highest efficiency of 52.47% at a height of 240 cm, and at a height of 190 cm the highest efficiency was obtained at 40.75%, and the highest yield water discharge at a valve weight of 50 grams was 6.51 l/minute at a height of 240 cm. and at a height of 190 cm, the resulting water discharge is 3.80 l/minute with a valve weight of 50 grams.

Abstract

Seesaw is a digital tool created especially for students to record videos, take images, write notes, and document their learning. This research sought to better understand how Seesaw was used in digital project-based learning as a learning tool. Convergent Mixed-methods was the research design employed in this study. In this study, documentation, observation, interviews, and tests were used. The data was examined through paired t-tests and coding. The results showed that Seesaw provided various features such as interactive learning activities, assignment tracking tools, and communication options between teacher-student/parent-student relationships as well as Digital project-based learning which involved students completing projects that involved the use of digital technology, such as computers and mobile devices. Paired t-test also showed that the Sig. (2-tailed) was 0.000 0.05 which means that the use of Seesaw class application effectively improved students’ speaking skills.

Abstract

Tarakan City has the groundwater potency for clean water needs, However, for its use, it needs to treat it first in order to quality standards, through filtration technology by using the waste of Asiatic hard clam sheel (Meretrix sp.). the purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of using Asiatic hard clam sheel as the groundwater filters in Tarakan City. The research method used in this study was an experimental method with a complete randomized design (RAL) with three treatments. The material used was Asiatic hard clam shell with a filter level of 30, 60 and 100 Cm with a combination of the use of activated charcoal, quartz sand and gravel to determine the best composition. The parameters tested were according to the regulation of the Minister of Health No.32 of 2017 (Water Qualitiy Standards for Sanitary Hygiene Needs) namely turbidity, color, odor, pH, temperature, TDS, TSS, nitrates, nitrites, Fe and manganese (Mn). The results showed that the efeectiveness of the filter for each parameter was different. For the effective manganese parameters at a filter level of 30 cm, which was 36 %, pH, TDS, and Effective color at the level of 60 cm with successive valus of 61, 42 and 17 %. The parameters of nitrite, nitrate, TSS and effective turbidity at the filter level of 100 cm were 95, 97, 84 and 76%. Thes use of Asiatic hard clam shell as a groundwater filter was effective in improving the quality of raw water physically and meeting the requirements according to the quality standards used.
