Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and to analyze government implementation after developing in political district east sempaja. This study used descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection technique by observation, interview, and study of documentation, and they were analyzed by using analysis technique of interactive model data, through, step of data condensation, data presentation, and determine conclusion/ verification. Data validity testing used technique of source triangulation credibility test. The result of this study showed that government implementation after developing in political district east sempaja looked from political district function in doing the task government affair implementation, development, and social showed that all of those function have been done but in doing it still got obstacle and obstruction because of lacking coordination and preparation in doing government administration process after developing between government of political district east sempaja and other institution.Keyword: implementation, political distric government, after developing

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the Community Satisfaction Index (HPI) to public service organized by the District Office Palaran. Besides, this study also aimed to determine the factors supporting and hindering the implementation of public services at the District Office Palaran. This study uses a combined approach between quantitative and qualitative descriptive. A quantitative approach using the sample population as a source of data while the qualitative approach featuring informant as speakers or participants in answering the problem of research. The results showed that the average percentage method, Community Satisfaction Index (HPI) to public service organized by the District Office Palaran is 70.1%, this means that the quality of public services produced in the category quite well. While the results of the analysis by the method of the weighted average value, generating Community Satisfaction Index (HPI) to public service organized by the District Office Palaran with a score of 87.25, which means the value perception and quality of public services organized by the District Office in the category Palaran very Good (Grade A).Keyword : satisfaction, society, public service

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the performance of personnel in the public service in the Office of Financial Management and Asset Kutai Barat. The analysis used in this research is the data analysis interactive model by three (3) lines of activities occurring simultaneously, namely condensation, data presentation and conclusion/verification. The study concluded that the performance of the apparatus in an effort to improve the service has been good, although not optimal, however the services provided have shown progress, this is due to several things: the ability to use working hours in efektf, the quality of the work produced then the responsiveness of employees is good enough.Keyword: apparatur performance, service, management

Abstract

This study describes the challenges of implementing the National Program for Community Empowerment (PNPM) Mandiri in East Kalimantan in the perspective of community participation. Qualitative method with descriptive approach used in this study. The research findings show that the challenges of implementing PNPM Mandiri are described from internal and external aspects. Community participation in planning is still at the level of consultation, and implementation is still limited to physical participation not at the level of ideas, due to various limitations.Keywords: challenges, PNPM, participation.

Abstract

This article describe and analyze the evaluation of West Kutai District Regulation No. 08 Year 2008 on Organization and Work Procedure In the District of Kutai Barat and explain the factors supporting and inhibiting. This study focused on the effectiveness organiasasi, organizational efficiency, organizational performance, and justice organizations. This study is qualitative descriptive. Data was obtained through interviews, observation and document, and then analyzed using an interactive model. The results of the study explained that the effectiveness of the organizational structure, less equally effective in the tasks and functions of planning. Organizational Structure Efficiency, inefficient execution of tasks because of time and energy is used only for financial affairs.Keyword : Evaluation, Organization and Working Procedure, West Kutai.
