Abstract

The purpose of this study to describe and analyze the implementation of Provision of Basic Motor Vehicle Tax Relief And Principal Customs Exemption of Vehicle Second and Beyond Derived From Outer East Kalimantan Province in Samarinda. The results showed that the policy of granting waivers principal motor vehicle tax (PKB) and the transfer tax exemption of motor vehicles (BBNKB) Second and Beyond Originating from Outside the Province of East Kalimantan in Samarinda (PKB and BBNKB) are implementable less than optimal. Indicated by sub focus of research defined, not everything can be implemented effectively.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the mechanism of costumer complaining service in SAMSAT Samarinda as well as identify hindering factors of the mechanism. The results shows that complaining mechanism both direct and indirect in SAMSAT Samarinda was not implemented very optimal. The response process of the complains was also not optimal even when there is a clear SOP. SAMSAT Samarinda already have the infrastruture to collect the complains but not yet used advanced technology to support the costumer who have their complains.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and explain the strategy of public services at the Village Office Bukit Pinang and describe and analyze strategies village government in improving public services in the village of Bukit Pinang Village. The results showed that the Government Sub Bukit Pinang Kota Samarinda in strategies at the public service, there are five basic strategy, the strategy of development of the structure, strategy development or the simplification of procedures, strategic infrastructure development, cultural development strategy/culture, entrepreneurship development strategy.

Abstract

The main focus of the research includes a leadership role in improving the performance of the Civil Apparatus in Education and Training Body Kutai Timur Regency. Based on the results of the study showed that the three functions of leadership are functions that are interpersonal, role of informational, as well as the role of decision-making in general is already done by the Board of Education and Training of the Middle Kutai Regency, is indicated from various programs and activities already performed and the achievements of employees in realizing all rights and their functions in the body, so it is also an impact on improving the overall performance of the institution .

Abstract

Primary focus of this research is the development of human resources which incudes : the scintific development of (formal education) training education and training development of (non formal education) and trainig education adminitration, and tachnical training in the areas of leadership education and training, then transfer the mutation as well as career development promotion. Based of the results of reserach show that the increase in formal education in the scope of the department of Marine and Fisheries of East Kalimantan Province has been done so well on the development of (education and training/non-formal) only in the field of education and training of leadership has not been fully implemented to the fullest.
