Abstract

This paper analyzes the evaluation of the implementation of education and training (training) the competence of government personnel resources Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Kota Magelang. This study used a qualitative method with descriptive approach. The purpose of this study was to evaluate aspects of competency training. The training components that are evaluated are training curriculum, length of training, training methods, trainers, training participants, training infrastructure and training committee organized by BKD Kota Magelang. This study shows that the implementation of competency training has been going well and in accordance with the specified criteria even though there are still some obstacles.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze management of state asset in BPS-Statistics of Makassar Regency through planning, implementation and monitoring the state asset. The state asset must be controlled in order to improve public performance of goverment agencies and to minimize the risk of lossing the state asset. Reporting of state asset is a manifestation of the principle of accountability.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the policy implementation of Law number 24 Year 2013 on population administration at Population and Civil Registry Service of KutaiKartangera District thorough the process of Electronic Identity Card Issuance. The research findings showed that Population and Civil Registry Service of KutaiKartanegara District had implemented the policy stated in Law Number 24 year 2013 on Population Administration, in the form of electronic ID Card issuance. However, its implementation was not optimal, which was indicated by the fact that there were still a lot of people who did not possess residency document, namely electronic ID Card.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the Village Fund Allocation Management Implementation (ADD) In Kampung Linggang Steady District of Linggang Bigung West Kutai. As well as to describe and analyze the factors affecting the Village Fund Allocation Management Implementation (ADD) In Kampung Linggang Steady District of Linggang Bigung West Kutai. The study concluded that the ADK Policy Implementation in the village Linggang Mapan not run optimally. It can be seen from the lack of understanding ADK management team in planning the implementation of ADK fund management activities, because the planning process is only done by her team manager ADK without involving all villagers participated.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the relationship and the influence of Human Resources, economic growth and potential retribution to acceptance of retribution market in the district of Klaten. The data used in this research is secondary data from Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Mikro Menengah including data management market, Human Resource Data and Gross Regional Domestic Product. The population in this study is a traditional market in Klaten regency as many as 50 markets. Testing is done by using a multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis shows that the potential retribution significant and positive impact to acceptance of retribution market in the district of Klaten. While human resources and economic growth has no significant effect and has an inverse relationship the market acceptance of retribution.
