Abstract

Kebijakan penambahan fasilitas Coworking Space di ruang tunggu Stasiun Yogyakarta yang diperuntukan kepada penumpang kereta api yang memiliki kebutuhan ruang kerja pada saat menunggu keberangkatan kereta api. Fasilitas tersebut telah ada selama 3 (tiga) tahun dan perlu adanya evaluasi pelayanan fasilitas Coworking Space di Stasiun Yogyakarta oleh pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap layanan KAI Coworking Space Stasiun Yogyakarta. Pengukuran kepuasan pelanggan dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner kepada pengguna fasilitas Coworking Space Stasiun Yogyakarta dengan parameter factor kepuasan sarana prasarana serta petugas dan pelayanan. Sebagai data pendukung dilakukan observasi mengetahui kodisi eksisting Coworking Space. kepuasan konsumen terhadap pelayanan dan petugas Coworking Space adalah 83,91% dimana angka tersebut dapat diinterpretasikan menjadi kriteria Puas sedangkan tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap sarana dan prasarana Coworking Space adalah 81,38% yang termasuk pada kriteria Puas. Terdapat dua poin yang mendapatkan kriteria Cukup Puas yaitu Fasilitas air minum dan Akses ke kamar mandi, sehingga perlu adanya peningkatan fasilitas tersebut. . Kata Kunci: Kepuasan, Stasiun Kereta Api, Coworking Space.

Abstract

Bogie frame adalah bagian utama bogie yang menerima beban besar selama beroperasi sehingga diperlukan analisis kekuatan struktur untuk memenuhi syarat kelayakan operasional berdasarkan Peraturan Nomor 33 Tahun 2021 tentang Penyelenggaraan Bidang Perkeretaapian dan standar EN 13749. Kelayakan operasional menjadi jaminan keselamatan penumpang, operator, maupun penduduk sekitar perlintasan. Fokus penelitian ini adalah analisis kekuatan desain struktur bogie frame kereta ukur jalur LRT Jabodebek terhadap kelayakan operasional. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis tegangan objek penelitian akibat pembebanan normal service dan memastikan nilai tegangan hasil simulasi memenuhi kriteria keberterimaan standar EN 13749. Solusi penelitian adalah pendekatan endurance limit objek penelitian. Nilai tegangan hasil simulasi dianalisis dengan goodman diagram. Data pendukung penelitian dan parameternya dari hasil survei dan wawancara di PT INKA (Persero). Hasil penelitian adalah lokasi element kritis objek penelitian, nilai tegangan element kritis tiap load case, dan plot nilai tegangan element. Objek penelitian belum memenuhi kriteria keberterimaan EN 13749 berdasarkan analisis dengan pendekatan goodman diagram. Satu element kritis pada bracket gearbox melebihi batas keberterimaan akibat load case longitudinal. Amplitudo tegangan element bernilai 157,09 MPa dari batas keberterimaan 155 MPa. Perubahan ketebalan pipe transform dari 12 mm menjadi 20 mm efektif menurunkan nilai amplitudo tegangan element menjadi 88,41 MPa, sehingga kekuatan desain memenuhi kriteria keberterimaan.

Abstract

Speed is one of the factors supporting passenger comfort in rail transportation. The problem that occurs when the train is on a longspan is that the speed does not affect passenger comfort. The solution to this problem is that the train must go through a simulation process with the aim of knowing the efficient speed received by prioritizing comfort when passing a longspan. The simulation was carried out using the Longitudinal Train Dynamic (LTD) method by comparing the ride index value of the simulation results with the ride index value set in KP 765 of 2017 concerning the Design and Specifications of the Jabodebek LRT which refers to ISO 2631 Jabodebek. Based on the standards determined, the researchers carried out simulations with variations in speed to determine the effect of speed variations on the travel index value, so that the efficient speed at the longest long span of passengers was known. The simulated speeds are 10 kmh, 20 kmh, 30 kmh, 40 kmh, 50 kmh, and 60 kmh. The data from this study is the ride index value of the simulated speed variation. The results of this study are the ride index value at a speed of 10 kmh is 1.4747427, 20 kmh is 1.6533716, 30 kmh is 1.8409451, 40 kmh is 2.2335365, 50 kmh is 2.4009598, and 60 kmh is 2.6713053. And the optimal speed of the Jabodebek LRT is in the range of 30-40 kmh.

Abstract

Noise is an annoying sound when listened to for a long time. The standard for noise level in housing is based on KepMenLH No. 48 of 1996 worth 55 dB(A). Double track rails lead to increased rail operations and noise in the surrounding environment. This research was conducted to analyze the environmental noise level due to the train crossing the double track rail at Graha Kirana Winongo Housing, Madiun City by using a Sound Level Meter (SLM) device. Measurements were made at two points, namely at a distance of 7.5 meters and 21 meters. The results of the study the average value of environmental noise due to trains at a distance of 7.5 meters is 80 dB(A) and a distance of 21 meters is 75 dB(A). This value exceeds the standard noise level of 55 dB(A). Researchers provide mitigation in the form of suggestions for housing residents to build noise barriers or plant trees with dense leaves, and if residents are going to build new housing, it is recommended to be at a distance of 75 to 80 meters from the train tracks because the noise value at that distance is approximately 55 dB (A).

Abstract

Kondisi tanah yang tidak stabil di jalur kereta api menyebabkan pergerakan tanah. Pergerakan tanah yang terjadi secara mendadak dalam jumlah yang besar dapat menyebabkan tanah mudah longsor. Keadaan tersebut mendukung dilakukannya pengembangan dalam mendeteksi pergeseran tanah dengan melakukan peramalan data pergeseran tanah. Data pergeseran tanah berupa nilai tegangan output rheostat yang telah dilakukan pengukuran terhadap tanah. Peramalan data menggunakan metode fuzzy time series. Penelitian dilakukan di depan Laboratorium Politeknik Perkeretaapian Indonesia dengan waktu pelaksanaan yaitu selama 1 bulan pada bulan Juni 2020. Penelitian menggunakan metode Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) dan Squared Root of Mean Squared Error (RMSE) untuk menghitung nilai presentase eror pada suatu model deret waktu. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan menghasilkan rata-rata nilai MAPE pada hasil peramalan data rheostat 1 dan 2 masing-masing diperoleh 22,49% dan 25,74%. Nilai RMSE pada hasil peramalan data rheostat 1 dan 2 masing-masing diperoleh 5,597% dan 4,587%. Sehingga peramalan data memiliki nilai keakurasian prediksi yang cukup baik.

Abstract

Train signaling is used of a certain shape, color, or light to give the driver a message that will ensure a safe train journey. Upgrading the signaling infrastructure at stations all over Java and Sumatra. One of these entails updating the station's electrical signaling, which was previously constructed in 1986. Equipment spare components, which are challenging and frequently encounter problems that impair the system's dependability, are the primary factor being refreshed. This electrical signaling makes use of the SILSafe4000 system, which was created by PT LEN's youth. In this study, the researcher examined the cross-capacity calculations, equipment standardization, and questionnaires given to PPKA officers to investigate the SILSafe4000 electrical signaling reliability system at the lempuyangan station by making use of cross-capacity estimates, equipment standardization, and questions given to PPKA personnel about how challenging it is to operate the Lempuyangan HMI station. The necessary data was gathered by the researcher in advance of the study. Based on standardization of the equipment, BSG9 motor voltage standard and signal 110VAC±10%, detection voltage (inverse) 24VDC±10%, or range (21.6-26.4V DC), rated current < 10A, ground 5Ω, R≤50Ω, and insulation. That the following pieces of equipment have been standardized: the point motor's in-ER voltage is 78.94%, . the driving voltage is 89.47%, the signal voltage is 83.3%, the grounding is 100%, the cable resistance is 96%, and the cable insulation is 100%. Reliable electrical signaling can also support rail travel systems. Lempuyangan Station can accommodate 134 trains per day, with an average headway of 12.51 minutes, maximizing the traffic capacity of 116 trains KA>K is served with an electric signaling system safely and zero accident. Then a questionnaire was given to the officer regarding the difficulty level of operating the Lempuyangan HMI station, which was very easy with a score of 4.7/5.

Abstract

Stainless steel passenger coach is the most operated passenger coach in Indonesia. Because it has better facilities, cheap, and offering more operation hour. Stainless steel passenger coach fabricated by PT.Industri Kereta Api (PT.INKA) and always improve and keep innovate from generation to generation. At this time, This passenger coach being upgraded to reach the speed more than 120 Km/h and keep the ride quality and ride comfort index and called as stainless steel new generation (SS-NG) passenger coach. To reach the target one of the method is re-design the structure of bogie. The purpose of this research is to analyzing design of the SS-NG bogie, on SS-NG passenger coach using multibody dynamic simulation to studying rolling stock dynamic and compare it with existence bogie dynamic of SS-2018 passenger coach. The result of the simulation show the SS-NG bogie design give vertical and lateral ride comfort index appropriate to Sperling comfort index on center of carbody, center of front and rear bogie while operating at 240 Km/h.

Abstract

This study discusses the visual impression of the interior design of the new generation train compartment based on user preferences by using the Kansei engineering method as a form of innovation that is continuously being pursued by PT. INKA (Persero) to accommodate the high public interest in rail transportation. The purpose of this study is to determine the items and categories of interior design compartments based on user preferences. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires and then analyzed using validity and reliability tests, as well as multiple linear regression tests. The results obtained are 6 kansei words, namely comfortable, luxurious, pleasant, unique, simple, and modern. While the results of the regression test indicate the influence of the independent variable simultaneously on the dependent variable. The most popular design is the D03 design which has the visual impression of a minimalist theme, a green color palette, painting decorations, glossy, and HPL wood motif dominant finishing.

Abstract

The Sembawa-Betung double rail track is one of the planned routes of the Trans Sumatra Railways project in Sumatra Island dedicated to passenger and goods transportation. This study aims to analyze the train operating systems of Sembawa - Betung double rail track, that consist of the effective length and the typical layout of rail track, train traffic management, the potential of train travel routes that can be formed, used and conflicted, and the calculation of routes loading level on the train frequency. Based on the analysis conducted using the Conflict Rate method, it can be summarized that the route utilization along with trains frequency served at Sembawa Station, Pangkalan Balai Station and Suak Tapeh Station almost reaches the maximum level of allowable conflict so it may increase the probability of train accidents if there is an additional number of trains served without the construction of additional rail track at the station. On another side, the route utilization, along with the frequency of the trains served at Betung Station, is still far below the maximum limit of allowable conflict, so that there is a possibility to increase the frequency of the trains without the need for additional rail track at the station.
