Abstract

This article aim to describe and analyze the Public Perceptions in Integrated Administration Service (PATEN) in Muara Jawa Sub-district Office of Kutai Kartanegara Regency. Research focus set, is public perception of service requirements, public perception of service procedure, public perception of timeliness,  public perception about facilities and infrastructure,  public perception, and public perception of technical implementers. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data analysis used is Interactive Model. The result of the research shows that the public perception about the integrated administration service of the sub-district (Patent), in Muara Jawa Sub-District Office of Kutai Kartanegara Regency aplikaif still not meet the expected qualification.Keyword : Public Perception, Administrative Service

Abstract

This article aim to analyze the Implementation of local regulation: No.7/2016 on the simultaneous Election of Village chief in the Rantau Pulung District, East Kutai Regency, and any factors that the Implementation inhibited of simultaneous election of Village Head District. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. Based on the study results as for the Implementation of local regulation: No.7/2016 on  thesimultaneous election of village chief has been implemented in accordance with the local regulations but not effective yet. In which there are still obstacles in the implementation of simultaneous elections of village chief in Rantau Pulung district, because of communication rarely and information among the committee for election of village chief and budgeting disbursement retard of village chief election and coordination rarely among the committees in the election of village chief.Keyword : Election of Regional Chief, Regulation, Implementation

Abstract

This article aim to describe and evaluate the Program Medium Term Development of Education in West Kutai. The results showed that the medium-term development program in education in West Kutai in terms of the effectiveness of that activity carried out effectively enough for the planned program had been implemented and completed. Viewed from in terms of efficiency that the programs implemented are not efficient because it uses a substantial budget.Keyword : Evaluation, Program of Education, West Kutai

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the development of post-expansion infrastructure of the region in East Kutai Regency which is focused on the development of road infrastructure. The period of development that is evaluated is the period of 2011-2015. The results of research Infrastructure development in East Kutai Regency for the period of 2011-2015 shows that the development of road infrastructure is still uneven due to the vast area of East Kutai Regency, constrained by funding problems, land issues with residents and weather problems. Development is hampered because the distance between each sub-district is so far that the development so far has only focused on the development of the Capital district only Sangatta.Keyword : Evaluation of Development, Infrastructure

Abstract

This article aim to describe and analyze the leadership function in improving the performance of Civil state Apparatus in Public Relations Division and Secretariat Protocol of East Kutai Regency. The type of research is descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the research indicates that the three roles of leadership are interpersonal roles, roles that are informational, and the role of decision-making in general has been done well by the leadership of Public Relations Division and Secretariat Protocol of East Kutai Regency. This is incicated from some programs and activities that has been done and the achievements achieved by employees in carrying out their duties and functions within the institution, so this also effect the improvement of the overall performance of the institution.Keyword : Leadership, Achievement
