Abstract

Abutment bridge is a building under the bridge located on both sides of the bridge end. The process of building a bridge abutment often requires excavation to the depth of the abutment base so that the abutment reinforcement and casting work can be carried out. In deep excavation work, each side of the excavation needs to be installed in a flexible retaining wall type (plaster) first. In this study, CCSP stability analysis was carried out on earth excavation work for abutment bridge BH 1751. The calculation method starts from determining the lateral earth pressure acting on the soil, then determining the depth of CCSP planting that is able to produce CCSP stability on the rolling force. The analysis shows that the depth of CCSP planting that meets the safety requirements of the rolling force is 20 m

Abstract

A level crossing is a level crossing between a railroad track and a highway. In conditions on the ground, road users often violate their way through crossing lintels. The purpose of this research is to create a locking system using electromagnets and warning sound indications in order to hold the doorstop so that it cannot be lifted manually by violators who will break through the crossing doorstop. This study consists of several stages, namely the analysis of the needs of the components making tools, the process of making tools, testing tools, and analyzing test result data. The components used in this research are Ultrasonic Sensor, Infrared Sensor, Voice Recorder Module, Relay, Amplifier, Speaker Horn, and Electromagnetic Circuits. All tool designs are able to activate the Electromagnet circuit when the crossing door arm position is 30 cm from the sensor, and are able to activate the warning sound indication when the crossing door arm is lifted manually

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the causes of passenger buildup at the station on the Manggarai - Bogor station. To overcome the buildup of passengers at the station the action that must be taken is to analyze the Headway, cross capacity, the number of trips at this time. The data collected is in the form of the latest number of passengers, the latest number of trips, the latest electric railroad stamformation data. The analysis shows that the current capacity of the electric rail train can only accommodate 455,904 passengers, while the daily passenger volume reaches 460,448 passengers, a difference of 4,544 passengers is found. At present the total electric train travel on the Manggarai - Bogor crossing is 321 Ka / day with a maximum crossing capacity of 403 trains / day. To overcome the problem of accumulation of passengers at the station by adding 2 trips stamformasi electric railroad on the Manggarai - Bogor crossing, looking at the maximum cross capacity in the Manggarai - Bogor crossing, which is 403 trains / day, is still capable of additional trips. The Manggarai - Bogor crossing still uses stamformasi 8, stamformasi 10, stamformasi 12, if it follows the current growth of electric railroad users for stamformasi 8 and stamformasi 10 it cannot cope with the very high number of passengers resulting in passenger transportation exceeding the railroad user comfort standards. electricity. It is recommended to change the information system that operates on Manggarai - Bogor crossroad using 12 information system entirely in order to overcome the problem of passenger buildup at the station

Abstract

The research objective is to determine customer perceptions and expectations of the Soekarno-Hatta Airport train service. Analysis of customer perceptions and expectations is used to find out the services desired, needed, and expected by passengers so as to create customer satisfaction. This research is a type of descriptive research using a quantitative approach. The study population is all passengers of the Soekarno-Hatta airport train. The sampling technique used is quota sampling technique. Research instruments using questionnaires and research data analysis using gap analysis and descriptive analysis. The results of this study are there are 4 dimensions that are considered unsatisfactory customers, namely the dimensions of physical evidence, responsiveness, reliability, and guarantees, and there are 1 service dimensions that are considered satisfactory customers, namely the empathy dimension

Abstract

An examination of the railroad curves that have been operated can be done with a variety of available gauges, however there has never been a comparison of the outputs of several gauges used to check rail curves. This study intends to examine the curvature of the railroad by comparing the results of measuring arrows manually and the use of digital measuring stations and Messreg CLS. This study also tries to provide recommendations on arch maintenance plans so that the arch conditions can be optimized for trains to pass. The measurement results show that manual curvature measurements (arrows thread) with digital measuring devices (total station and CLS messeg) give results that vary from one another, although not significantly different. The measurement results with Total Station and Messreg CLS show an average value that is greater than the measurement results using Arrows thread. The results of the inspection also showed that in order to make the railroad curvature more ideal for passing trains, it was necessary to move both in and out so that the value of the Arrows at each measured point approached the ideal value of 630 mm.

Abstract

Prambanan Ekspres is a mode of transportation with 3500-5000 passengers per day, with a system of choosing its own seat and train. However, the lack of information on the number of passengers on each train causes several trains to build up. It is necessary to hold an innovation to improve the quality of facilities, comfort and service by making a model of the number of passengers based on the ATMega2560 microcontroller. The stages of this research include observation, design of planning tools, testing tools, taking data, and analyzing the results of research on the number of passengers. Based on the results of testing the tools and research data, it can be concluded that the accuracy of the equipment ranges from 85% to a minimum feasible limit of 60%. Then the model for detecting passengers is above the average eligibility

Abstract

Service and convenience are important factors in carrying out modes of transportation, especially railways. As the development of railways in Indonesia is needed in terms of service and comfort. It often happens that passengers who miss the destination station are still problems that must be resolved in the service and comfort of the train facilities. Early warning systems that are still universal using speakers still lack maximum service. From the results of a survey conducted there are still many potential passengers who are worried about being missed by the destination station. In this research, a prototype of an early warning system with a vibrator mounted on the train seat was made when a passenger arrived at the destination station. This tool is able to provide early warning individually, so that people who will arrive at the destination station are not missed. This prototype works using the Arduino Uno Atmega328 microcontroller as its control system. Vibration machine with 53 Hz of vibration. After testing 43 respondents, the average person woke up after being given a vibration of 53 Hz is 4 seconds. Keypad as data input for destination destination code. The light if the passenger is not awakened turns on for 5 minutes. The results of this study are able to help the early warning system work through speakers more leverage

Abstract

The subgrade in the railway double track development project in KM 437 + 300 to KM 438 + 500 Gombong, Kebumen is soft land (N-SPT <15) so that it requires efforts to improve the land to avoid land subsidence exceeding the allowable land subsidence, which is equal to 20cm In this research, an effort to repair subgrade uses Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD) to accelerate the process of soil congestion due to the load of the railroad pile, the burden of railroad construction, and the burden of the passing railroad. Compression analysis results show that the subgrade will experience a land subsidence of 0.524m. The natural consolidation time needed to achieve a 90% degree of consolidation is 268.9 years. Meanwhile, the time of consolidation to reach a degree of consolidation of 90% using PVD spaced 0.8 m with a triangle and quadrilateral pattern is for 15 weeks and 18 weeks. Planting PVD in both patterns is as deep as 24 m

Abstract

Railway travel safety is an important component in rail transportation. The reliability of the railroad infrastructure is one of the points to support the safety of railroad operations. Lintas Bandung - Cikampek is a cross that has varied geographical contours where right-left rail roads have hills and slopes so that the area between Purwakarta Station - Ciganea Station is a landslide-prone area. As happened in the field there was an avalanche at KM 107 + 100 - KM 107 + 300 which caused disruption to train travel. In addition, improper handling of landslides will cause other potential dangers. The handling of the landslide slope in KM 107 + 100 - KM 107 + 300 uses steel tape from the used rails because the landslide is considered to be less than optimal and is looking for other ways to handle landslides. looking for comparisons compared to using the shotcret method. In this study, we tested the landslide handlers that have been carried out by comparing the handling carried out in accordance with the existing provisions between the steel plaster method of the rail used with the shotcrete method. The cause of landslides is due to a steep angle of 65⁰ with a peak height of 15 meters. The impact on crossing is applied to taspat 5 km / hour to anticipate sudden landslides. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the shotcrete method was considered capable of handling landslide-prone areas in KM 107 + 100 - KM 107 + 300. However, for the handling that had been carried out using steel plaster from used rails. However, this handling is considered not optimal because of the limited number of rails around vulnerable areas, resulting in plaster walls that can still make material exit to the railroad tracks.

Abstract

Indonesia has many Level Crossing (LC) all of which are still manual with poor performance. As a result, accidents often occur. This accident was caused by the guards who late lowered the doorstop, carelessness and impatience of road users. Erratic waiting times on LC cause delays and high queues and trigger road users to break through LC doors. In Jakarta, the LC manual causes significant disruption to road users; the delay is 158.46 seconds and the queue is 66.85 m as is the case in Malang, Pasuruan and Surakarta. Many countries have implemented Automatic Level Crossing (ALC) successfully, such as the United Kingdom, Japan and Australia. ALC not only reduces disruption to road users but also minimizes human error (especially for LC manual guards). The most suitable type of ALC for Indonesia is Crossing Barrier with Obstacle Detection (CBOD). This study proves that CBOD is able to reduce disruption to road users to delay to 125,393 seconds and queue to 60,778 m. On the other hand, to control the behavior of road users needs to be supported by the installation of traffic calming; noise band, traffic channel and countdown timer. Analysis of B / C Ratio in CBOD installations including traffic calming produces tilapia 1.24, which is feasible to apply.
